I recently received a notification from Tinder asking me to add my phone number for added security. After following the instructions and entering my phone number, I logged out and tried to log back in using the access code sent to my phone. However, when I tried to log in later, I was prompted to do so again. Upon trying to log in via Facebook, I received the error code a:[redacted] and discovered online that my account had been banned. I'm unsure why this happened since I believe I have not violated any terms or been reported. The timing coincided with adding my new phone number, which makes me wonder if the number was previously associated with a banned account. Any insight on this issue would be appreciated as I would like to continue using the app. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to report an issue with my Tinder account linked to Facebook. I have received error code A:[redacted] preventing me from logging in. After researching, I discovered that my account was banned for violating terms of service or community guidelines. I'm unsure what guideline I unintentionally breached. While it might be due to an incorrect age displayed in my profile bio, I only did so transparently as I can't afford to modify it and Facebook doesn't permit age changes either. I am unsure how to proceed without the ability to create a new account with my Facebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was recently charged £41.99 for a subscription that was misleadingly presented. The subscription was supposed to be £3.50 per month for 12 months, not a one-time payment of £41.99. I am extremely disappointed with this and request a full refund of the subscription amount promptly. I am currently locked out of my account and have no intention of paying for a yearly subscription without access. I urge a swift resolution to this issue. I met a girl on Tinder two days ago. We went to a bar at 11 pm and then ended up in an exclusive club in Cracow where we got in for free. I had a couple of beers, but when she ordered two shots of vodka around 1-2 am, everything went blank. The next day, I woke up at 8 pm in my apartment to find it completely robbed, even my clothes were gone. The hospital later informed me I had overdosed on clonazepam. I have been experiencing some issues with my Tinder. It seems like the problems began when Facebook notified me about unusual activity on my account and disabled it. My Tinder app suddenly logged me out, prompting me to log back in with the same number and email. However, upon logging in, my original account appeared to have vanished, showing a completely new account with no matches or messages. Even stranger, my old account was visible in the stack, suggesting a duplicate account was created without the original being deleted. Is there a way to recover my original account? Can two accounts be tied to the same phone number? How do I go about restoring my original profile? Extra detail: I registered via mobile number, so Facebook troubleshooting is not applicable.

I am experiencing issues with my Tinder Plus subscription. The free version worked fine, but with Tinder Plus I am unable to swipe or disable auto-pay. Despite numerous attempts to contact you through email and fax, there has been no response, even though thousands of users have reported the same problem online. I have taken steps to alert the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, and have sought legal counsel to start a class action lawsuit due to the lack of resolution or refund for the faulty service provided. I have been forced to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I expect the disputed $19.98 to be refunded promptly. It's unfortunate that this situation has escalated, as a simple response and resolution from your end could have avoided legal action.

Hello, I am currently experiencing some difficulties with my Tinder account. 1. After reaching out to an old match, she mentioned that she cannot see my profile, including bio and pictures, even though she remembers me after I sent her photos. 2. I am facing issues managing my photos on my profile. They keep duplicating, hiding, or getting removed from the main picture. It is challenging to organize them in the desired order. 3. I've been using Tinder for about 2 weeks now, but I suddenly can't log in. I'm receiving an "error [redacted]" message. After some research, it seems like the issue might be because my Instagram is linked to a different email than my Tinder account. On September 1, I got a surprising "verify your account" email from Tinder, even though I thought my account was deleted. After agreeing to updated Terms & Conditions, my account was back, but without any matches or messages. It also automatically linked with my Facebook and used profile pictures without my consent. I changed my email in the settings, linked my Instagram and Spotify, and started looking for matches again. After a brief break, I tried to log in again and encountered the same "error [redacted]" message. I'm not sure why I'm being blocked from accessing my account when I haven't violated any terms. I just want to keep using the service.

Hello, my name is Sadie. I recently discovered that my Tinder account was deleted, and I was banned. Initially, I was unsure why this happened as I had used Tinder without any problems for a long time. I decided to create a Bumble account because I had no success in getting my Tinder account reinstated. During the Bumble account creation process, I was warned that one of my photos might violate their terms, specifically regarding children being alone in pictures. Hello, I recently reinstalled Tinder about a month ago. During the time my account was deleted for 4 to 5 months, I noticed that I was still being charged $14.95 for Tinder Premium without accessing the benefits. Even after reinstalling the app last month, I was charged $14.95 again without receiving any premium features. I do not wish to use the premium features, but I am requesting a refund for the charges incurred while my account was inactive. I acknowledge having had Tinder Premium in the past, but I can only confirm its usage for the last 5 to 6 months.
