I kept trying to send messages via Tinder and they never reached my matches. I reported to technical problem to TInder (*********), but no move to fix the problem from them.. ... I recently discovered from phone smses from my matches that I had been deleted from my matches' pages - as if I had mismatched them, and I had not. I still have these men on my page, but my messages are not delivered to them - I got no responses! My matches confirmed that they cannot see me, my pictures, our discussions!!! And I have bought a ticket to see one of the matches, and now my ticket is a waste - because of Tinder... And I pay every month to Tinder the member****p fee. I yesterday wrote to the Technical support, and nothing has been fixed!!!!! The Technical support of Tinder is so frustrating, unfortunately...
That the technical issues at Tinder make clients very very unhappy and sometimes the issues ruin lives.
*. My matches (the list I have on my tinder page) must get me back - with pictures, profile, messages**. Technical help desk must work properly and fast.**. There should be some kind of informing of a client that a function was turned off, i.e. in my case I never suspected that the messages i was sending were invisible to these matches.. I learned about it accidentally!
I am Tinder's customer who expectsthat the service I have been paying on time and in full must be free from technical issues and if such issues happen, they need to be fixed extremely fast and there should be decent customer service. There should be a telephone number of technical help desk too!
No, just wrote to Tinder Technical Help - no action from them... And the problem is not yet fixed at all!!!!
