I was charged on my debit card for a $** subscription that I did not sign up for. Someone hacked my phone and used my details. I was previously on Tinder for a few months last year with no intention of long term use. **Someone must have hacked my phone and signed me up again as I had removed the app from my phone. Can you please cancel the subscription as I do not wish to be paying for a service I am not using, and would it be possible for a refund as I am not using the service.
