I have a Tinder premium account linked to phone number ********** and e mail *****@***.com. I am a *** man and am looking for other men to date. Over the last few months I have built up a lot of matches and was in the process of going on dates with a few of them. So it is EXTREMELY important that I restore my account. Otherwise my time and money invested over the last few months will go to waste. *Recently Tinder has started prompting me to check in every time I click on the app on my iPhone. Usually I do it with just my phone number. This time it prompted my to check in with either my phone number or Facebook. I made the mistake of my life checking in with Facebook. Tinder still asked me to confirm my mobile number which I did. However Tinder completely didn't recognize me and didn't show my profile or pic posted on Tinder. Instead it picked up my old pic from Facebook and treated me like I was creating a new account and started showing me profiles of women even though I am a *** man. I tried to close the app and log in again using my phone number alone and it kept taking me to my new Empty profile losing all my info and *** matches. When I looked for help on how to troubleshoot the problem of duplicate profiles and losing one's profile it suggested deleting the profile and trying to log in again. I have been trying frantically to do that multiple times but it keeps taking me to the new EMPTY profile bringing up women as matches and is completely missing my premium *** profile with my profile message and new picture and at least ** matches. I am in PANIC! And you don't have a customer service phone number. I am a paying premium member for several months. PLEASE restore my original *** profile ASAP and call or textme at **********. I am depressed that all my time, effort and money will be gone to waste.
