simply change my age on my Tinder Profile. This cannot be done on consumer end unless I cancel the account.*READF MY INFO ABOVE. If I cancel, I lose my $**. If they make the change, it costs *$.*I want a solution, not this. ... I need to fix the AGE on my profile and see that the only way is to cancel the membership and create a new one.*But I paid for a YEAR.*Can I be reimbursed for the unused portion if I cancel, or will I be allowed to continue my current paid membership with a newly-created profile?**Or, can TINDER fix the age to ** on my current profile?**My username is Dave, email is creativepaddler@(google's email address)
The GetHuman system is NOT HELPING ME at all.*I want customer support with a real solution, a real person not this Bot.
I want my age changed to my actual **. That's how simple this is.*OR, I want Tinder to allow my current subscription to roll into a new account (with my true age listed) if that is the ONLY way I can have a resolution. It isn't rocket science.
I paid a year subscription in advance, expecting decent CS. This is not service and I cannot recommend Tinder if this is their idea of how to treat customers.
I have tried for days! PLEASE HELP, not refer me to published problems. Mine is NOT listed.
