I have tried contacting you for a week and don’t get a response. I purchased the Tile Pro and it won’t find my keys. It shows them at a location that I was at a week ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and powered off my devices multiple times. Why won’t you contact me? I have been a customer since May **** and purchased several different times from you. I am getting very tired of being ignored. And don’t tell me that you’re overwhelmed by all the orders you have gotten. I either want someone to contact me or I want my money back. It’s as simple as that.
