Help with my Tinder issue

I was unable to update my BIO so I checked the FAQ and it claimed that I needed to logout and log back in.*After having done so I went to my bio and everything was wiped except for photos.*When I tried changing something it just keeps loading and nothing happens.*I have Tinder Gold and being unable to have a bio & personal information makes it pretty much useless for my intentions.*My Tinder is connected to my phone number ( *** *** **** *** )*I want it to be fixed so that I can have my Tinder BIO updated or my money back that I spent on Tinder Gold.
GetHuman-nilsbuss did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
