Hello, I have been attempting to report a problem since this past Sunday, but I have yet to receive any useful assistance. Unfortunately, my account is currently unusable and my "For You" page is chaotic. The app only displays videos from my area, making it quite tiresome. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps – clearing the cache, logging out, reinstalling the app, checking for updates, and selecting "not interested" on videos – none of these solutions have resolved the issue. I even logged into a different account to test the "For You" page, which also showed similar problems. This glitch is frustrating, especially since accessing the app has become impossible. Strangely, when logging in from my laptop, everything appears to be functioning correctly. I am genuinely upset and in need of assistance to rectify this situation. My account @uglyfatgoth got banned in December [redacted] for "violating community guidelines" due to "adult content," even though I didn't have any such content on my page. Despite no violations, I was reported multiple times, barred from live-streaming, and given a 7-day post ban, only to be banned on the last day. I've been trying to appeal and reach TikTok for resolution, but they have been ignoring my efforts. Now, when I try to log in, I see a notification saying my appeal deadline has passed, even though I've been appealing for months with no response. I was part of the creator fund and had $[redacted], which I earned, ready to withdraw in a few days, but it's now lost. I'm frustrated with being disregarded.

I need your assistance as my account has been mistakenly placed on the freezer list. Kindly review my account accurately and remove it from the freezer list. Despite not violating TikTok's policies, my account has been frozen, leading to a significant drop in views. I am dedicated to creating quality content for TikTok, yet my views have significantly decreased. If my account was frozen due to deleting some videos - it was accidental. I deeply regret this oversight and assure you it won't happen again. Deleting videos does not usually result in an account freeze according to TikTok's policies. I need to report a security breach with my TikTok account. This is my second time contacting support about this issue related to my hacked account under the username: @****. When attempting to log in with my email: “[redacted]”, phone: “+[redacted]66****”, and username: “yhal***”, I received an "account not linked" message. Despite changing my password, the issue persisted. Upon investigating my gmail account for suspicious activity, I discovered it had been hacked, with the perpetrator disabling 2FA. I have never downloaded the TikTok app, and I do not want to. I keep receiving notifications on my status bar about it, which is very disturbing for me. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD, and I never provided TikTok with my information. It is against the law for them to send me notifications for an app I have never used. I want them to stop sending me these notifications immediately. I cannot turn them off because I do not have an account with TikTok. I have tried to contact TikTok, but they do not respond. If they do not stop sending me these notifications, I will take legal action. It is illegal for them to send me notifications for an app I have never had or used. Please turn off these notifications and do not ask me about this issue again. Thank you.

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the right place to address my concerns, but I am quite upset about my account being temporarily suspended and not being able to switch it from business to creator. Additionally, my videos keep getting reported, I appeal successfully, they are reuploaded by TikTok, but the violations remain. Shouldn't winning the appeal remove the violation? I rely on my platform for daily mental health support, and this situation is making me feel worse. I have reported a video that was posted 9 hours ago which depicts a person as an abuser. This video and its audio were broadcast without consent, edited without context, and are misleading. Due to an ongoing family law matter, I cannot disclose more details. The creator of the video failed to attend court and is being investigated by TUSLA, the Irish child protection authority. The video has been manipulated to cause distress and bullying to the accused to influence the legal process unfairly. I have included the link to the video and request its removal to protect the child in the audio, who is an innocent 10-year-old. It is crucial for TikTok to prioritize child safety and let the court handle such sensitive matters rather than social media audiences, especially when minors are involved. I had a TikTok account that I signed up with using a specific number, but I sold that phone and lost access to the account. After getting a new phone with a different number, I can't remember the email I used for the account.
