I was using my Tinder account when it unexpectedly logged me out and now I can't log back in. I've tried removing Tinder from my Facebook app settings and creating new accounts, but the issue persists. Every time I try to log in, I receive a "login error" message followed by some numbers and it loops back to the login screen. My account username is acranfordx3 and the phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. Can you please help me regain access to my Tinder account and advise on how to avoid this in the future? Thank you.

I created a Tinder account with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I uploaded a professional photo of myself fully clothed, with nothing negative in it. I matched well with someone, but suddenly found myself banned from the app when I tried to open it again. It seems unjust as I see others with inappropriate photos not facing consequences while new users like me are being banned without reason. I feel unfairly treated and unable to access the app for life for no apparent reason. This situation needs attention from Tinder to rectify this issue. I hope this was an unintentional error, but if not, it feels like mistreatment.

My phone number got banned from Tinder for reasons unknown to me. I have been using my Facebook account for the last 3 months but Tinder suddenly asked for a phone number verification which I hesitated to do fearing it might lead to a ban. Eventually, I had to verify it to stop the constant popups. However, shortly after, my account was banned, the same account I have been using through Facebook. Please, unlink my Facebook account from that number or lift the ban on my number as I am unaware of the reason. I am frustrated as I haven't received any responses from your support team. Tinder allowed me to verify using a banned number and then banned my account for the same reason. I did nothing wrong on Facebook nor am I informed about the number ban. Kindly assist me as a customer and address my issue personally without generic responses. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I recently purchased the Gold Tinder membership for $80 for the whole year. However, a day later, when I tried to log in, I encountered an "error [redacted]" message. After researching, I found out that my account had been banned for allegedly violating guidelines, though I am certain I did nothing wrong. My friends confirmed they were not experiencing the same issue. I am puzzled by this situation and would like to either recover my account or receive a refund since I had the membership for less than a full day. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with the phone verification window. It appears frozen, making it impossible to access buttons at the bottom of the page after reinstalling the app and verifying my phone number multiple times. Despite paying for a subscription, I've received no response from Tinder after multiple emails over the last five days. The time-sensitive nature of my interactions with potential matches is being hindered by this glitch. I urge Tinder to rectify this problem promptly to ensure I can access the services I've paid for. I've fulfilled my part by paying; now it's essential for Tinder to fulfill theirs by resolving the app issue promptly. Anybody else encountering this? Test... [redacted]... Hello.

Hello, Recently, Tinder implemented a new feature where users are required to verify their phone number. I am currently traveling and my phone number changes frequently. Unfortunately, I am unable to update my verified phone number or find a way to bypass this verification step. While I recognize that my situation may be unique, it seems impractical for Tinder to enforce mandatory phone verification without the option to change the number later on. This oversight reflects a lapse in product management. Tinder is a useful platform for me to make connections while traveling, and it is frustrating that I am now unable to access my friends and conversations due to this verification issue. If there is no way to skip this step, I may have to request a refund as this feature is hindering my ability to fully utilize the app. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to read my message. Recently, I discovered that my account has been banned. I became aware of this when I kept receiving unwanted messages on my iPhone 6th from a person named Corey in my vicinity. Feeling uneasy, I resorted to deleting and creating new accounts, but to my dismay, I kept matching with Corey even after recreating my profile. It turns out I was unaware of the option to unmatch or block someone. Still new to dating after a year and a half relationship, I thought Tinder would be a good way to meet new people. Unfortunately, this led to me being banned. Upon attempting to log in, I received an 'error code' with a lengthy number, indicating my ban. I looked up the issue and learned the reason behind it was my actions to avoid harassment. I trust Tinder despite this incident and am kindly requesting to have my account reinstated. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello GetHuman, I am Jessica S. from the United States, and I do not have a Tinder account. Recently, my friend in QLD, Australia, came across a profile on Tinder using my photo under the name Tif. This has made me uncomfortable as Tif is impersonating me. I believe it is essential for Tinder to deactivate this account to prevent fake identities on the platform. I have a screenshot of Tif's profile, which I can provide if necessary. Please let me know if you require more information. Thank you for your assistance.

My account was unexpectedly deleted for the second time around 2:11 a.m. on Tinder. There was no prior email notifying me of any rule violations. In the middle of a conversation with someone I was also chatting with on Instagram to exchange art pictures, my account was permanently removed, showing error code [redacted], indicating Tinder's decision to delete it. Tinder fails to provide any explanation or consider the user's side of the story. This situation is frustrating for two main reasons: firstly, I recently paid for a premium membership, which now seems wasted. Secondly, I was always polite in my interactions and can't understand why my account would be flagged. I even continued talking to the person I was conversing with on Tinder via Instagram, which I can prove with a screenshot. I simply wish to have my account reinstated as I don't want to abruptly end conversations with nice people I was getting to know. Thank you.

I recently added my new phone number and unfortunately, my account was deleted. I strongly believe this happened because of the phone number change. Since acquiring this new number, I have faced account locks with Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash. It seems the previous owner of the phone number led to these troubles, as I have encountered similar issues when verifying my number on other platforms. I kindly request the restoration of my account. I assure you that I comply with all rules, my profile is appropriate, and I have accumulated over [redacted] matches with [redacted] gold matches pending your assistance.

This is the third time my account has been blocked without any explanation. I have not violated any rules and should be able to choose whom I meet. It appears that some men are reporting me for not being interested in them romantically. I am using this platform to make female friends, and I am entitled to my preferences. However, my accounts keep getting deleted without any responses to my emails. It would be helpful to have a support line to address these issues promptly. I urgently require an email or call from Tinder to clarify why they have an issue with females choosing not to engage with every male contact. It seems to be the root of the problem, and I am seeking a quick resolution to this matter.

Hi, my name is Preston B. I recently discovered that my account on Tinder was deleted abruptly. After reviewing the community guidelines, I suspect that it might be due to including photos of myself with my legal firearms or having a picture without a shirt. I want to clarify that my intention was not to harass anyone or promote violence or hate speech. I simply wanted to share things that I am proud of. If it is necessary to censor such content to comply with the guidelines, I am willing to do so. I am seeking clarification on why my account was banned and would appreciate the opportunity to have it reinstated.

Hello, I am reaching out as my spouse signed up for your service to engage in extramarital affairs. His name is Wesley Steinbrecher. He is currently utilizing the phone number [redacted]. Additionally, he is using the emails: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] Although I have confronted him about this situation, he is refusing to let me see his interactions. I would appreciate the opportunity to view his conversations with these women. I understand if their identities need to be omitted. I simply need evidence for our upcoming divorce proceedings to demonstrate his unfaithfulness and deceit. Thank you for your assistance. Sophia Steinbrecher

I was interested in Kriss, and she showed up in my feed on Tinder, but we were never matched. I messaged her and she replied, but I can't see her message in the app. I received an email notifying me of her message, but it's not visible in the app. I want to respond, but I'm facing issues with the application. I need assistance from a human to resolve this before any misunderstandings occur.

Hi, I am currently experiencing an issue on Tinder where I am required to add my phone number to access my account. Even after adding my phone number, I am not receiving the verification code through text or Facebook. I attempted to verify via phone call, but when I enter the code, it just endlessly says 'verifying' without completing the process. Now, I am unable to access my account through phone verification and I am still not receiving the code through other methods. I find it frustrating that a phone number is mandatory, especially since I will be traveling without my Austrian sim card for two months. My email is [redacted] and my name is Giselle de la Fuente.

Hello, I need some assistance with my Tinder account. I have been using the app on and off for years with great success in terms of matches and interactions. However, recently, I have been experiencing some issues. Over the past two days, I have not received any matches despite being an active user and having previously received a lot of attention on the app. I have not made any changes to my profile, so this sudden lack of activity is unusual. I have also invested money in features like Tinder Gold, Super Likes, and Boosts to increase my visibility, but nothing seems to be working. The app keeps showing me the same profiles repeatedly, which is frustrating. I have even tried switching between two different cities to see if the issue persists, and unfortunately, it does. I would like to have this problem resolved as soon as possible so I can continue using Tinder effectively. If the issue cannot be fixed, I would like a refund for the purchases I made as the app is not functioning as expected.

I'm hesitant to provide Tinder with my phone number for verification, especially since I've already verified my account through Facebook. I've noticed that I get locked out over the weekends, which is frustrating. I'm considering closing my account because I don't want my phone number sold to other businesses. It seems contradictory that Tinder claims they won't provide my number to other users but might sell it to companies. I find it suspicious that they don't have a phone number for customer support yet ask for mine. Are there alternative ways to access my account, or do I have to delete it altogether?

I am unable to recover my account. I might have deactivated it by mistake or clicked on the deactivate option. Every time I try to send an activation code to [redacted], it prompts me to sign up instead. I wish to reactivate my account as I still have important conversations saved. I am willing to provide all security codes required. Additionally, I am currently subscribed to Tinder Gold for 6 months and would like to retain my conversations upon reactivation.

I am Elaina Murray and I recently created an account on Tinder. After not using the app for a few days, I was prompted to log in again today. However, when I tried to log in with my phone number ([redacted]) and the code sent via text, I received an "error A: [redacted]" message. After looking up the error, I discovered that my account has been deleted. I am unsure why this occurred, as I believe I have followed all the terms of use by being of age, using my real name and pictures, and not compromising anyone's safety or personal information. I would like to understand the reason for the account deletion and inquire if there is a way to recover it. Thank you.
