The issue in GetHuman-nader_mo's own words
It is a couple of weeks that I cannot login to Tinder and I thought there is a bug in the app preventing successful login as I was getting an error when I tried to login by phone number and after entering the code sent to me via a text which upon verification then instead of opening the app it was showing the message that recently I found out on the web that I am blocked! It was surprising to me that I have been blocked with any warning for anything that I might have done unknowingly. I think it is appropriate that Tinder sends an email warning any user for any mistake or violation of their community standards before blocking the user. Anyway, I am writing this because I want them to know that I liked the app after using it for free for a few weeks and I was about to use the subscription feature and pay them since I felt it is a useful app for networking and my search for ideal lady. So, Tinder is out of the money they could receive from a happy user who is grateful for a good service but instead they follow with bogus and wrong reporting of malicious user(s) without any proper standard for checking the validity of an abuse report. The funny thing with Tinder is they constantly sent me notifications to use the app! If they are serious about making money then they better fix their process.
