Ok, this is kind of urgent*I am pretty sure I'm suffering a glitch here.*I matched with a girl a few days ago. *We had a nice chat, and we were planning to meet. *Then suddenly she disappeared from my matches. *I was a little confused because we had a nice chemistry going but I thought "ok, she unmatched me for some reason, **** happens". *Yesterday I got a notification on my phone that said "new message from *her name*". There is no other girl with her name in my matches (i even used search).*When I checked the app, there was no notification.*So I checked the web app, and there was the icon saying I had one new notification, but again, there was no notification to be seen.*I assume that there must be a glitch, and I'd find it sad for her to think I'm not replying, while I literally can't for whatever reason.**What I tried:**Log out and back in on android*Force stop the app and start it again*Reinstall the app*Search in the matches list*Look in the web app*Log out and back in on the web app*Delete cache on the web app*Read through the FAQ*Contact customer service and get unhelpful standard replies copy pasted from the FAQ.**What I would like you to do:**Let me talk to tier * support (by email)*Check if you can restore the match somehow*Help me contact her
