Subject: Urgent: Issue with Tinder Plus Account Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an urgent matter regarding my Tinder Plus subscription. Last year, I subscribed to Tinder Plus for a monthly fee of 33 PLN. I had two accounts, one linked to my Facebook without Tinder Plus and another one with Tinder Plus that I accessed through my phone number. Recently, I encountered an issue where I could only access the account without Tinder Plus, despite my subscription and payments. This has resulted in the loss of all my data, including conversations. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Tinder Plus account and resolve this issue. I suspect this might be due to a setting update in the app. Below are my profile details for your reference: Name: Kanan Isgandarov (Kenan Isgenderov) Location: Poland Previous Tinder Plus account login: Phone number: +48 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] I kindly request your prompt feedback and support in resolving this matter. Thank you. Warm regards, Kanan Isgandarov

I suspect that my pictures and name are being used on someone else's profile. Recently, a man contacted me on Snapchat claiming we've been talking for weeks since connecting on Tinder. He mentioned finding my Instagram and adding my Snapchat. This alarmed me as I discovered that someone has created a Tinder account using my identity, portraying me as a 21-year-old named Brianna Bennett from Norfolk, Virginia. I am actually a 17-year-old from Taylorsville, California, with no association with nursing school, as indicated on the fake profile. Although I don't have images of the profile, the guy shared photos from my Instagram that were used without my consent. I have created a basic account to try to report the fake profile by swiping through the girl, but it's a tedious process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I unintentionally deleted the app while organizing my phone. I attempted to log in using my email [redacted], which is linked to my Facebook account. However, I forgot my password, and my Facebook account got disabled. I can't log in with my phone number since I used a friend's number, and I want to respect her privacy by not using it anymore. Despite knowing her number isn't linked to my account, she prefers not to have it associated with my Facebook. I'm unable to access my account to continue chatting with the three people I was connecting with. Could you please assist me in logging in with my email, resetting the password since I don't have another valid phone number to use? Thank you.

I cannot access my old account using my phone number. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app due to freezing issues, I am prompted to create a new account instead of accessing my old one. I am worried about my privacy and want my old account deleted to prevent it from being visible to others without my consent. Additionally, I am unable to utilize Tinder Plus on the new account because it is linked to the previous account, which seems unjust as I'm losing the service I paid for. Privacy is my primary concern, along with the need to remove the old account. I attempted to resolve this by renewing Tinder Plus on the new account, but it remains associated with the old one. I am feeling extremely frustrated and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I recently downloaded the Tinder app and upgraded to Tinder Gold. However, a few months ago, I uninstalled the app. I just realized that I have been getting charged $29.99 per month for "Tinder Gold" since then. I feel frustrated that I have been continuously billed for a feature I cannot use since I uninstalled the app. I believe I should be refunded for the charges from the time of uninstallation up to October 17, [redacted]. It seems unfair that I am being charged for a service I cannot benefit from. This situation leaves me feeling taken advantage of and disappointed in the service.

I am attempting to reset my account due to errors with my previous one. I had Tinder Gold on the old account, canceled the subscription, changed my Google Play account, phone number, and created a new profile. Despite these changes, I still had Tinder Gold when I logged in. I am concerned that Tinder is transferring my old account's data to the new one. I need guidance on how to create a new account without triggering this transfer. I uninstalled Tinder before installing it on the new Google Play account. Do I need to delete other Google Play accounts or clear Tinder data from my phone to prevent this issue?

I have a Tinder premium account connected to phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] Being a gay man seeking male companionship, I've accumulated many matches over months. It's crucial to recover my account to avoid losing the time and money invested. Lately, Tinder began prompting me to verify each time I open the app on my iPhone. Normally, I verify using only my phone number, but this time I mistakenly used Facebook for login. Despite confirming my phone number, Tinder failed to recognize me, displaying an old Facebook picture and suggesting female profiles instead of male matches. Despite trying to troubleshoot by deleting and re-logging into my account multiple times, it continues to show an empty profile with female matches. This is distressing, especially as a paying premium member with valuable connections. I urgently seek assistance to restore my original gay profile with saved matches.

I recently encountered an issue logging into my account, receiving an error code that led me to understand my account had been banned for guideline violations, which I am certain I have not committed. After investigating the guidelines, I reached out to Tinder for clarification, only to be informed there was nothing they could do. This has left me feeling disappointed, especially since I had recently upgraded to premium. Despite not being able to access my account, I had to make arrangements to cancel my subscription. I am hopeful for assistance from Tinder in resolving this situation and restoring my account. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Lulu. Unfortunately, my account was deleted because of a joke in my bio. The joke said, "Send me $5 and see what happens," which I found humorous but wasn't meant as a solicitation. I've never had any issues on Tinder in over a year, and I haven't been disrespectful or violated any terms. I've noticed others promoting explicit content without consequences. I'm frustrated my account was deactivated for a harmless joke. I request for my account to be reinstated and assure that I won't make such jokes again. Kindly reconsider reactivating my account; my linked phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I'm frustrated with Tinder because my account was banned without any explanation despite not violating any terms of service. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they couldn't provide specific information on what I did wrong. Many others online seem to have experienced the same issue, receiving unexpected lifelong bans. It's confusing and upsetting to see problematic accounts still active while mine was banned unjustly. It's disheartening to not receive proper support or clarification on this matter.

As a traveling songwriter, Tinder was a great way for me to meet new people in the cities I visit. I was a loyal Tinder Gold user, especially in cities like Los Angeles, Portland, and New York. However, when I tried to log back in after some time away, I encountered an error. I attempted to create a new account but was suspended for violating community guidelines. I value the service and am not a malicious user. I respectfully request to have my account reinstated or be allowed to create a new one. Thank you for your assistance.

This morning, while using Tinder, the app froze/crashed when I tried to view a new message. After restarting it, I discovered I was logged out. Upon logging back in, my profile, matches, and messages were all missing. Instead, there was a basic 'automatic' profile with only some of my Facebook photos visible, no bio, and other details were gone. I tried logging out and back in, using my email address, and reinstalling the app, but nothing worked. I suspect using the wrong phone number may have caused the issue, but even trying without it via the desktop site didn't help. I'm puzzled about what happened and where my data went. It's frustrating to have lost everything. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've been unable to access my Tinder account for more than a year, causing significant frustration. Despite reaching out several times, the response constantly reiterates that error code [redacted] indicates permanent blocking. I find this perplexing. In my current situation, I cannot make phone calls since I recently relocated and have yet to establish contacts nearby. This obstruction is particularly distressing as I am on the brink of starting college. I maintain that I have not wronged anyone on Tinder. Presumably, I was falsely reported many months ago, leading to my abrupt removal from the platform. Although I managed to log in recently, set up my profile, and initiate swiping, I was promptly locked out again. This ordeal has left me extremely flustered and disheartened. Please assist me in unblocking my account; I firmly assert my innocence. I am willing to provide any necessary history for review. This situation is exasperating, and I simply wish to resume swiping. Kind regards, Donavin.

It is concerning that Tinder is censoring and seems to be politically biased. I have reported over 50 inappropriate messages, but my account was suspended twice. Even a picture of President Trump was flagged as inappropriate. I have a Tinder Gold subscription and I am now requesting a refund. As a PhD researching online dating, this experience is disappointing. I have numerous screenshots of the offensive messages and what Tinder allows on the platform. I plan to share these on social media. It appears that Tinder is closely monitoring content like Twitter. I am seeking a refund and hoping for a response via call or email. Thank you.

I've been attempting to register on your dating site but am struggling to do so. I have deleted my previous attempts and I keep encountering unhelpful circles on your site. Some of the support links are not functioning properly, as they lead to pages that can't be found. Therefore, I have not been able to register successfully. I've been trying to sign up for Tinder on my PC without using a Facebook account or a cell phone. I have an email through Gmail and my home phone number was recently verified by receiving a code. I hoped this verification would assist me in signing up on Tinder, but it did not. Is it possible to use this information for verification? What about providing credit card information as proof? I am a 58-year-old female with limited technology. I only have a laptop and no Facebook account or cell phone, but I still want to participate on your site. Please let me know if there is an alternative method for registration that doesn't involve a text message to a cell phone I don't possess. Thank you for your time; I appreciate it and look forward to your response. -Leslie H.

I am encountering issues registering on the dating site as I deleted my previous attempt. The support links on the site do not work, and I am unable to navigate to any useful resources. I have been unsuccessful in signing up for Tinder on my PC as I opt not to have a Facebook account or a cell phone. Although my email was recently verified, it did not assist with the Tinder registration process. I am wondering if my email verification or credit card information could be used for verification instead. I have limited devices and would like guidance on how to register without the need for a cell phone. I appreciate your assistance and hope to find a solution soon. Thank you. - Leslie H.

Hello Tinder Support, I recently signed up for Tinder Plus but encountered issues when trying to delete my account. Despite following the deletion process, I continued to be charged for a service I no longer had access to for over two months. After seeking help from Apple and having them cancel my membership, I realized that Tinder did not provide clear instructions about also deleting the payment information from Apple. This lack of transparency was frustrating, as I was unaware of this additional step. I kindly request a refund for the two months during which I did not use the service but was charged. Thank you, I. I have encountered an issue with my Tinder account. I accidentally created a second account when trying to log in through Facebook, and now I suspect that my original account with matches has been merged or overridden by the empty one. When attempting to log back in using my phone number, I keep getting redirected to the empty Facebook-linked account. I tried to reset through email ([redacted]), but the link sent by Tinder to reset the phone number always expires before I can use it. I believe the problem might stem from account merging on your end, as I suspect I used my current phone number to sign up instead of an old one. I hope to resolve this without starting over, and I wish the account recovery process worked correctly to confirm my phone number. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I recently attempted to create a secondary Tinder account in addition to my primary one. My primary account, under the name "Jan," is linked to my phone number registered under "Johannes." I was attempting to create a new account linked to Facebook. However, now I am unable to access my original "Jan" account and it appears the second account is now linked to the phone number +[redacted] [redacted] 76 74. How can I regain access to my original account, as I only have one phone number and was unaware of this limitation? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I encountered issues today with multiple accounts linked to my phone number. Upon attempting to log in, I received an error message indicating a ban. I am perplexed as I had not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. Additionally, I recently subscribed to Tinder Gold for a year in August, and now my account is inaccessible. I did not receive any prior warnings nor did I have any questionable content on my profile. My Tinder account is linked to my phone number [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter to regain access to my account. Thank you. -Brian T.
