Tinder app offered possibility of re-doing a swipe - going back and changing a “swipe left” if I bought a monthly membership. The information in the app said some amount per month and that I could cancel at any time. I opted to Join, understanding I’d purchased a monthly membership. When i went to cancel it (so I wouldn’t be charged each month), the information said I’d purchased a yearly membership. All of his happened *-* days ago* I’d like to cancel this purchase, since I didn’t understand at all that that’s what I was purchasing.
GetHuman-keastor did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
