I’ve recently upgraded my account to gold and paid the full amount in order to acquire, Ive then gone to log back into my account after many days of using the service for it to tell me that it couldn’t recognise my account details and wouldn’t be able to access my paid subscription. I’ve had to make another account and was considering of upgrading again to press the appropriate buttons for the screen to say that this paid service is linked to another account on my device please could you help me in recovering my paid service account or subsequently add this to my new account as I feel the cost of £** is a lot of money to just waste.**Please contact me on *****@***.com **Kind Regards **Jake
