Dear Tinder team, I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with the app. Last week, during a short visit to London, I noticed that I am unable to view the people who have liked me. Despite receiving multiple notifications indicating that I have been liked, these profiles are not appearing on my list. One notification mentioned that 26 people had liked me, but I cannot see any of these likes. I recently upgraded to a gold membership in the hopes of resolving this issue, but unfortunately, I am still unable to see the likes. I have attempted logging out and back in, but this has not rectified the problem. Strangely, I seem to only be able to view likes from individuals in Bulgaria, my home country. Following advice received, I deleted one of what turned out to be two accounts unintentionally created. I removed the one associated with logging in via phone number or Facebook. However, Tinder is now prompting me to create a new account with a different email address, which I am reluctant to do. I am concerned about any additional charges as I recently subscribed to A-list for six months. My preference is to continue using my original account, accessible via email login. I am having trouble accessing my usual Tinder account. The app is prompting me to create a new account instead of letting me log in. Despite having Tinder Gold and numerous matches, I can't access my purchases since my original account still holds the subscription. This is the second time in a month that I've contacted you about this issue. A few months back, my old Facebook account got hacked, and I was subscribed to Tinder Gold. I recently tried to resubscribe, and although I was charged, I cannot access the added functions. When attempting to "restore my purchase," I receive a message stating, "This subscription is tied to an existing Tinder account." I'm not sure what steps to take next. I genuinely want to keep using your services, but being double billed for inaccessible features is frustrating. I truly hope you can assist me with this matter promptly, as I'd rather not have to delete the app and warn my friends about the potential financial risks posed by a company's lack of responsiveness. After purchasing a monthly subscription, I experienced being logged out shortly after. The screen prompted me to create a new account using my phone number or log in via Facebook. Since the account I wanted wasn't connected to Facebook, I tried to input my information but received an error message. In an email exchange with a representative, I was informed that my account was banned for breaking a rule without any further explanation. I found this unsettling considering I had just paid for the subscription and had not posted any inappropriate content. Not having a clear reason for the ban is frustrating, especially since I wasn't able to use the service for even one day after payment. I kindly request a refund as I believe my account was unfairly deleted without cause.

Subject: Issue with Tinder Account Yesterday, when I tried to access my Tinder app, I received a message saying my account was temporarily disabled and that I needed to check my Facebook settings. However, I couldn't find any Tinder settings within Facebook. Eventually, the issue resolved itself, but I noticed that all my recent matches had disappeared, leaving only old matches remaining. Friends I had been chatting with are also missing from my account. This is frustrating, as I didn't delete any matches. I encountered a technical issue where I did not receive a code message due to an unexpected page closure. After contacting Tinder's technical support and speaking with Lee, I was informed that my account was blocked and that there is no appeals process available, confirming the block today. I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior on my profile, photos, or interactions on Tinder. In fact, I have reported male scammers I encountered on the platform. The only unusual activity may be my search for matches in multiple cities in France and Italy due to my language skills and interest in these cultures. I am disappointed by Tinder's accusations as I have always intended to adhere to the guidelines. I am hoping for a review of my account and a chance to have it reinstated. Hello, I recently had a match and a good conversation with someone on the app. However, after adjusting my age range, she disappeared when I restarted Tinder on my iPhone. Interestingly, I saw a flash notification saying we matched thanks to Tinder Gold, but she vanished after the notification disappeared. I find it strange that she disappeared right after I updated my age range and restarted the app, so I suspect it may be a bug. I'm unsure if she unmatched me or if it's a technical issue. Hello, I recently joined Tinder and added my Instagram account. After later removing it, I now want to re-add it. However, when I try to connect it again, I get an error message saying my Instagram account is already in use and must be disconnected from another Tinder profile. I have never linked this account to any other Tinder profile, so I need help resolving this. Sharing my Instagram photos on my Tinder profile is important to me. Thank you,

I am a Tinder Gold member. There seems to be an issue with my account; it has either been compromised or wrongly banned. I keep getting error code [redacted] indicating that my account is disabled. After reviewing Tinder's terms and conditions, I can't find any violations from my end. I have been a regular user and have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I am seeking clarification on why my account was banned or for it to be reinstated. Furthermore, my Tinder Gold subscription was charged for over $80 instead of the monthly fee just last month. I am frustrated about losing money and account access without a valid reason. I am hopeful that someone can reach out to me promptly. Thank you.

I've been using Tinder for about 9 months without any issues until today. When I tried to log in, it kept asking me to create a new account. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't make a new account or recover my old one. I even accepted losing my information, but creating a new account still didn't work. Now, I keep getting an error message whenever I try. I really miss talking to my matches. I hope someone can assist me in getting my account back so I can start using it again.

I attempted to use a superlike on a specific person, but encountered issues despite having available superlikes. I purchased 5 additional superlikes to use on the same individual, but still couldn't superlike them as the app kept displaying an error message prompting me to "please try again". After force-quitting and reopening Tinder, it had moved on to the next person. To revert back to the initial person, I decided to upgrade to Tinder Plus. The app suggested, "don't lose Marlee, get Tinder Plus so you can go back," implying that I could reconnect with the individual. Upon upgrading, I discovered that I still couldn't superlike the person. I'm seeking a refund for the 5 superlikes and Tinder Plus as I only purchased them for this one individual. I refrained from using the superlikes or swiping on other profiles in the hopes of receiving a refund for these transactions. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Tinder support team, I recently purchased a one-month subscription to "Tinder Gold" to be able to match in different locations. However, since setting my location to SoCal where I am planning to move soon, I have not received any matches. This is unusual for me as a normally successful user with an attractive profile. Even after swiping right on everyone, I still did not get any matches. Furthermore, I keep encountering the same profiles I have swiped left on multiple times. This issue persists even after trying to troubleshoot by logging out and restarting the app. Using my boost feature only resulted in one match after swiping right on many profiles. This situation is frustrating, and I am concerned about missing out on potential connections. Please address this issue promptly.

I encountered an issue on Tinder where I uninstalled and reinstalled the app due to malfunction. Upon logging back in, I noticed five profiles in my matches that do not belong there. These profiles are related to the ASPCA for dog adoption, with whom I had matched and received automated messages back in January, subsequently unmatching with them. The problem now is that I am unable to unmatch with these profiles. When trying to unmatch, a black box with a loading circle appears with the message "Unmatching," but it freezes the app and I cannot proceed. I am forced to close and stop the app entirely to regain functionality. As someone with OCD, this situation is particularly distressing, and I am seeking a solution to remove these unwanted profiles from my matches.

I am reaching out because my account has been banned unexpectedly. I was puzzled when I couldn't log in and received an error code. I rarely used Tinder recently and I haven't engaged in any inappropriate behavior or messages. I was surprised to learn about the ban, preventing me from using my Facebook or phone number on the platform. I firmly believe I have been unjustly accused since I have not harassed anyone. I have always used Tinder for dating purposes, and I am eager to continue doing so. I kindly request to have my account unblocked as I genuinely see no valid reason for the ban. I have been attempting to seek assistance for a few days via email with no success. I subscribed to Tinder on June 16 and was unexpectedly charged for Tinder Gold. I did not select this option and was not informed about a payment of $[redacted].89. After canceling my membership through Google Play, I was assured by them that a refund from Tinder would be feasible. However, as of today, June 18th, I have discovered another charge of $[redacted].89 on my bank statement. This means I have been billed a total of $[redacted].78 for Tinder Gold, a service I never intended to purchase. I request urgent resolution regarding this matter. I anticipate a response by tomorrow.

Hi there! I'm experiencing technical issues with my Tinder account. I've tried signing in and out multiple times, deleted the app, and restored it. I've also added and removed pictures and info, linked and unlinked Instagram. Previously, I deleted my account frequently to create a new profile for more matches. I'm concerned if Tinder may have deactivated my account due to these actions or if I've been reported by other users. Can someone assist in checking the status of my account? I no longer see the sparkles for likes or receive matches like I used to. I'd appreciate any help as this problem has persisted for weeks.

This morning, I noticed I got logged out of my account linked to my phone number. Now, I can log back in but I'm having trouble uploading a photo. Despite trying multiple photos, I keep encountering difficulties. It's frustrating that my previous account was banned, especially after being matched with fake profiles. I haven't received an explanation for the ban. Although I have not violated any terms with my current phone-linked account, I don't understand why I was logged out. I can log in, reset my password, but for some reason, I cannot add a photo. Is there a reason why larger-sized individuals are not being accepted anymore? If this is the case, I am considering taking legal action.
