Tinder doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-emadsen's own words
I deleted tinder off my phone. I redownloaded it and since I’d made my account with my phone number I tried to log in with my phone number. It sends me a text with a code, I log in with the code and it says “Taking you back to tinder..” and then it pulls up “Let’s create your new account” and goes through steps to create a brand new account. I didn’t sign up through Facebook so I need to reaccess my account with my phone number. I also paid for a tinder plus subscription with my account connected to my phone number so that’s why I need to get access back as I’m not ok with losing money and matches.
GetHuman-emadsen did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
