Since ***, I have been unable to access the account I made with my phone number less than ** hours prior, on ***. I used it for a few hours on ***, and then woke up the next morning unable to login. The phone number associated with my account is (***) ***-****. *I submitted an initial helpdesk request on ***, heard back the same day from Noah who suggested I had a duplicate account with facebook (I wrote in my original response that I do not have a facebook). I immediately responded saying I did not, and I did not hear back from the helpdesk until I submitted a second request on ***. I received a vague "we're investigating the issue" response. I have received no updates from the helpdesk since ***, and have sent * follow-up emails. A fourth one this evening, and now this. I would really appreciate some assistance.
GetHuman-ariyogao did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
