Tidal streaming app offered hi fi music, however did not provide music videos at such quality as the music. They offered a whole month trial, in which I can cancell anytime and I would be refunded back the money. However, when I checked my balance my fees weren’t refunded and when I checked to inquire, I found by most unfairness, that they would only offer refunds for UK and some parts of Europe. I believe it was an abhorrent deception. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ever subscribed for it. It is a service that provides an amazing quality of songs. But I don’t know how isnthis , but youtube, snapchat provide more than sufficent quality and apple music’s
GetHuman-izeesub did not yet indicate what Tidal should do to make this right.
