Good afternoon, I bought a new pair of Timberland flip-flops for my international backpacking trip around two months ago in Salt Lake City, Utah. Unfortunately, yesterday, while hiking, one of the leather straps between the toes snapped. I typically wouldn't make a fuss about this, but I invested more in the Timberland brand to avoid such issues. I have attached photos of the flip-flops and soles to demonstrate that they are not worn out. I am currently in Mexico City, planning to travel soon. The receipt is likely back in Salt Lake City. If possible, I am willing to visit a licensed retailer here or have my travel companion take them to a store in London. I would appreciate any assistance with a replacement or refund. Thank you, Mason P.

I received a set of Timberland luggage from my mother as a Mother's Day gift. She purchased it at Macy's store in Fairview Heights, Illinois three years ago. I am disappointed by the condition of the luggage, as it appears much older than it is. Despite using one piece more than the others, I did not expect it to deteriorate so quickly. I wanted to send pictures but couldn't find another way to contact your company. I am seeking a replacement set of luggage or a refund. Please let me know what additional information you require. You can reach me at Fannie Rodgers, [redacted] Worchester Drive, St. Louis, MO [redacted] or [redacted]. I expected higher quality from Timberland given its reputation.

I purchased a pair of Timberland Pro steel toe boots from the Timberland store in Tysons Corner, McLean, Virginia. Unfortunately, they are causing discomfort, and I would like to exchange them for Timberland Pro non-steel toe boots. The store informed me that I need to mail them back, even though I made the purchase in person at the store. I am unsure what steps I should take for the exchange. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may consider escalating the issue.

Dear Sir or Madam, This is another generic letter from your company which clearly did not address the nature of my complaint. Your response is unacceptable considering the shoes are only six months old. What else could be the issue if not a material defect? Are you suggesting that your shoes are meant to wear out after six months? What type of care do you suggest for the shoe interior? This is your final chance to consider the shoe as a warranty case and replace it. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies. I will also adjust my reviews on all available platforms accordingly. Best regards, M. Wolf
