A little over a month ago, the program starting stalling with each song selection via my Oppo BDP-***. It is a ** - ** second buffering gap. After numerous exchanges with Oppo tech support, and having my Internet provider move me up to the highest speed level available, the issue remained. Tidal was painfully slow responding to my inquiries, and when they finally did, they informed me that their development team was aware of the issue, that several other users were also experiencing it, and that they had made it a top priority to resolve. *Since then, I have contacted Tidal * times in the last fifteen days requesting a time frame to the resolution and have still not heard back from them. *When I began my subscription, this group was always prompt to respond (Kevin on numerous occasions) but now, it appears they are overwhelmed with service complaints.
GetHuman-spehifi did not yet indicate what Tidal should do to make this right.
