I'm having trouble logging into my Tinder account. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong, you are not able to log in," followed by the number [redacted]. I acknowledge that I may have created multiple accounts due to uninstalling and reinstalling Tinder. In hindsight, I understand this was not the correct approach, and I should have maintained only one account. I kindly request assistance in reactivating my original account so that I can access it once more. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly valued.

I believe my account was unfairly deleted. I previously emailed without any response. There was a user seeking a sugar daddy, which raised concerns about prostitution on Tinder. I want to address the issue I encountered. Could you please reinstate my account and investigate the other user's activity for fairness? Without a resolution, I may consider sharing my experience on social media. My Facebook username is djmidasmiami. I trust you can locate my account for reinstatement.

I am experiencing difficulty canceling my Tinder Plus subscription. I initially subscribed on my Android phone for one month, then switched to an iPhone a month later. Although the subscription does not appear in my App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions on the web browser, I am still being charged for it. Moreover, despite only requesting one month initially, I recently received an email receipt stating I have another payment due next month. I would like to cancel Tinder Plus and receive a refund. Kindly contact me at the provided email address. Thank you.

I recently upgraded to a gold account and paid for it in full to access the features. However, when I tried to log back in after several days, the system no longer recognized my account and subscription. I had to create a new account, and when I tried to upgrade again, I received a message stating that the paid service is linked to another account on my device. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering my paid service account or transferring it to my new account. Spending £30 on this service is significant, and I don't want it to go to waste. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Jake

I believe there may be an issue with my account as I have been unable to log in despite multiple attempts. I haven't received the code to access my account even after several tries and reinstalling the app. I typically don't engage with my matches unless I am genuinely interested. My account does not contain any inappropriate content, and I always maintain respectful interactions. I primarily use the platform to connect with new friends. While my Instagram is mentioned in my bio, I have not linked it to avoid sharing personal photos. I hope to have this matter resolved before my weekend plans. My account is associated with the phone number [redacted].

Hello, this is Kylie. I wanted to share my experience with Tinder. My now-fiancé and I were both tired of the app after meeting awful matches. We almost gave up but decided to give it one more shot. When I came across his profile, I swiped right immediately. Instead of waiting, I messaged him first. We met for dinner at a sports bar, and now, after two years, we are getting married in June. We have a cute dog named Macie. People find it amusing when we say we met on Tinder, but I have no regrets. I'm grateful to have found my future husband on the app.

My name is John, and I am from Canada, currently vacationing in Los Angeles. While using Tinder, the app unexpectedly crashed, requiring me to log back in. However, upon logging in, it created a new account solely based on my Facebook information, locking me out of my original account. I am unsure why this occurred and have been unsuccessful in recovering my previous account. I speculate this issue might be related to using a different internet provider in the U.S. I am determined to regain access to my correct account and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I've been trying to connect with people on Tinder, but I'm experiencing issues. Despite others liking or superliking me, when I reciprocate, we don't match and I can't see them again. I've restarted my account multiple times with no success. This problem has persisted for a week, even after Tinder claimed to have fixed it. I regret not confirming that the issue was unresolved when they inquired via email. Now, they consider it resolved, which is not the case. It's frustrating as I feel a connection with some users, only to have the match not go through. If this continues, I might have to delete Tinder. I wish they would address this promptly and allow me to start matching again. I've tried various troubleshooting steps including redownloading the app, restarting, and using Tinder Gold to no avail.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding the recent disabling of my Tinder account. I had a challenging experience with another user, Julia L. Harden, and believe she may have influenced my account's deactivation due to our disagreements. Following some heated arguments over the phone, where she used offensive language and ended the conversation abruptly, I responded in kind via text messages out of frustration. While I understand if my account cannot be reactivated, I believe her actions should also be scrutinized. Her manipulative and verbally aggressive behavior led me to react defensively, and I feel it's important to address these concerns. I am willing to provide screenshots of our interactions, though most took place over the phone. I simply wish to prevent others from facing similar situations. Thank you for your understanding.

I had two accounts connected to my Facebook: one created 3-4 years ago with no matches but linked to my Instagram, and a more recent one where I had Tinder Gold, many matches, and was actively using all summer. I tried to link my IG to the newer account but had issues. I logged in on my Mac to delete the old account, hoping to connect IG to the new one. However, now there seems to be a problem as I no longer have my year-long Tinder Gold membership, matches, or any activity on my latest Tinder account. Before starting this process, I also secured the username @shamsmehdi, but it doesn't seem to have helped. I just want to ensure my account is recovered, or at least get my Tinder Gold back.

This is my second attempt to address the issue I am facing with the app. After verifying my phone number, I was unable to sign into my account. I reached out to explain the problem and received two separate responses within the same hour stating that I have been banned. I inquired about the reason for the ban, since I had only followed the app's instructions, but have not received any further response from your team since then. I am puzzled as to why I was banned without explanation, especially when the responses were prompt. I hope to receive clarification on the exact reason for my ban.

I'm having trouble logging into Tinder as it keeps prompting me to create a new account. This issue persists on both my phone and laptop when using my phone number to log in. I've attempted to resolve this by deleting and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't helped. I'm concerned about losing my matches and history and prefer not to link my Facebook account. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? I'm unsure if waiting will resolve this issue or if I should prepare to create a new account entirely.

I am an 18-year-old male. I was in the process of creating my account, using my phone number, and everything was going smoothly. I have used Tinder before but had to deactivate my account when starting college. However, I was unexpectedly logged out and now I am unable to log back in, being informed that my account was banned. I do not understand how I could have violated any terms as I had just created the account. I added my email, uploaded 3-4 photos (mostly selfies and one meme), and hadn't even started swiping or writing a bio. I am gay, but I hadn't even selected my preferences yet. Could you please investigate to verify that I hadn't done anything wrong and lift the ban on my phone number? Thank you for your help, I did not mean to be disrespectful.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my matches on Tinder. The order of my matches was mixed up, and I couldn't find some of my recent messages from the last few months. A friend even asked me why I unmatched them, which I didn't do. I also noticed that my conversations suddenly stopped. To check if I was receiving messages, I sent over 30 messages to various matches, but no one replied after 24 hours. I tried logging out and back in, updating the app and Facebook, and organizing my matches, but the problem persists. Although the match order has been fixed, my messages are still missing, and I'm not getting any new ones. I'm User Seed Lynn on Tinder, using the Facebook account "seedlynn." Any help would be appreciated.

I have previously reached out regarding an ongoing issue that remains unresolved. Despite following the suggested steps, the problem persists. I am unable to regain access to my paid gold account ([redacted]9) as the linked phone number is no longer active. Changing the phone number is impossible due to being unable to receive SMS, and email recovery is not an option as the email was not linked to the account. I am willing to provide any necessary security information to recover my account successfully. Despite trying all recommendations, I have not been successful. If possible, could you update the account from [redacted] to [redacted] to help me regain access? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently lost my iPhone, which had my Tinder profile under the name "Jigme" and the phone number [redacted]. My Tinder account is linked to my Apple ID [redacted], which has a Tinder Gold subscription. I have a new phone and number now. When I tried to restore purchases on Tinder, it said, "The subscription is already in use with another account." Since I cannot recover my lost iPhone, I need to disable my old Tinder account. I would appreciate it if Tinder could delete my old account, so I can activate Tinder on my new account with the phone number [redacted]. Thank you for understanding. If I contact my old iPhone's cellular company to delete the old number, will it automatically delete the old Tinder account without affecting my Gold subscription?

Hello, I recently ended a relationship with my ex-girlfriend, who has been struggling with drug addiction and anger issues. After matching with her and a friend on Tinder, I found out they repeatedly reported me to the point of being banned from the platform. My ex-girlfriend's actions seem to stem from spite due to our breakup, which was necessary as her behavior had become destructive. I am a 24-year-old looking to make positive life choices and maintain respectful interactions online. Please reinstate my account under the Facebook name "Alec Drury." You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I recently created a new account on Tinder. I had an old account that I stopped using, so I created a new one. I had trouble connecting my Instagram, so I logged back onto the old account to disconnect it. However, now I can't access my new account and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm frustrated that I can't log in using the email and password I originally used. It seems the system is set up for phone numbers, but I only have one phone number. Now, I'm locked out of one of the accounts. I need help resolving this issue. The profile picture for the account I can't access shows me without a shirt in a hot tub, then wearing grey trousers, and finally with some decks. I created this account on October 23, [redacted]. Please assist in fixing this problem.

Hello, I previously reached out regarding my sudden ban from Tinder. I'm baffled because my behavior on the app was always appropriate. I never engaged in any threatening or insulting behavior towards my matches. The only possible reason could be that I reported a man who was harassing me on other social media platforms. I wonder if this person could be behind my ban as retribution for rejecting him. Ironically, my intention was to improve the safety of Tinder for other women, but now I find myself banned, possibly for insignificant reasons. I kindly request for the ban to be lifted. I am willing for you to review my account to confirm that there is nothing inappropriate or alarming on it. I am hopeful that someone can assist me and understand the challenges I am facing. Thank you, M. J.

Hello, I believed I had successfully deleted my Tinder accounts linked to my Facebook and email. Despite this, individuals have reached out to me on Facebook mentioning they came across my profile on Tinder. I am eager to have all accounts associated with Tinder completely erased. I kindly seek assistance with this issue as I have tried following the deletion steps provided, but upon re-downloading Tinder, I am automatically logged in. Could you please help me remove all the information I have on the Tinder app entirely? Your help is greatly appreciated as I have received unpleasant messages via Facebook questioning why I have not been in touch with those on Tinder. I was under the impression my profile was no longer active. Thank you, Anji Naiker
