Hello, I encountered an issue on Tinder with the account "etel06" using the same phone number and email as my other accounts. Despite following your advice and uploading nice photos, I haven't received any messages or matches. Strangely, when I first used the same photos with the account "Nana311081," I had more success. Hello, I have created three Tinder accounts using the same phone number ([redacted][redacted]) and email ([redacted]) due to issues with logging in. Recently, I created a new account "etel06" with the same contact details and uploaded nice photos, following your recommendations. Hello, I have signed up for three Tinder accounts using the same phone number and email due to issues accessing my account. Recently, I created a new account called "etel06" with the same details, added photos, but I am not receiving any messages or matches. I recently discovered that my photos are being misused on Tinder by someone creating fake profiles. Although I don't have a Tinder account, this person in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh keeps making new fake accounts with my pictures. I already reported this issue and the previous account was blocked, but they've recreated it. I've tried contacting Tinder multiple times via email without any response. The link to the fake account is attached. The profile in question belongs to Devika Behl and shows Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as the location. It's causing me distress, so I request for urgent action to be taken to remove the account to safeguard my well-being.

Dear Customer Service, I recently discovered that my pictures are being used on the app Tinder under a fake account. I do not use this app and am concerned that someone has used my personal information and pictures. The profile in question is under the name Rui, 29 years old, located in Hong Kong Central. Despite reporting the profile, it is still online and has caused me personal and professional issues. This matter is urgent. Is there a way to identify the person behind this fake account and their contact details? I would like to find out the email associated with the scam profile. I need assistance accessing my account after resigning from my company, which had provided the phone I used. I can't sign in with a different phone number, and using Facebook to log in would create a new account. Additionally, I don't know the password for the email associated with the account. As per the new GDPR regulations, I am within my rights to request control over the data stored by your company. Therefore, I kindly ask for your assistance in deleting certain individuals that were inadvertently liked or super-liked. I am experiencing difficulties logging into my account due to an error message. I have reached out to Tinder multiple times with no response for almost three weeks now since subscribing to premium access. It is frustrating not being able to access my account after making a payment on July 12th. Hello, I recently downloaded Tinder via Facebook. I don't have any offensive pictures and haven't used it much, but it seems my account has been removed. I received A:[redacted] code on my computer, not my phone, which indicates an account removal, according to online sources. Despite messaging support, I was only advised to restart the app, which didn't resolve the issue. I never received any explanation for this action. Furthermore, when I created a new profile with my phone number, it was also removed. My profile was harmless, featuring a picture of me cuddling my dog and mentioning my love for sandwiches. Could you please provide clarification on the matter? Thank you.

Hi, I am having issues with my account. I made a payment, but later my account was stopped, with a message that Facebook is reviewing my profile for authenticity. I find this situation confusing and unnecessary as Facebook should not be involved in my Tinder account. I have been waiting for 4 hours since making the payment. It would be better to verify these issues before accepting payments, not after. Treating customers this way is unacceptable. I paid yesterday, and my account was closed today for a Facebook check. This is frustrating, and I would like a refund and for my account to be closed. I find it intrusive that my Facebook account is being checked for my Tinder profile. Lately, I’ve been managing two Tinder accounts unintentionally: one linked to Facebook and the other to my phone number. What originally started as a mistake turned into an interesting experiment. However, my Facebook-linked Tinder account prompted me to verify via phone number, making it the sole accessible account now. It seems like my phone number account has been overridden by the Facebook one. Despite efforts like logging out of Facebook and using app/website blockers, I can't access my phone number associated account. If the accounts had merged, it would be fine, but they haven't. I recently subscribed to a one-month Tinder Plus membership. I attempted to inquire about the terms and cancellation procedure but faced a confusing experience with Match customer service after noticing Match.com on my PayPal statement. Despite my use of Tinder Plus, Match representatives claimed no affiliation with Tinder and redirected me to People LLC, Tinder's supposed management. Frustrated with the lack of clarity and support, I abandoned my efforts for a few weeks. I later discovered a second charge for the subsequent month. Despite multiple calls and PayPal transaction references, I encountered difficulties obtaining information or support. Seeking a refund for both transactions, I am disappointed by the inadequate customer service and the challenges in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello! I am having trouble accessing my Tinder account that is linked to my phone number. I got logged out of my account suddenly and now I can't log back in. I receive an SMS code, enter it, and then it just shows "logging in" but nothing happens. I keep getting redirected to the first page where I have to choose between logging in with my phone number or Facebook. I've tried to log in multiple times but it's not working. The same issue happens when I try to log in from my PC, I receive a message saying "your phone number has been verified" but then nothing happens. It seems like there is something wrong with my account. Thank you for your help!

I have created around 15 Tinder accounts so far, and unfortunately, I have continuously faced discrimination and reports for being a transgender woman on the app. This lack of inclusivity on Tinder is disheartening as I am being penalized just for expressing my identity in my profile. It's discouraging to be constantly reported by other users, leading to suspensions or terminations of my accounts. This experience makes me feel ostracized and unable to use the app like everyone else. Many other transgender individuals encounter similar challenges on the platform, yet this issue seems to be overlooked. Despite being able to identify as transgender on the app, the discrimination persists. I sincerely hope that Tinder addresses and rectifies this ongoing problem, as it has deeply affected me and hindered my ability to use the app without prejudice.

I have contacted your support team before but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. On my birthday, March 21st of this year, my friend took my phone as a prank and messaged [redacted] of my matches without my consent. Due to the complaints, my account was deleted. The issue is that I had never received any complaints previously and even paid for the gold service while traveling. Since then, I have been unable to use Tinder. My account seems to have disappeared, and the code I received is O: [redacted]. I have not received any substantial communication from the support team since my initial report. I would appreciate some clarification on what the issue with my account is. Update: Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any responses. The replacement accounts I created were also deleted. My problem remains unresolved as the company has not replied to any of my messages or provided any updates. Although they marked the issue as fixed, I have not been informed about any resolution. I am currently locked out of Tinder with no explanation, and the support team's lack of communication is frustrating. The situation feels a bit like dealing with a moody teenager. Hopefully, they will address this matter soon.

Recently, in Ohio, I signed up for Tinder Plus, but my old account resurfaced and I couldn't return to the upgraded account. I decided to start fresh on Tinder by deleting my account to declutter my matches. However, when I tried to create a new account, I received an error message ([redacted]) stating that I was banned from the platform. This ban seemed to be due to potential reports, but I have never engaged in disrespectful behavior or violated any guidelines. Despite searching for a solution and finding others in similar situations, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I value the connections I've made on Tinder and find it particularly helpful for meeting people as an introvert in school. I'm hopeful that the ban could be lifted by someone from the company, as I miss having access to this tool for socializing without any wrongdoing on my part.
