I signed up for one month of Tinder service in July **** when I was visiting Las Vegas. I was never able to use the website or app due to technical difficulties. I promtly messaged requesting a refund but got no reply. Tinder has continued to bill my card monthly through Oct ****. I have still never been able to access my account after setting it up. Please arrange for a refund of the total amount of all of the charges to be returned to my card. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
