Parkview Avenue, Columbus, OH *****,*Account: ***-***-******Recap of my conversation with Spectrum representative on ******* from my home in Delray Beach, Florida. **I was there from November *, **** until May **, **** when I flew to Los Angeles, boarded the Crystal Symphony on May **, **** and traveled to Hawaii, then Vancouver on June *, **** I left the ship and went to Whidbey Island, Washington for * days, to Seattle for * days, Chicago for * days and arrived in Columbus on June **, ****.**I received a bundle offer for Spectrum on Facebook on *******. I called and asked the representative if the offer would be good when I got back on June **, ****. He said it would be, but he could send the equipment now and it wouldn’t be activated until I installed it, but I wouldn’t have to wait when I got back for it to be delivered. I verified that it wouldn’t be activated until I installed it and activated it and he agreed that was true. The equipment arrived and was placed in my unit by the front desk.**When I returned on June **, ****, I installed the equipment and called in to activate and was told no, I owed a past due balance. Earlier, my wife noticed a bill from Spectrum and called about it from Florida, but the promised call back never came. On June **, ****, I opened my mail from the last * weeks and found the statement. I immediately called and was told that I had service from April **, **** and owed the bill. Subsequent phone calls later, I was told that unless they could find the recording of my conversation with the representative, tough luck, pay the bill or no service.*I have been promised by each person I talked with that they would call back.*As of **:** AM on June **, ****, no response.***I have been a customer since the Insight days, I even paid to run a line from the road to my home on Hoover dam since Insight wouldn’t do it.**Please contact me at ***-***-****
My service was physically disconnected in **** at the condo terminal box and in addition, I was out of town from November **** until June **, **** except for one week in early April of **** at which time I did not request any service.
Credit my account and turn on my signal. I am concerned that if this is not resolved, they will report it to the credit bureaus and I will spend the rest of my life getting it removed.

Yes, I am using my neighbors internet and I have purchased a leaf antenna to recieve local stations and a Roku for other stations. My phone is VOP so I am forwarding to my cell phone until OOMA is back in operation. I subscribe to Netflix and Amazon Prime. I also have an account with Comcast in Florida so I can watch anything by dialing in. I am not sure that I need Spectrum.
