I am a tinder gold member. My account has either been hacked and abused or wrongfully banned. I’m receiving error code ***** which tells me that my account has been disabled. I just read through tinder terms and conditions and I have not violated anything. I am an average tinder user, I have never harassed anyone, posted anything explicit or anything to that nature. I would like either an explanation as to why my account was banned or for my account to be restored. Additionally, I became a tinder gold member LAST MONTH and was charged over $** as opposed to a monthly charge. So now I’m out $** and my account has been banned for no reason??? I would like for someone to contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
