The issue in GetHuman-zenmizu's own words
I was trying to log back in so I could delete my profile. ... I created a tinder account over a week ago. I was able to login for about one day. Then, I was no longer about to login. When I try to login, it takes me to a "create a profile" page. It always loops me to this page. **I created this account on the web by desktop. I cannot login by desktop or mobile. I've tried deleting my history, restarting the computer...everything. I cannot login to my account. **First, can you confirm that I have, or don't have a profile on Tinder? If not, it's fine. I don't want to be on Tinder. If it is, can you explain to me how to login to my profile so I can delete it?**I'm Brian at **********, email *****@***.com
This was especially frustrating because I'm constantly thrown back to "create a profile" page. So I try to create a new one and I get the error message "OOOps there seems to be a problem but it's us not you!" And this problem has never gone away.**This is especially frustrating because YOU DON"T ANSWER MY QUERIES. DO I STILL HAVE A PROFILE? IF SO, WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO IT?
You could make this right by getting to the bottom of the problem and tell me if I even have a profile or not...and if I do, tell me how to login to it without being caught in a "loop."
I am a new customer and was up for only one day. I expected better
I've tried deleting all history. I have tried deleting cookies then allowing cookies again. I've tried looking all over the Internet for tips. I've tried rebooting my computer.
