The issue in GetHuman-allredam's own words
I recently was charged $**.** for a * year subscription only wanted to pay $*.** for a * month subscription. I cancelled my subscription in less than ** hours after my card was declined at the grocery store and I had to leave all my items. I contacted google who informed me my money was already sent to the developer of Tinder. I then emailed Tinder and finally received a response to reply with my order number and my refund would be processed shortly. Days later I still have not received my money back onto my card, nor been verified that my refund has for sure been processed after sending emails.
GetHuman-allredam did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
