Hello, I am very concerned about the situation regarding my child's friend on your platform. Despite my daughter's friend being the target of bullying, her account was unfairly deleted while the actual bully continues to use the platform without consequences. I have evidence of the bullying with screenshots showing the bully using inappropriate language, yet it was my daughter's friend who faced the consequences. As a parent, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this injustice. I kindly request a review of this case and urge you to reinstate the account of the innocent child who has done nothing wrong. It is disheartening to see the bully escape accountability while the victim suffers. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have been trying to reach out to TikTok regarding a problem with content that contains derogatory comments in Bengali. Despite reporting the issue to the police, I was advised to contact TikTok again to explain the situation. The content, posted by the account moja_lele, has repeatedly included inappropriate comments and swear words in Bengali. Despite multiple reports, the videos have not been removed as they did not violate guidelines. I urgently request for the account to be closed or the content to be taken down due to its extremely inappropriate nature. I have attempted to contact TikTok through email and reached out to Content Security on LinkedIn, but so far, I have not received any assistance. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to access my X17online account fully. During sign-up, I attempted to register with the email address [redacted], but encountered an error. In my second try, it seems I wasn't given the choice to link an email to the account or to include a date of birth. If such options were presented, I may have mistakenly entered an incorrect date. Currently, my account lacks the capability to modify my profile or profile picture. Given that this account is for company branding purposes, it is crucial that I can proceed with the X17online username. A few days ago, my child accidentally posted an inappropriate video on TickTock that was not intended for the public. Despite trying to appeal the decision, her account was shut down. She genuinely didn't realize the video was posted until later and promises it won't happen again. She has enjoyed using the app and just wants her old account @lisha.richards back. We have reviewed the TickTock guidelines together to prevent any future mistakes, and I will be monitoring her activity more closely. It would mean a lot to us if TickTock could please unban her account. She has submitted tickets on the app but has not received a response, hence why I am reaching out here. We apologize for any inconvenience and if any young viewers were exposed to the content. She understands the seriousness now and promises to abide by the guidelines going forward. I'm having trouble logging into TikTok. Despite re-installing the app multiple times, the issue persists. I know my password, yet every time I attempt to log in, I receive a timeout message prompting me to try again. Upon reinstallation and opening the app, a white screen with a loading icon and TikTok logo appears. I've verified that the server is operational, leading me to suspect a problem with my app. I'm seeking assistance as I am unable to progress past this point.

I recently became eligible to go live on TikTok, and I went live last night without any issues. However, this morning when I tried to go live again, I was shocked to find out that I had been permanently banned for alleged severe pornography. I am certain that nothing inappropriate was shown during my broadcast. I did talk about my eczema and had a flare-up on the top of my breast, which is visible due to my larger chest size, but nothing explicit was exposed. My husband was shirtless in the background, but he was in bed. I am seeking assistance on how to appeal this ban as I am new to live streaming and have built a fan base that looks forward to my broadcasts. I am willing to make any necessary adjustments, like wearing more concealing clothing, to comply with the guidelines and regain access to my live feature. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I recently discovered concerning content on my son's TikTok account. Someone tagged him in a video with a threatening message. This is unacceptable, and I am not happy with TikTok allowing such behavior. My son is very upset about this. He only noticed it recently as he had lost his phone. I want this issue resolved, and the account responsible banned. The content is disturbing, and I am considering involving the authorities. TikTok should be a safe platform for kids to dance and have fun. I have already taken a picture of the inappropriate message. I have deleted and blocked the user from my son's account.

Hello! My name is Brianna J. and I have been an active TikTok user since its beginning. On September 7th, [redacted], my account, @strawberrynutblaze, suddenly disappeared. Despite posting only fun content without violating any guidelines, TikTok claimed I was under 13 years old, which is untrue. I contacted support, but they only suggested creating a new account. I lost thousands of videos and followers, and I just want my original account restored. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly valued.

One of my videos on TikTok got removed for "adult nudity," despite the fact that I was only showing my back tattoo and not revealing anything inappropriate. It's frustrating that TikTok won't respond to my inquiries about this issue. I find it unfair that males can show their bare backs without consequences, but females aren't allowed to. This seems like a clear case of sexism and discrimination against women. According to TikTok's guidelines, nudity is permitted for artistic purposes, which should apply to my video since I was showcasing my tattoo in response to viewers' requests. I believe my video should be reinstated as I did not violate any rules. If TikTok continues to refuse, I would appreciate an explanation for their double standard and discriminatory actions.

My account was permanently banned citing numerous community guidelines violations, which I believe are false. I did not violate any guidelines. My content was respectful and positive, and I did not send any inappropriate or harassing messages to anyone. I only interacted with legal age adults in recovery from alcohol and drugs. Kindly review this matter as my videos contained nothing inappropriate or harassing. I believe the decision was biased and incorrect. Please inform me of the specific guidelines I allegedly violated. I was in compliance with US laws, including my First Amendment rights as a sex offender to use social media legally. My content and messages were appropriate, as I utilized the platform for support in overcoming my addiction. I respectfully request the reinstatement of my account so I can continue to offer positive support in my recovery journey. My past issues date back to [redacted], and I only seek to regain access to my account.

My TikTok account linked to my Gmail has been permanently banned. I am unsure why this happened as I believe I followed all the guidelines and did not post content that violated any rules. I am willing to remove any problematic videos if needed to regain access to my account. I have tried reaching out through support emails but have received no response, which is disheartening. I have reported an account named "keiras_dad_is_dead" on TikTok, and so have all my daughter's friends, as well as my own friends and family. Despite this, TikTok does not believe it violates their community standards. The account has been posting hurtful content about my daughter, Keira, whose father passed away two years ago, including videos from her personal account with disrespectful captions. This behavior includes taunting and making fun of her loss. I am deeply concerned about the impact this is having on my daughter's well-being. I urge TikTok to take immediate action and remove this bullying account before more harm is done. My daughter's TikTok account is named "keirax0" with emojis. This situation is unacceptable, and I will involve the authorities if necessary to protect my daughter from further harm.

I am from Ukraine and my name is Tolya. I find TikTok much more appealing than YouTube due to the lack of viewbotting and Twitch with its frequent bans. I understand that there might be a testing option available for accounts, and it would be a dream come true to have this feature activated for me. Recently, I discovered that my videos on TikTok have been removed for allegedly violating community guidelines. Before I started creating content on my account, I carefully reviewed the community guidelines to avoid any issues with my account being banned. I have worked hard to create a safe space for many Jamaican individuals who may not have many safe places in our country. My page has not only encouraged others to open up about their mental health challenges, but it has also been a source of support for me. Unfortunately, my mental well-being suffered a setback when my account (@jah.zara2) was banned. I have reached out to several email contacts in recent months expressing my concerns about how TikTokers from outside the United States are treated. Despite my efforts to remain patient, my account was unfairly banned on November 20, [redacted], for allegedly violating community guidelines which I believe were wrongly applied. I have reviewed the guidelines multiple times and cannot identify any violations. Therefore, I kindly request for my account to be reinstated so I can continue to inspire others and build a platform. Building a presence on TikTok outside of the U.S. and Europe is challenging, and I have been working diligently for months to establish myself. I had accumulated over 50k likes on my page, and losing it has been disheartening. My aspiration is to become an actor, and being an influencer is my first step towards that goal. Half a year ago, over half of my TikTok audios got muted, even my top ones with over 2 million views. Since then, I've been shadow banned, losing around [redacted] followers daily. I adhere to all guidelines and have reported the problem numerous times within the app, but no action has been taken. Some creators faced similar issues, but theirs were swiftly resolved after reaching out. Despite waiting six months, my problem persists. I cherish this app and the platform I've built, but witnessing TikTok penalize creators without cause is disheartening. If this continues, I may switch to Triller.

I need assistance regarding a scam on TikTok that involved the user paopaocastro29. I purchased [redacted] TikTok coins for Php 2,[redacted].00 via Google Pay > Gcash on November 26, [redacted], to participate in a live game hosted by this user promising an iPhone 12 as a prize for dropping coins on the Carousel item. After winning, the user asked for my email and then blocked me and other winners. I am seeking a refund and to report this user's fraudulent activity on TikTok and any new accounts created. I have already contacted Google Pay and TikTok support, but no resolution yet. My TikTok username is sheeka.hamster. Thank you for your support.

I recently found myself blocked from posting content due to multiple community guideline violations on TikTok. While I have addressed and resolved most of the issues, there seems to have been an error on TikTok's part in the recent block. It is unfair that this action was taken without prior indication, especially considering the importance of my account to me and my followers. Hello, I'm Victoria Moreno. I recently shared a video on my TikTok account @victoriamoreno_ where I listed reasons why I don't have a boyfriend. Unfortunately, one of my ex-boyfriends and his friends falsely reported the video for "sexual content." The video featured me in a bathing suit and kissing someone, which is common on TikTok and did not violate any community guidelines. I believe this report was out of spite, as there was nothing inappropriate in the video. I kindly request that the video be reinstated as I am working towards being a content creator on TikTok.
