Subject: Re-Activation Request for Tinder Account Dear Support Team, I recently discovered that my Tinder account was deactivated due to a service violation. I believe this occurred as I unintentionally switched between my professional and personal Facebook accounts, while maintaining the same phone number. I have used Tinder for approximately two years and greatly value the connections I have made through the platform. I assure you that I did not create multiple accounts or engage in any solicitation. It was a genuine oversight on my part and I sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. I kindly request your assistance in re-activating my account, as I genuinely enjoy using Tinder and interacting with new people. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Steven M.

Hello, I need assistance, please. My Tinder account is under the name "MOLLYMAT" and was originally verified with my Gmail. Recently, when I updated Tinder on my phone, it prompted me to sign in using Facebook or a phone number. Unfortunately, when I tried using these options, it created a new account instead of accessing my original one with the name MOLLYMAT. I can still see notifications for my MOLLYMAT account on my phone, but I am unable to sign in as it keeps asking for a phone number or Facebook login, whereas I originally verified it with Gmail. The link to confirm my account under the name MOLLYMAT does not work anymore. I kindly ask for assistance with this issue. Thank you.

A pop-up window requesting phone number verification has appeared while I am logged into my Facebook account on Tinder. Despite multiple attempts to reinstall the app, I am unable to access my messages without providing my phone number. I prefer not to link my phone number and would like to verify my identity using email or Facebook due to concerns about security and the inability to receive text messages as my phone is disconnected. Missing out on matches and messages has been frustrating, and others may assume I am ignoring them when I am unable to access my account. I am looking for a way to bypass the phone number requirement and continue using the service without phone number verification. Unfortunately, I cannot call the customer support line as my phone is disconnected, and there is no email contact provided on Tinder's official website, adding to the frustration.

My account is currently under review due to multiple reports, which has caused concern. I want to clarify that I have always maintained a respectful and appropriate approach, never initiating contact with individuals. I habitually block individuals only if they become troublesome, and I may not engage further if I lose interest. While I tend to swipe right on all profiles to offer equal opportunities, leading to numerous matches, I am uncertain if this has triggered the issue. I am seeking clarification on the reason behind the reports and when my account may be reinstated. Thank you for your assistance.

I unknowingly had two Tinder accounts, one with my Gold membership linked to it which I used for a year, and another unused one that I was not aware of. Today, when I deleted the Tinder app to resolve some freezing/crashing issues, I got signed into the unused account instead of my main one. Now, both my phone number and Facebook page are associated with the empty account. I need help fixing this as I don't want to be stuck paying $30 monthly for a Gold membership I can't utilize, especially because I can't access or cancel it. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Subject: Concern Regarding Account Deletion I am contacting you to address the deletion of my account allegedly due to violating terms of service. I suspect my account was removed because of my gender identity as a transgender individual. After using the app for several months with my updated name and pronouns without any issues, I encountered difficulty logging in one day and received error code [redacted]. When I tried to reinstall the app, I faced the same problem. Upon researching the error, I learned about accounts being removed for violating terms of service. I want to clarify that I did not breach any terms. I came across cases of transgender individuals experiencing account removal for disclosing their gender identity, including legal actions in the U.S. I found it particularly distressing given the recent campaign promoting inclusivity with Munroe Burgdoff. I request that my account is reinstated with reassurance that this discriminatory issue will not affect transgender individuals unless actual violations occur. I have only conducted initial research, but I am prepared to escalate this matter if not resolved promptly.

I had a troubling experience on Tinder due to an encounter with a woman named Shelley. After our offline conversation turned hurtful, she made insensitive remarks about my disabled, ill mother. Feeling provoked, I responded defensively and consequently blocked her. Soon after, I discovered my Tinder account had been banned. I have always treated individuals respectfully on the platform until this incident. I believe I was unjustly penalized and request my account be reinstated. I also seek assurance that Shelley cannot view my profile if it is restored. I urge Tinder to take action against her for her hurtful behavior. I am disappointed by this situation as it has disrupted my interactions with other pleasant women I met recently. I hope for a resolution and appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Brandon Adams from Macon, GA.

Yesterday, I experienced an issue while trying to access my Tinder account. I was prompted to enter my phone number or Facebook profile. Since I have phone numbers from Russia and Italy, I mistakenly logged into my old Russian account, Veraissa, and deleted it to avoid confusion. After multiple attempts, I logged into what I presumed to be my current account under the nickname Rosss using my Italian number, but it appeared as a Facebook profile with no pictures or messages. I tried to link it to my Facebook profile with no success. I fear I may have accidentally deleted my actual Tinder account. Can someone assist me in recovering it?

Subject: Concern about Decency Guidelines on Tinder Hello, I hope this message finds you well. Recently, I encountered an issue where my account was banned on Tinder due to a photo displaying one nipple, which apparently violated the decency guidelines. I am questioning the inconsistency regarding the display of male nipples being acceptable while female nipples are not. Both genders have nipples, and I have observed many male photos showing nipples without repercussions. Additionally, I find it perplexing that cleavage is deemed acceptable while nipples are not on an adult platform. I am disappointed by the drastic action taken, and I believe a more reasonable approach would have been to simply remove the photo and notify me accordingly. Being banned for such a minor infraction seems excessive and unnecessary. I would appreciate hearing your perspective on this matter. Thank you for your attention. Warm regards, S.B.

I recently started a university course in Liverpool. Upon trying out Tinder, I purchased Tinder Gold not realizing it was a one-time payment, not a monthly subscription. Being a new student struggling financially after moving out on my own, I'm hoping to cancel the subscription and request a refund, even though I've used the app post-purchase. Alternatively, I would like to pay for just the one month at £7.59. This would be a great help to me at the moment. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter.

Hello, I am concerned about potential account hacking related to my relationship. I have been dating my boyfriend for 8 months after meeting on Bumble, and we reside together. Several times, my friends have informed me that they matched with my boyfriend on dating apps. However, these interactions are brief as the account/messages vanish quickly. Despite my boyfriend not having these apps on his phone, his profile with the same photos and info from his original accounts appears when my friends screenshot it. I am unsure if this is a common issue or if I am being misguided as he spends most evenings and weekends with me. I would appreciate any insights or advice on this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Michael. I believe my account may have been compromised as I got locked out after an update. I received an error code indicating a ban, though I haven't engaged in any inappropriate behavior. The only recent activity was conversing with a matched individual about shared interests. I seek assistance in resolving this issue or alternatively, a refund for the current month and help with deleting my account. The situation has left me disheartened as I was developing a connection with the individual. Permitting access to my account for verification purposes is something I am willing to do to demonstrate my innocence.

I created a Tinder account less than 24 hours ago and now I am unable to log in. When I searched the error code online, it indicated my account was removed for violating terms and conditions. Despite messaging people appropriately and having it for only a day, my account was deleted. This occurred before when my ex reported me out of spite to prevent me from meeting new people. I am concerned he may have done it again. My profile, pictures, and bio were all appropriate, and I have not engaged in any activity warranting account deletion. I hope to regain access to my account to connect with new individuals or receive clarification on the reason for its removal given the short duration of use.

I recently downloaded your app and engaged in a conversation with a person using the names Justin Kinderly and Walingford. After almost two weeks of communication, he mentioned he had a business contract abroad and was awaiting funds to return to the US. It turns out the person in the photos was not him, as I heard his African or Nigerian accent when he called me. He asked if he could send money to my account for safekeeping until his return, which prompted me to block him due to the multiple calls from different phone numbers. I have attached the photo for reference. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I encountered a strange issue with the app. Last year, during a holiday event, I matched with Santa as a joke. Later, I deactivated my account without unmatching Santa. Upon reactivating my account, Santa and all my old matches are still there. I've unmatched my old matches but the app crashes when I try to unmatch Santa. Since then, I haven't received any new likes or matches. How can I remove Santa from my matches? My account name is Jonah Starz and my email is [redacted]

Hello! I decided to try out Tinder not necessarily to find a partner but more to learn about myself and see who finds me attractive. I paid for a subscription to have unlimited swiping. Within two weeks, I received over [redacted] likes and [redacted] matches as I set my distance limit quite wide. It was a confidence boost, and I even connected with a guy I like. However, after changing my location to San Francisco before a trip, I woke up to a message saying my account is under review. I suspect some guys reported me because I couldn't respond to all the messages I received, causing me anxiety. Could someone assist me in restoring my account?

Username on Account/Facebook Name: Faith Desiree Grace Location: Chicago, San Francisco Email on Account: [redacted] Full Name: Faith Oladeji Hello! I joined Tinder to explore and learn about myself, not necessarily to seek a partner. I paid for a subscription to have unlimited swipes. In about two weeks, I received a considerable number of likes and matches due to widening my distance settings. This boosted my confidence, and I even connected with someone I liked. However, after changing my location to San Francisco for an upcoming trip, my account was flagged for review. I suspect it may be because I didn't respond to all the messages I received, causing some anxiety. Could you assist me in reinstating my account? I'd appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

I am having trouble accessing my main Tinder account, "Jake," which has Tinder Plus until Feb 24, [redacted]. Initially, my main account was linked only to my phone number, but I also have an old account created with Facebook. When trying to log into the old account, I was prompted to enter a phone number which I did, and now I can't get back to my main account. Despite not being linked to Facebook or email, solely my phone number, I can't access my main account even after multiple attempts. It's frustrating since I recently purchased Tinder Plus. I communicated with matches through Snapchat, but they can't find me on Tinder anymore. I didn't delete the account or restore purchases. I've already sent three emails seeking help. I would appreciate any assistance in restoring my main account or receiving compensation for the lost Tinder Plus subscription.

Hello, my Tinder profile has been banned. I believe I understand the reason, and it was due to an oversight on my part. I allowed two of my female friends to use my phone number to set up an account to view the app from a male perspective. I monitored the account to ensure they were not engaging in any inappropriate behavior, which they were not. It was meant to be harmless and silly entertainment for them. I did not consider the consequences at the time since I was logging in through my Facebook account. Subsequently, I deleted both the fake and my real account to link my phone number to my profile. I disabled my discovery card temporarily as I was not ready to start swiping. When I finally decided to resume, I encountered the [redacted] error. I have learned from this experience not to allow others to create accounts with my phone number. I did not initially realize the potential risks of such actions, but it is clear to me now. I am hoping for assistance in lifting the ban so I can use the app again. Thank you, Bryce

For weeks, I've faced issues logging into my Tinder account only to be met with a recurring error code. Initially, I suspected connectivity problems or bugs within the app. Despite troubleshooting by restarting my phone and reinstalling the app multiple times, the login problem persisted. Recently, I finally searched for the error code online and discovered my account had been permanently banned due to a violation of Tinder's guidelines. Surprisingly, there seems to be no option to create a new account using either my Facebook account or phone number. I am baffled as to what actions led to this unfortunate ban. Any insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
