My current sub * is *********** Harold Randolph. My account has been in shambled for at least * months. It started when you billed for renewal of an inactive account (different *) and I paid it ($**.xx) . Some time after, I stop receiving issues, for, of course, non-payment of the active account. (Time still had the &**.xx payment.) After several emails back and forth, Time setup a new account for me (ref above) and started sending issues. Then about *-* weeks ago, the issues stop coming , and I receive correspondence from Time that my subscription has stopped because a stop pay had been issued on that $**.xx you've had for months. I got the credit - yep, but Time issued the credit-stop pay, not me.*So I wrote a few words on that letter you sent it and sent it back to you with a $**.xx check during the *nd week of last month. The check has not cleared my back, and I've heard nothing from Time since.**How hard can it be, people? Either send me my Time issues olr refund and cancel my account.**And, oh, btw. please don't mess with the account I have for my father-in-Law, Rod Cary. It's a Birfthday gift for him, and I'm the billing addr.
