I Signed up for the preferred data plan (incl **** GB) was the plan according to the answers I provided best fit for me and assured me that it was very unlikely that I'll go over. Somewhere down the line I suddenly started receiving these one time monthly Data charges and small credits that often-times exceeded up *x my bill. Two months ago I had enough and told them where to go. This has not deterred them at all from sending me bills for the months after cancelling they're going on as far as to create and include additional activation, installation and other one time charges. The final bill summary showing an amount owed of $*.** for Partial Month Services. The ongoing charges of $***.** inserted into the prorated amount is what concerns me. Past experiences with Cox former customers all guarantee that it will go to collections and show negative on my *** credit score. Any advice, suggestions or guidance would be very helpful and appreciated.*Thanks
