Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I have been trying to contact Tinder through various channels without success. I am Alvaro Rey from Andtonic Studios, a communication and innovation company in Spain. We are working on a project for Iberia, the Spanish airline, to promote their new airplanes. As part of this project, we are planning to create two Tinder profiles (male and female) for the airplane to interact with users humorously and invite them for a dinner at 40,[redacted] feet on a Madrid - NYC flight. Influencers will participate in this activity, sharing their conversations on Twitter to engage their followers to download the app and potentially win a dinner during the flight. We seek your approval to proceed with this unconventional marketing idea. Iberia will use Tinder in a new way in Spain, and they are willing to support promotions to increase Tinder usage among Spanish users. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to your feedback on this proposal. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that on July 14th, I requested the cancellation of my Tinder Plus account. I have proof of this cancellation through a screenshot from the Google Play app stating "Tinder Plus (Tinder) you cancelled this service." Despite expecting only one more charge at the end of the month, I was actually billed two additional times on August 20 and September 19. I am seeking a refund for these two recent charges. The cancellation process for subscriptions with your company seems unnecessarily complex and unclear. If by any chance my account was not indeed cancelled, it should be noted that there has been no activity on my account in the last three months, making it evident that I have been billed for services I have not utilized. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to rectify these disputed charges. Thank you, C.A.

I accidentally logged into Tinder through Facebook without thinking, then verified my phone number, and Tinder created a new account using my Facebook details. This new account does not work for me, and I cannot access my original account with matches and messages. I have put everything on hold until this issue is resolved, but I am struggling to get help. I made it clear that I do not want two accounts, I want my original account reinstated, but I have not received a response. I have also been charged for the next month's membership fee, but I have lost all my matches and messages. How can I retrieve them or get a refund? I am frustrated and considering not using this app again.

When I first created my Tinder account in February, I only used my phone number. Later, around June or the summer, I made a new Tinder account using Facebook. When the app asked for a phone number verification, I input the same number from February. Now, logging in with my phone number only accesses the Facebook-connected account. After deleting the Facebook-linked account, I tried to log into my original Tinder account, but it's not recognized, prompting me to create a new account. I'm unsure where my old account went and want to ensure I'm not visible on the platform since I'm currently not using Tinder. My phone number is [redacted].

When I created my Tinder account back in February, I initially used only my phone number. Later, around June or sometime during the summer, I decided to create another Tinder account linked to my Facebook. However, when prompted to verify my phone number on the new account, I inadvertently used the same number from February. After deleting the Facebook-linked account, I attempted to log in using my phone number into my original Tinder account but was directed to a page prompting me to create a new account. I'm concerned about my old account and want to ensure I'm not visible on the app since I'm currently not using Tinder. I'm uncertain of my account status and would like to access my original account.

I am experiencing this issue for the second time within the last two days. I have not violated any rules and did not receive any emails regarding this matter. Consequently, I am unable to access my original Tinder account, as well as the new one I made while attempting to restore the original. It seems that my profile was deleted when I added my KIK username. If this is the reason, I am willing to remove it. I kindly request assistance in restoring my Tinder account linked to the number [redacted]. I am encountering a [redacted] error when trying to log in. I would like to retrieve my original account; however, if it's not possible, I am open to using the new one I created with the work phone number [redacted]. I am eager to regain access to my Tinder profile associated with my Facebook account and phone number [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Meriyanna. I have never had a Tinder account and recently discovered someone impersonating me on the platform. It was brought to my attention by a concerned friend, causing stress as I am in a committed relationship. Being flattered yet creeped out by this situation, I worry about the potential harm it could cause, especially with my professional reputation working in a corporate environment. The fake bio mentioning smoking weed is particularly troubling. I kindly request for the account in question to be removed promptly to prevent further issues. Should I consider using Tinder in the future, I hope for improved security measures to prevent such occurrences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Meriyanna

I was using my Thunder account regularly with no problems. After taking a nap, I received a message. When I tried to log in upon waking up, I was prompted to choose between using a phone number or my Facebook account. Since I couldn't recall how I initially signed up, I selected Facebook first. After granting permission on Facebook, I was asked to verify my phone number, which I did. However, I ended up being signed up automatically for a whole new different account using my Facebook information. Despite trying multiple times to log in using my phone number, which is likely how I initially signed up, I keep being directed to the new account. I noticed several old emails associated with my original account that I want to access when checking my email at [redacted] I'm uncertain about what to do now. My phone number is [redacted]. Thank you for any help.

To whom it may concern, I am experiencing difficulties with my profile on the app. Whenever I attempt to edit it by touching the "edit info" button, the app crashes immediately, preventing me from making any changes before restarting. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, this issue persists. Additionally, there is an inconvenience where upon entering the app, I am prompted to log in again as if for the first time, which has become a frequent nuisance. I am uncertain about the cause of this recurring problem. Kindly address these issues promptly as I am eager to update my profile without further disruptions. I have been a Gold package subscriber for a while, but despite this, the problems persist. I hope for a swift resolution on your end. For reference, I am using Tinder version 9.8.0 on iOS, and my username is mouse8899. Thank you in advance for your attention. Best regards, Supanut Vaiyanikorn

Hi, last night I decided to go on Tinder. When I opened the app, it prompted me to log in with my Facebook account. Unfortunately, when I tried to log in, I received an error message with code A:[redacted]. I looked up this code online and it seems to indicate that I have been banned or removed from the app. I have not received any email notifications regarding this. I have used Tinder for a while, often deleting my profile and creating a new one later, but this is the first time I have encountered this issue. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to explain why this happened. Hopefully, it was just a mistake in the system.

Hello, I have been a Tinder premium member for over a year, paying $20 per month. Unfortunately, after changing my debit card a few months ago, my service was interrupted. I keep receiving alerts about new matches and messages, but I haven't been able to see or respond to them. I didn't mind initially, as I wasn't using the app due to seeing someone. However, I recently discovered that Tinder has been charging my new card through Apple despite the app not working correctly since the card change. I would like to cancel my premium membership and request a refund for the months I have been charged for a service that I couldn't use. I can be reached via email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. Ilya

I haven't used Tinder for 5 months. Recently, I logged on for about 10 minutes and then closed the app. When I tried to go back on, I was notified that I was banned. I don't understand how this happened in such a short time. I reached out to Tinder customer support through email, but I keep getting generic responses. I just want to know the reason for my ban. I believe I might have been hacked during the time the app was uninstalled. I have never been rude to anyone on the app and have always been polite to my matches.

Hello, I am Johanna C. I recently set up a profile on Tinder and within a day, it was unexpectedly removed. I am seeking clarification on the violation that led to this action. I was unaware of any wrongdoing and would like the opportunity to address this and possibly have my profile reinstated. Something went wrong.” Your prompt attention to this concern would be appreciated. Kindly investigate these issues at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Anna, also known as Ananas Flower on my account connected to [redacted] and Ananas Flower Facebook. I have been using your application successfully to meet people for the past three years. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account due to error number [redacted] appearing whenever I try to log in. According to Google, this error may occur if someone has reported me. I suspect it could be a man I recently had a miscommunication with. I believe it was unfair to be reported as I had no intention to offend anyone and even tried to clarify the misunderstanding. In response, I received an offensive message which might have led to my account being reported. I am disappointed by this situation as I have matches with people I haven't had the chance to chat with further or exchange contact information. I kindly request to be unblocked and have my profile reinstated. I value the connections I have made on the app, especially since some users visit my area and we plan to meet up. I hope for a positive resolution, as I believe my profile shouldn't have been deleted. Thank you, Anna from Russia.

I am having trouble logging into Tinder suddenly. The app logged me out, potentially due to an update. I can't retrieve my account because the SIM card I signed up with is no longer in my possession. Even though email and Facebook login don't work, I know my Instagram, which is linked to Facebook, is connected to my new Tinder profile. This is urgent; my Instagram handle is larshorsbol. Please locate my account and send login information to my email. I can't get a new SIM card with the same Filipino number I used to sign up because I am Danish, currently in Miami, and soon heading to Bolivia. It's a challenging situation that requires immediate assistance.

Dear Tinder Customer Support, I am reaching out regarding a serious issue I have encountered. I am sorry for taking up your time with this matter. A few months ago, I faced difficulties logging into my Tinder account. Despite using the app regularly for over 5 years and endorsing its quality to friends and acquaintances, I found myself inexplicably blocked without a clear explanation. While I contacted your support team previously, the rationale provided for my block was simply emphasizing user security, though I have never engaged in disrespectful behavior on the platform. I have personally experienced mistreatment on Tinder, including instances where private images were shared online without consent, leading to inappropriate and offensive comments. This type of behavior is distressing and not something I condone. I have used Tinder to connect with people while traveling and have formed meaningful relationships through the app. I am puzzled by my sudden block, as I have not violated any guidelines that would warrant such action. Unlike other dating platforms where I have not faced similar issues, I am disheartened by this situation on Tinder. While I may not be able to persuade you to reinstate my account, I appreciate your attention to my message as a former user. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Laura GM (Available on various social media platforms and a graduate of Brighton University)

I have an unusual request. My boyfriend and I, who met on Tinder in May, are still together and might soon get engaged. One of our favorite inside jokes is thanking Tinder for bringing us together. My boyfriend's birthday is on October 23rd, and I was wondering if there's any way to receive a birthday letter from Tinder wishing Ryan a happy birthday and adding a comical "you're welcome ;)" at the end. It would mean a lot to us, as silly as it may sound. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with my Tinder accounts. Recently, one of my accounts was wrongly reported and subsequently banned, leaving me unable to access it. Consequently, I created a second account, which has now become inaccessible due to a recent update requiring a phone number, connecting it to the banned account. I would appreciate it if my first account could be reinstated as I believe it was unfairly banned. Additionally, I would like both accounts to be disconnected from any phone numbers and solely linked to their respective Facebook accounts. I value using Tinder to meet new people and sincerely hope this matter can be resolved effectively.
