When attempting to link my number to my account, I received an error stating the number was already in use. I verified if I had accidentally created another account with the same phone number, but that was not the case. Upon trying to log in using my phone number instead of email, I discovered another user sharing my birthday and phone number. Their handle is @dishwashergod, while mine is @rachelrejijohnson. This issue is preventing me from using the messaging feature on TikTok. Assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm here to report that my TikTok video has been temporarily removed for "minor abuse," although it solely featured pictures of celebrities posing together, along with a statement about Donald Trump not being racist. This content did not violate any community guidelines. I kindly request that this issue be rectified promptly; otherwise, I will escalate the matter by involving my legal representatives. On Monday, I was casually browsing my TikTok account, watching videos and checking out a live stream by a friend. Later that afternoon, when I returned to my account to see any new interactions, I discovered that I was locked out. To my surprise, the notification stated that my account had been permanently banned for a guideline violation. I am certain that I did not breach any rules as I am mindful of the content I post. My TikTok account means a lot to me, and I respectfully request for its restoration. I have attached a photo of my ID and a screenshot of my account (@terrencemorris0) for your reference. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. PS: After my account was suspended, I submitted an appeal and was informed that a response would be provided within 48 hours. It has been 3 days now, and I am still awaiting a reply. I will also send a screenshot of the appeal submission for your review.

Later that afternoon, when I logged back in to look for new notifications, I was surprised to find that my account had been permanently banned for supposedly violating guidelines. I am certain I did nothing wrong as I always follow the app rules by not posting inappropriate or sexual content. My username is @terrencemorris0, and I put a lot of effort into my account. I am eager to have it reinstated. I already submitted an appeal after my account was suspended, and I was expecting a response within 48 hours. Unfortunately, it has been 3 days since then, and I am still waiting patiently.

Nearly 2 years ago, I live-streamed playing GTA online and was permanently banned for what TikTok labeled as "serious pornography," which was a misunderstanding. I have been unfairly banned from live streaming until the 31st of this month on TikTok. The ban was attributed to "sexual or explicit content," which is not accurate. My recent live stream only involved doing my makeup without any inappropriate material. I am disappointed by this ban as my content on TikTok never involves anything explicit. Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to raise awareness about FizzTv's ban on TikTok. Despite having over 100k followers, FizzTv was banned without a clear explanation of why he allegedly violated the community guidelines. His content is free of offensive material such as swearing, dark humor, nudity, child abuse, or racist remarks. FizzTv is a humble content creator who entertains a wide audience on TikTok. It is puzzling why TikTok chose to ban him, especially when other videos that actually violate the guidelines are left untouched. FizzTv has also missed out on opportunities for promotional videos due to this ban. He has worked hard to build his fan base and is disappointed by this unjust ban. TikTok needs to review their decision and consider reinstating FizzTv as his fans miss him dearly. If he accidentally breached any rules, I apologize on his behalf and assure you that he will be more cautious in the future. Thank you, Daood

Dear TikTok, I recently began using your platform and have enjoyed finding funny and interesting content. However, I've noticed a troubling trend of sexist material targeting men. If this content were directed at any other group, it would be deemed offensive. I reported a video with a disrespectful slur against white men, but the response stated there was no issue. I appreciate the prompt feedback but urge you to address this matter seriously. TikTok should be a place for humor and positivity, not harmful stereotypes. Please take action to prevent such content. I am having trouble logging into my TikTok account since they removed the Instagram login option from the app. It has been three months, and despite submitting support tickets, I have not received any responses from TikTok. My account '97jad' with over 13k followers is now inaccessible because of this change. TikTok did respond to one of my messages requesting a screenshot of my Instagram page for verification, which I provided, but they have since ignored me.

I am trying to regain access to my account because my mom has a new phone, and I cannot recall the password. The email associated with the account belongs to my mother's separate account. My account, Bellabeargirl, has been in use for a year since the platform was known as "musically" and not TikTok. Retrieving my account is crucial to me as I have a sentimental attachment to it. Creating new accounts has not been successful as they do not attract viewers like my original one. I believe my account is not set to private because when initially created it should not default to private. Assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

Despite being 8 years old, she operates under parental supervision and only posts content with my approval. TikTok has significantly aided my child's development by boosting her self-esteem. She was once very introverted, but through TikTok, she has gained confidence and learned to embrace herself. She has always aspired to be a singer but was too timid to pursue it. There is an account on TikTok under the username babesbluox that is falsely accusing my husband of terrible things. We've contacted her, but she refuses to take the video down despite clarifying that she wasn't referring to my husband. The situation has escalated to the point where my husband is receiving death threats, harassment at work, and our 10-year-old daughter's photo is being circulated. This has taken a toll on my husband's mental health, and we seek help to address this issue legally and have the video removed or edited to protect our family's well-being. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to share that my client's TikTok account got banned. TikTok mentioned multiple community guideline violations as the reason, but she has never received any violation notifications before. After reviewing the guidelines, I can't find any violations. Hello, My name is Khadijah, and on TikTok, I go by @khxdijah.xo. Upon opening the TikTok app last night, I was shocked to see a notification stating that my account had been permanently banned, causing me to be logged out. I carefully reviewed the community guidelines and realized that I have not violated any policies. I believe there may be someone I know who is falsely reporting my account out of personal motives on a daily basis. I was thrilled to have almost reached [redacted] followers and had videos with nearly [redacted] likes that I am now unable to retrieve since I didn't save them. Additionally, I have private childhood videos on the platform that I also failed to save. Today is January 5, [redacted], and I was looking forward to a fresh start this year. I proudly displayed my [redacted] badge on my profile to show that I have been on TikTok for over a year. I am reaching out to address the sudden ban of my TikTok account on January 5, [redacted]. I was surprised to see the message stating “This user is banned for violation of community guidelines” as I have always strived to comply with TikTok’s policies. TikTok’s community guidelines cover areas such as bullying, harassment, illegal activities, hateful behavior, violence, nudity, sexual content, suicide, self-harm, dangerous acts, and integrity. My content primarily consists of sharing positive messages from Bible scriptures. I am questioning whether TikTok respects freedom of religion and belief by banning my account, possibly due to my Christian faith and promotion of the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ. I kindly request a prompt clarification for the ban and hope for a quick resolution, as my goal is to spread hope and love especially during these challenging times of the coronavirus pandemic.
