I have a Sprint subscription for Tidal. When i first signed up, I don’t think i entered a username ( i don’t fully remember ) . I also don’t remember my p***word. But the good thing is, the account is still logged on into my phone. But if i log out, i wouldn’t have the account anymore. I want to log in onto other phones and my laptop but i don’t know the username or p***word.
I trust that Tidal will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
