I recently joined TikTok about a month ago. I initially created one main account for my friends to see. Then, about three weeks later, I made another account dedicated to my hamster, which I named Creampuff_theHamster. Everything was going well until about a week later when the app stopped letting me login. It kept kicking me out and eventually asked me to sign up again. I remembered the password for my main account, but unfortunately, I forgot the password for Creampuff_theHamster. I am devastated because that account meant a lot to me and was my source of joy. Even though the account still exists, I can't access it without the password. I need help to recover my account, and I would appreciate any assistance TikTok can provide in retrieving the password for the username Creampuff_theHamster.

I am extremely upset with you, TikTok. You have truly disappointed me. When I tried to access the app on my phone, it was missing. Fortunately, I managed to reinstall it. However, I encountered difficulty logging back in and had to reset my password. Upon finally gaining access, I discovered that all my drafts were missing. This is incredibly disheartening as those drafts held all my precious memories. It's overwhelming to accept this situation. How could you allow this to happen? TikTok used to be my favorite app, but not anymore. Please, I implore you to restore my drafts. They hold significant sentimental value to me. I created TikToks capturing moments at the beach, hanging out with friends, goofing around with my sister, showcasing cheers, and celebrating holidays. Now, they are all gone, and I am beyond frustrated. I sincerely request you to bring them back. Please, please, please.

I seem to have been logged out of my TikTok account unexpectedly. Although I tried to log in using my username, I couldn't remember my password. Opting to reset it, I discovered that my email was not recognized. Upon searching for my account, I found it but it seems no one is currently logged in. This situation has occurred previously, where my account was not retrievable upon search, however, this time it is visible. I am eager to regain access to my account as I value the platform and the creativity it allows me to share with loved ones. I am hopeful for your assistance in resolving this issue. Hello everyone, I'd like to address a video I created on August 16, [redacted]. At that time, I was struggling with mental health issues which influenced the content of the video. I deeply regret creating it as it may have had negative implications. The video featured unacceptable things, but it's important to note that everything depicted was staged, and not a true reflection of reality. Hello TikTok, my name is Jacob Nelson. My TikTok account, @jacobisdark, was hacked. The hacker changed all the information and renamed the account to @fwaxel. They deleted all my videos and uploaded their own. I started gaining popularity with over 150k followers. I have proof with screenshots showing my early videos and later popular videos with my face and name clearly visible. The hacker is now losing my followers as he continues to impersonate me. Hello, I also sent another email because I wasn’t sure which one was correct, so I emailed both just in case. I have an image to prove my point, but the method I’m using to send this does not allow me to attach images. If needed, I can email it separately. For the past few weeks, the majority of my posts do not appear on the For You page. I have a public account, and the videos are never under review, they simply do not show up. The public videos on my account are the only ones that end up on people’s pages. I’ve reported this issue through support tickets numerous times and have not received help. In all honesty, your customer support is lacking, and I am considering leaving a review to warn others about this. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my videos where they are only visible to my current followers. When I upload a new video, it receives only 0-3 views within a day, and that number remains stagnant. It seems these limited views are solely from my existing followers as they like the video, but no additional views come in. I am concerned that my videos are not being featured on the For You page at all, hindering my account growth. I have ruled out potential reasons like copyrighted content, unavailable sounds, private account settings, or violations of community guidelines. Despite various attempts such as creating a new account (with no views), changing video privacy settings, and posting test videos, my issue persists. It appears my videos could be blocked from the For You page, denying me the opportunity to reach a wider audience. I recognize that others on social media platforms are also facing similar challenges. If there are solutions out there, I would appreciate any insights. However, if this issue cannot be resolved independently or through contacting TikTok, I will understand. Thank you for your attention to this matter and any assistance you can offer. Two days ago, TikTok was not functioning properly. The only options displayed were "clear cache" or "not now," and I was unable to select "not now." I chose to "clear cache," which prompted me to log back into my account. When I attempted to log in using my phone number, it was deemed invalid. Then, I tried using my email, but it logged me into an old account. I have several important drafts saved, so any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with TikTok a couple of days ago. When I attempted to open the app, all that appeared was a prompt to "clear cache" with no option to select "not now." Eventually, I chose "clear cache," resulting in a login request. However, entering my email logged me into an old account, and my phone number was deemed invalid. I recently broke my phone and now I'm unable to access my TikTok account. I can't remember which email I used to sign up, and despite trying all three of my emails, I can't log in. Even when attempting to use my username, the reset password won't work. My username is leishaleish79, and it's vital for me to regain access as I have important videos on the account. Due to my broken phone screen, I can only use my username for login. I understand the importance of security, but I sincerely need a solution to access my account and protect my videos. I would like to report an issue I encountered while attempting to go live on my third occasion. Everything was going smoothly with friendly interactions until I briefly turned away and found my screen had turned white. Upon refreshing to resume my live stream, I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned from going live. I assure you that I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, simply interacted by greeting viewers and showing my face. I am genuinely puzzled as to what rule or guideline I might have unknowingly breached. While I would appreciate having my live feature restored, I prioritize understanding and adhering to your community policies above all else.

I am requesting the reinstatement of my account due to ongoing harassment on TikTok. Despite reporting the issue and providing screenshots of the offensive messages, no action was taken. I have been bombarded with inappropriate content and harassment, including receiving numerous explicit images and being told to harm myself. This behavior is unacceptable, and I feel the platform has failed to protect its users. I kindly ask for my blessed_swag account to be restored as I have not violated any guidelines. I have documentation of the harassment and am considering legal action against TikTok for allowing such misconduct while penalizing me unjustly. Please review the records of the multiple individuals who harassed me simultaneously. The situation has been distressing, especially considering my mental health condition.

I am new to TikTok. When I posted photos on your site, I took them with my iPhone and sent them to TikTok via a message. I did not realize that my entire photo library would be downloaded to TikTok. I am concerned about personal photos being in my TikTok library and accidentally getting posted. If I try to delete the photos in my TikTok library, I am worried they will also be removed from my iPhone's photo library. Is there a solution to this issue?

I am looking to add my phone number to my TikTok account. Previously, my first account was banned without any prior warnings or a clear strike system. I had to create a second account, but now I am unable to send private messages on TikTok as it requests my phone number, which is linked to my first banned account. Despite reaching out to TikTok about this issue, their responses have been lacking. After initial contact, they stop responding when I provide the name of my old account. This lack of communication is frustrating as I aspire to become a TikTok ambassador and feel unfairly treated. My simple request to TikTok is to remove my phone number from the old banned account so I can use it on my new account. Additionally, I would like the opportunity to download any videos from the old account that are not saved on my phone.

I am having trouble accessing my account (@universaby). Initially, I attempted to log in via Facebook and ended up accessing my old account (@sabebeh), which I have since deleted. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password I set for the @universaby account and did not link an email or phone number for password recovery. At this point, my only option is to input the correct username and password. Since I failed to note down the password for the @umiversaby account, which I suspect I accessed through Facebook, I am now unable to log in. Can you assist me in identifying the login method used for the @universaby account and help me access it instead of the old one?

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue regarding a TikTok account named "@varshinivasu". The user shared an email ID in a video, which actually belongs to my friend. Subsequently, my friend has been receiving inappropriate emails from the user's followers. Despite being informed about the situation, the user claimed to have removed the post but hasn't taken any action yet. This negligence is concerning as the email ID is being misused without consent, causing distress to the owner. The user continues to upload videos on TikTok without addressing this serious matter. I kindly request prompt intervention, which may include blocking the account. We have already reported the account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my TikTok account was recently banned about three weeks ago for violating community guidelines. I was not aware of these violations initially, but upon reviewing the guidelines, I understand and apologize for my actions. As a YouTuber and content creator, I have put in a lot of effort to build a following of over 1 million subscribers on YouTube and [redacted],[redacted] followers on Facebook. My TikTok account @Ajswolfy has been suspended for a month, and I kindly request for it to be reinstated. I am committed to adhering to your guidelines diligently and have amassed 1 million likes on your platform. Given the challenges of Covid-19, losing my TikTok account would be a significant setback.
