My previous Tinder account got deleted, and now I'm having trouble signing back in. I don't think I violated any rules to get banned. I created a new account, but as a female, I'm not getting any matches, which is unusual for me. Normally, I get lots of matches quickly. After trying a few times, the same profiles kept reappearing, with only a few new ones in between. I've been a Tinder user for years and remember when the app had a section for minors. Now, I'm unable to use the app, and I'm frustrated. I'm afraid if I create another account, the same issues will happen. What should I do next?

My account was permanently terminated, and I would like this to be reviewed. I believe a friend created an account for me as a joke when I was 17, which I promptly tried to delete as I knew it was a violation of the terms. I am responsible and respectful on Tinder, using it to find friends around my new college. However, when I tried to access the app again yesterday, I was locked out. I am now 18, born on July 8th, [redacted], and my bio stated "lookin for bham friends" (Bellingham). I hope to be given another chance to connect with people in my new city as I start college. I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my account being unexpectedly banned. Despite reaching out to Twitter support, the responses I received seemed automated and lacked genuine investigation into my problem. The latest reply I received was disheartening, stating, "Hello Jack, Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time." This response felt dismissive. After expressing my desire to escalate the matter as a formal complaint and requesting a thorough investigation, I have not received any further communication. The level of customer service I encountered is truly disappointing.

I am extremely upset by a full-page Tinder advertisement that appeared on my screen. The ad featured a clothed woman on one side and the same woman naked on the other, promoting the objectification of women. This encourages men to view women in a lustful manner, which is unacceptable. Not only does this lead to sinful behavior, but it also undermines the respect and dignity of women. The advertisement's attempt to provoke inappropriate feelings in men towards women is harmful to families and children's well-being. It is concerning that such content is being promoted without consideration for the consequences. I urge reflection on these actions and hope for a change in behavior for the betterment of society and respecting women.

Hello! Lately, I've been experiencing issues with the SMS verification process on my Tinder account. Each time I opened the app, it prompted me to verify my phone number before allowing access. During this period, my number of matches significantly dropped from around 20 per week to barely 2. Today, upon trying to access the app, I received a notification indicating an issue with logging out, and later found out that my account was banned. I find this ban suspicious as I've reviewed Tinder's community guidelines and am confident I did not breach any rules. I would appreciate advice on how to potentially recover my account and have it reinstated.

I am facing an issue with my Tinder account. I have been a loyal Tinder Gold member for years without any problems. Suddenly, I was unable to log in and received error code [redacted] suggesting a ban. I didn't receive any email notification about this ban, which is frustrating. Despite regularly receiving emails about TinderU, I cannot access it due to the ban. I've been a long-time member of Tinder. I noticed I was charged $[redacted].94 on 9/4/18, which was unexpected, and then another $29.99 for my regular fee on 9/5/18. Can you explain why this happened? I would appreciate a refund of $[redacted].94 and some form of compensation. I have been experiencing a recurring issue on Tinder where it indicates that I have unread messages, but they are not visible in my messages panel. This number has grown to 42 unread messages over time. I would like to suggest to the tech team the creation of an “UNREAD” filter that would automatically sort any unread messages to the top of the list. Additionally, I have encountered challenges in contacting individuals after commenting on their photos, as the comments get buried over time and become difficult to locate. It would be helpful if there was a way to prevent messages from piling up in “unread” without being accessible.

I need urgent help as I believe there is a technical issue affecting my connection with a girl I had matched with recently. After a promising chat, she disappeared from my matches. Despite receiving a notification about a new message from her, there is no trace of it within the app or web version. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in, reinstalling the app, and checking the web platform, all to no avail. Despite seeking assistance from customer service, the responses have been unhelpful and generic. I recently had my Tinder account banned, and I'm uncertain about the steps I should take to reinstate it. I had created my Tinder profile just before I turned 18, and now that I am of age, I believe this might be the reason for my ban. She is disabled with the cognitive abilities of a 14-year-old, although she is actually 37 years old. I am deeply concerned as she engages with men briefly and then invites them to our home, putting my 3-year-old at risk. The police have intervened, attempting to stop these actions to no avail. On her profile, she mentions phrases like "my mum and me" multiple times, implying association with me, which I do not support. I recently received a pop-up notification with error code [redacted] while trying to log in. After some research, I realized this means my account has been banned, likely due to a bio I had previously that said "*actually 12." I used this as a joke about my dyslexia, but I now understand how it could be misconstrued. I'm actually 21 and would like to continue using Tinder, as I prefer it over other dating apps. Is there a way to regain access to my account and provide verification of my age?

I encountered a [redacted] error when attempting to log in. I have never posted inappropriate content or used profanity in my bio or messages. I have lost access to six months of prepaid membership and several virtual items, including 19 superlikes. I am upset by Tinder's lack of accountability. I want to know why my account was deleted and why I am banned from creating a new one. I demand an immediate reversal, not the usual 39-day wait time. As a journalist, these practices are concerning and affect public opinion of the dating app significantly.

Hello. I am in need of assistance. My account ([redacted]) was deleted and blocked. I want to clarify that I have never engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I have always followed the rules and maintained friendly conversations on the app. I suspect that I was reported due to having my gender listed as non-binary. It feels discriminatory to have my account removed based on my chosen identity, especially when there are other profiles containing offensive language that seem to go unchecked. I kindly request that my account be reinstated, even if it means creating a new one, which I am currently unable to do. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I accidentally left my phone in a Lyft driver's car last night after a night out with my friend, Pablo. I've already reached out to Lyft with the pickup and dropoff details in hopes they can contact the driver. Unfortunately, my friend paid for the ride and is now back in Memphis. I've tried to reinstall Tinder on my iPad but I'm unsure of my login information (attempted using my phone number and email). My plan was to message Pablo through Tinder on my iPad and ask him to assist with the Lyft driver. Find my iPhone indicates my phone is in Hendersonville, a Nashville suburb where the Lyft driver likely resides. I'd appreciate any help as I don't have Facebook to use as an alternative login for Tinder.

I recently logged out of my Tinder account, but when I tried to log back in using my phone number and entering the OTP, Tinder started the signup process instead. It created a new account, and I am unable to access my old account through any method. My old account was linked to my Instagram, and Tinder won't let me link the new account to it, stating that an account already exists. I tried checking the URL of my old account, and it still works, displaying my old profile. The old profile did not have an email linked to it. Hello, last night, just before 9pm, I received a notification that I had a message from Anthony. However, upon checking my messages, there was no new message from him. This morning, a message from someone named Paul appeared in my inbox instead. A similar situation occurred last Friday evening. I was chatting with Anthony, then he suddenly disappeared from my matches. Later, I received three message notifications from him, but when I tried to view the messages, they were not there. After several attempts, I managed to access the messages by tapping the message button on the top right corner, which revealed Anthony's three messages. Hello, I recently discovered that Tinder is featuring my wife's images in their ads on Pornhub.com. These photos were never shared with anyone and are quite revealing. We are extremely distressed by Tinder's unauthorized use of her picture. When we tried to take a screenshot of the ad on Pornhub, we were unable to do so as it seems the images are protected from copying. This is concerning, considering Tinder itself appears to have taken her pictures without permission.
