Hello, my account was disabled several months ago. I believe it was due to a party flyer I shared. Although I've been a Tinder user for years without incidents, I got banned after posting promotions. It's been a while since the ban, and I would like to create a new account. I respectfully request the ban to be lifted. I have always maintained appropriate conduct with other users. If I had known the consequences of sharing flyers, I wouldn't have done it (my fault for not fully reviewing the terms and conditions, but who does?). I hope this message reaches you well and a resolution can be reached soon. I assure you that I will refrain from sharing promotional content in the future.

I signed up for Tinder a few weeks ago and had Tinder Gold. Recently, a "Like a Pro" feature appeared on my screen, and since then, I can't access my messages. Instead, I keep seeing profiles endlessly. I clicked on "Like a Pro" to understand it better, but now I'm stuck and can't return to viewing my messages. Every time I try to access messages, I end up on the "Like a Pro" information page, which only shows membership rates for Tinder Gold. I have an important conversation with another Tinder user that I can't access. Please help me revert back to my original status and stop "Like a Pro". Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I had a Tinder account connected to Facebook and another one created with my phone number. My phone-number-linked account got logged out and I attempted to log in via Facebook, where I verified with my phone number and ended up on the Facebook Tinder account. Despite several attempts, I couldn't access my phone-linked account. After deleting the Facebook Tinder account, I now face the issue of being prompted to create a new profile using my phone number. Is there a way to log in with my phone number and retrieve my matches? My phone number is +[redacted]0 and my email is [redacted]

Hello Tinder Tech Support members, I am reaching out regarding an incident that occurred today, October 24th, [redacted], around 6:30 PM EST on your platform. I engaged with a user named Trinity, an 18-year-old with blonde hair, who engaged in inappropriate behavior towards me, causing significant distress. I reported her for harassment, after which I mysteriously found myself blocked from the app, possibly due to her false reports. I want to clarify that I am a practicing lawyer in Ontario, and I find this treatment unjust, and I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. I simply request the reinstatement of my account with the days lost during the investigation and the removal of Trinity from the platform. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Oli

Hello, I recently encountered an issue on Tinder. While chatting with my matches, the app unexpectedly closed out. Upon reopening it, I noticed that all my matches had disappeared, my name was changed, and my pictures were different. It appears that my account may have been hacked. Unfortunately, I had just upgraded to premium before this incident occurred. Concerned about potential access to other information on my phone, I decided to delete the account. I'm eager to have my account restored as I had connected with some individuals I was interested in. If recovering my account is not feasible, I kindly request a refund for the premium subscription I acquired two days ago. Thank you.

I bought Tinder Gold on October 24th but was locked out of my account on October 25th due to an error "A:[redacted]". I paid $[redacted].99 for a "premium service" and I have had access for less than 24 hours. I want immediate access to my account or a refund. If Tinder customer service does not comply, I will take further action to protect my rights. I am disappointed by my experience and hope for a resolution.

My account was unexpectedly deleted. Upon reaching out to support, the assistance I received was unsatisfactory. I am eager to have my account reinstated as I believe I did not violate any policies. I have always maintained a respectful demeanor and have not engaged in inappropriate behavior. It is perplexing that my account was disabled when I have not exhibited the behaviors that typically lead to such action. I was even considering upgrading to Tinder Gold before this happened. Fortunately, I had not processed the payment yet. I am particularly eager to recover my account as I had a promising connection with someone on the platform, and I only know their first name. I accessed the account using my phone number.

Hello, I am currently trying to understand why I was suddenly banned yesterday. I was in the middle of a normal conversation when I refreshed the app after a few minutes and found that I couldn't log in. Initially, I thought it was a network problem, so I tried to restart my phone, but after several hours of unsuccessful attempts, I discovered through my inquiry that the error message indicated a ban. I received no explanation for this ban yesterday. I believe this may be a mistake as I am confident I have not violated any security guidelines. I would greatly appreciate a more detailed explanation for being banned rather than just a notification. I understand there may be individuals who behave inappropriately, but I do not believe I fall into that category. Could you please conduct a review and provide me with further clarification regarding the reason for my ban? Thank you, D.D.

I have a couple of concerns. Firstly, I have not been receiving likes despite frequently liking profiles within a [redacted]-kilometer radius and boosting my profile monthly. Considering that I am currently in a legal separation with my ex, who has friends on the app, I suspect that I might have been reported, impacting my account's performance. I am unsure if Tinder would notify me if such action was taken against my profile. Secondly, my Tinder Gold subscription is not functioning correctly. I have attempted to enhance my profile by changing photos and descriptions, but to no avail. I am apprehensive about being charged automatically for the next six months without prior notification, which is troubling. Regards, D.S.

I was using Tinder on October 25, [redacted], and everything was working fine. However, on October 26, [redacted], I found myself logged out. I tried logging in with my UK number as I didn't use Facebook, but this led to creating a new account. I then deleted it, thinking it wasn't my previous account. Later, I realized I had created the account while in Thailand, using a Thai mobile number I no longer have access to. This account was important because it was linked to my Instagram. Now, I can't link my current Tinder account to Instagram. Is there a way to recover the lost account?

In the past, my account had around [redacted] likes, which was quite impressive for a guy. Finding matches and dates on Tinder can be challenging for males, but I was doing well. After taking a break and purchasing Tinder Plus to restart my account, I noticed a significant drop in matches. I suspect this is due to changes in the algorithm affecting my ELO score. Previously, I was getting matches frequently, but now it is much slower. I feel frustrated that features like "Gold picks of the day" seem to favor paying users, limiting my potential matches. It seems unfair that as a guy, it is even harder to get noticed. I would appreciate if the matching algorithm could be reconsidered to level the playing field for male users on Tinder. I also request a reset of my ELO score and a refund for the boost I purchased. The drastic decrease from [redacted] matches to 32 seems suspicious, and I hope to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I turned 18 on July 24th, [redacted]. I have been using Tinder for a while, but I keep getting logged out and can't log back in even with my own phone number. I had to use my friends' numbers for my two accounts since Tinder wouldn't accept mine. Recently, I made a new account with a friend's number, and I got logged out again. When I tried to log back in with the friend's number, it didn't work. I also tried using my email to sign in multiple times, but I never received any reset emails. I'm frustrated and confused by this issue. I just want to access my account with my own number or email without being constantly logged out. Please help me fix this problem so I can use my account again. Thank you.

Appeal for Account Ban: I am reaching out regarding my recent ban on Tinder. After a night of drinking, I made some regrettable comments that led to my account being banned. While I explored other dating apps such as Bumble and Blendr, Tinder holds a special place for me, especially with my Tinder Gold subscription. I am genuinely sorry for my actions and am willing to adhere to Tinder’s guidelines going forward. Thank you.

I used to have a Tinder account linked to my Facebook, which I deleted in August [redacted]. After that, I created a new Tinder profile using my phone number ([redacted]) and subscribed to a month of Tinder Gold for $14.99. Unfortunately, I realized that the Gold subscription is still active on my old Tinder account, which I can't access or delete because it was connected to my deleted Facebook. Could you kindly transfer my one-month Gold subscription to the account linked with my phone number and delete my old account that was associated with my Facebook?

I signed up for Tinder and paid $14.99, but I only used the service briefly before deleting my account. I was still charged, and I would like a refund as soon as possible. It is frustrating to be charged for a service I didn't use. I want my money back today, not tomorrow or the day after. I'm disappointed with this experience and will not recommend Tinder to others. Please process my refund promptly. Here is the correct email address associated with the deleted account: [redacted]

I would like to request a verification badge on the Tinder Service app to show women I am interested in dating. I am unable to access my messages, and it seems like I am blocked from communicating with my matches. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as following the current instructions has not been successful. Additionally, I am interested in learning how to utilize the camera feature for video chats during conversations. As a subscriber, I would like to explore all the services available on the platform. Thank you.

This summer, I faced issues logging into the app when leaving work. Initially, I thought it was a connection problem due to switching from work Wi-Fi to LTE, but even after reaching home, I couldn't access my account. When a friend checked, my account had been deleted. I tried creating a new account with my phone number after using Facebook previously, but it disappeared and displayed error "A:[redacted]." It seems I've been banned from Tinder. I would appreciate being unbanned or at least understanding the reason for the ban. I've previously enjoyed using the app and have remade my account a few times after ending relationships. I believe I have not engaged in any misconduct or disrespected anyone. Thank you for listening.

I connected with a guy named Kenric Stephans Jr, 22, who mentioned he went to Towson University '18 and loves dogs. After matching, we texted and set up a meeting. We went for drinks and I paid $20 for my food. Due to work, I missed his messages about reimbursing him for the drinks. Eventually, I sent him the money using a cash app and have proof of the transaction. Unfortunately, he threatened me on Instagram afterwards. He only knows the building number of my apartment, not the specific unit.
