To whom it may concern at TikTok, I am reaching out to follow up on my previous emails sent to TikTok's legal and info email addresses. My account was banned at 150k followers with over 500k likes, which is deeply upsetting. TikTok has been my passion, and I have dedicated myself to building this following since the beginning of the year. It has become a significant part of my life. Amidst the changes brought about by the pandemic, TikTok has been crucial in helping me with financial issues by providing me with an income. I was even invited to TikTok Creators, and being banned suddenly has been a shock. Reinstating my account would mean the world to me. Creating content on TikTok has been a source of joy during this trying time of quarantine, and I want to continue sharing positive videos with my loyal followers. The ban is especially heartbreaking as I believe my content did not violate any guidelines compared to what I have seen on TikTok. I am willing to adjust my content if necessary. I am eager to regain access to my account as starting over would be difficult. I also fell victim to a scam from someone who promised to help me recover my account for $[redacted]. I want to inform everyone about a scam circulating on TikTok, mainly involving cowlit.com. This is a fraudulent website selling expensive items at very low prices. Unfortunately, I fell for it and made a small order to test it out, only to never receive the items. Now, my personal information is being used by the scammers, and I'm bombarded with calls from others seeking their orders or refunds. Many people trusted TikTok as a safe platform and are now in a similar situation. I've reported this to various authorities, but I urge TikTok to take action and remove this site from their platform. The scammers have my address, and it's unsettling. This needs to be addressed promptly, and I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Hello TikTok community! I want to address a concern I have regarding a video posted by the account @Sofia.Deroian. In the video, individuals were asked who they think will be the most intoxicated, and I was included without my consent. This video is not something I want associated with me as it suggests underage drinking, which I do not partake in. I have asked @Sofia.Deroian to remove the video, but she has not complied. I've reported the video, but it remains online. I feel uneasy about my image being linked to this content. I kindly request that the video be deleted from @Sofia.Deroian's account, as it was uploaded on August 27. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing a consistent problem with my account where the displayed number of followers decreases significantly, even though all followers are still on the list. The web browser displays the correct number, but the app shows an outdated count. Despite attempting to log out, I am unable to do so. When I try to access liked videos or notifications, I receive a network error message stating I am not logged in. I am hoping to resolve this issue, regain access to my account, and have my accurate follower count restored.

Hello, I initially created a TikTok account under the name "marii_ecoelho." Later on (I can't recall the exact dates), I created another account called "ma.lapin." I linked this second account to my email address ([redacted]) and my phone number (+[redacted]80). I mistakenly thought both accounts were connected to the same email and phone number. The next day, when I tried to access my first account (marii_ecoelho), I was logged out and couldn't log back in. I've tried various passwords, but none seem to work as it's no longer linked to any phone number or email address. Can you assist me in recovering the marii_ecoelho account? Thank you. As the parent of three girls who post dance videos, I am concerned about the recent removal of their content. The first two videos were taken down on September 13th, followed by the third video on September 3rd. These videos had been reviewed, approved, and posted after appeal. The dances feature clean, trendy sounds, and the girls put effort into dressing up for their Disney-themed video. The content had no inappropriate material such as sexual, criminal, racist, or political content. There was no nudity, hate speech, or underage involvement. The girls are old enough for the app, and I supervise their activities closely. I am puzzled why their videos were removed while other more questionable content remains on the platform. I urge a human moderator to reach out to discuss or reinstate the videos. The girls take pride in creating suitable content for their viewers, and it is disheartening when their posts are abruptly removed without cause or explanation. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

It has not only been beneficial to my mental well-being but has also helped me grow a significant following with [redacted] followers and [redacted].3K likes. Recently, I experienced some setbacks with my account. I noticed a decline in followers, my videos were not reaching the "for you" page as they used to, and my live streams suddenly showed 0 viewers despite previously having around [redacted] active viewers. I just received a notification that my account has been banned for a violation. Could you please unban me and provide details on which videos have caused the issue? I have a few videos on my account, and I am willing to delete any that are against the rules. My main motivation for using TikTok was to create happy memories for my family, especially because I have cancer and my health is deteriorating. Hello, I have been facing an issue with my live streaming account on TikTok for the past four months. Despite sending over 30 requests for help through various channels such as the app support, Twitter, DMs, Instagram, and email, I have not received any response. I have evidence with screenshots to show that I did not do anything wrong. The ban seems to be a result of children making inappropriate reports. The original email I sent to TikTok explained the situation where I was banned unfairly after receiving death threats from kids who were subsequently muted by my moderators. I have reported this to TikTok with all the necessary details and I am considering involving the police if the issue is not resolved promptly. Kindly reinstate my account as I believe I have been unjustly banned.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account on my phone. Recently, I created a new TikTok account on my laptop with the username @dr.elliot. However, I am unable to log in on my smartphone using the same credentials. I have attempted to log in with the username and email, even tried resetting the password, but have had no success. It seems like the account was created with an unfamiliar email address. Upon trying to log in with Google on my smartphone, a different account (user8684....) was generated, stating that "@dr.elliot" was already in use. Oddly, I am currently logged in as @dr.elliot on my laptop, but I am unable to do so on my phone using the same details. It is crucial for me to secure this username for my social media endeavors. I recently spoke to a tech support representative who now wants me to pay a monthly fee, which I find unacceptable. My username was hacked, and I just want it back to its regular form. Today marks the 30-day period, but I can't change it back. My username is randifilm, unique to me on TikTok, yet it's showing as unavailable and asks for a number to be added, which I prefer not to do. Recently, TikToker @itscyaima was banned from accessing her live videos due to complaints about her age. There are several reasons why this should not have happened. Firstly, she has never shown her face on her live videos or content. Secondly, she has not violated any rules, instead, she was playing "Among Us" and inviting followers to join her. Hence, her followers would not know her age or appearance. There is no evidence she is a minor, despite being 14, which meets the age requirement for TikTok. It seems unfair that some 8-9 year olds are allowed on the app while a 14 year old is not. This issue needs to be addressed.

I posted a video on TikTok a week ago, and TikTok placed it under review. Later, they allowed it to be posted, but then it was deleted, and my account was suspended until the 27th. Today, I discovered my account was deleted entirely. I am unsure of what I did wrong. I would like to have my account reinstated because it has been a source of support for me during difficult times. While I understand the video went against guidelines, I am puzzled as to why TikTok permitted its initial posting before penalizing me for it. My account username is eclecticpagan. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account since creating videos and interacting with followers has been meaningful to me. It's where I have found friends and solace. Hello, I am facing an issue with a profile that is stealing my videos and presenting them as their own without giving credit to the original author (me). They have even removed the watermark and kept the same titles. I create Slovenian bad lip reading videos which are challenging to produce, and they often go viral. I have not trademarked them yet. The user in question has garnered the most views, likes, and followers using my content. Despite reaching out to them, they have been disrespectful and refuse to remove the 12 videos that belong to me. My TikTok handle is @yugotuba, while theirs is @anzeleban05. The 12 videos with the comedic dialogue are my creations. It's likely that other videos on their account are stolen as well, and they have accumulated over 20,[redacted] followers using other people's work.
