Hi,*I think there is a technical problem on your site. I completed the cancellation form as requested two months ago. As I gave continues to receive messages, I went back to cancel again the following week. Finally, no more messages were sent to me. I thought then that everything was settled.* As I didn’t make attention to the first renewal payment, I assume and pay for it. However, I am asking you to cancel and credit the last bill received in September.*Thank you for agreeing to my request.
