Dear Support,***. All my messages started to displayed as new after the latest upgrade**. I logged out (I created an account through email *****@***.com, not through FB as I remember)**. I tried to log in, but there is no option to login trough email, only through FB or phone number**. When I log in through FB*phone number - all my matches and messages are lost**. I tried to link my IG account or restore purchases and received the following messages*******So, could you please help to restore my previous account? *If it's not possible could you please unlink my IG account and purchases from my old account (*****@***.com)? then I could link them to my new account.
GetHuman-arturdv did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
