I paid $ **.** for a year subscription for the developer "Tinder" through Google Play. Within ** minutes of them accepting full payment, I received a message saying that I have BAND from the Tinder account. For whatever reason, which was NOT disclosed to me, that I was BAND, they didn't refund my payment!!!*I don't mind as much closing the account. What i take insult to, other than not being told why, is that they kept my payment!!!*To add insult to injury, Tinder does NOT have a customer service phone number. How inconvenient and problematic for the customer, and financially wonderful and beneficial for the developer, Tinder!*Please refund my payment to my PayPal account immediately!!!!!*Im Very much insulted at the lack of morality here by a corporate organization.
