I signed up for the TaylorSwiftTix Presale Verified Fan on Taylor's website via Ticketmaster using my [redacted] account. I received an invitation email and later a text message with the presale information for the April 29, [redacted], concert in Atlanta. Despite being a verified fan, Ticketmaster rejected my access code during the sale, preventing me from getting the seats in Section H that I had selected. The site wouldn't allow me to purchase any tickets or reattempt. I tried numerous times to resolve the issue without success, leaving me feeling upset and disappointed. My family entrusted me with this task, and I feel like I let them down by not securing the seats we wanted. I am unsure of what steps to take next to rectify the situation and ensure my family's happiness.

I had a disappointing experience with Ticketmaster during the Taylor Swift Philadelphia Friday Night Show pre-sale. I participated in the Taylor Swift presale yesterday, aiming to buy tickets for March 18th at State Farm Stadium in Arizona. I received the wrong presale code for the 17th, a date announced after I signed up. I spoke to SeatGeek who directed me to Ticketmaster for the error. Unfortunately, I only noticed after buying tickets, after a long wait, that the date was incorrect. Unable to attend March 17th, I was disappointed by Ticketmaster's mistake. I have never had this issue in previous presale events. I am hoping to exchange these tickets for the March 18th [redacted] show, the date I originally intended to attend.

I had a frustrating experience during the Taylor Swift presale on Tuesday. Despite waiting patiently in the queue for over two hours, I encountered issues selecting seats for my family. As I clicked on available seats, they would suddenly disappear, which I suspected was due to bots. However, when proceeding to the next screen, the layout glitched, and I lost the seats as the timer expired. I bought tickets on Wednesday, November 30th for Alice in Winterland featuring One Republic in Denver. Unfortunately, One Republic had to cancel due to illness. The event went on with The Band Camino and Dermot Kennedy performing extended sets. Refunds were promised by the radio station if One Republic didn't perform, but now LiveNation is saying no refunds after the event. I attempted to email Ticketmaster regarding an issue, but it came back as undeliverable. My daughter bought four tickets for a Harry Styles concert that was rescheduled. She requested a partial refund for two tickets, but Ticketmaster mistakenly refunded all four. Despite admitting the mistake, they claim they cannot fix it due to the concert being sold out. We have transcripts of the conversations with agents. We spent significant time on the phone with an agent who said they reached out to the venue. An agent suggested my daughter buy more tickets, not realizing the concert is sold out. The error and the lack of a resolution are frustrating. I am in Canada, and the situation is causing financial strain on the girls who are university students. They had good seats that are now gone. I am pleading with Ticketmaster to rectify this mistake promptly. The order number was 56-[redacted]/LA1 under Maya Dean's name. I am willing to provide additional proof if necessary. I purchased three tickets for the Trans Siberian Orchestra show on December 3rd at 3pm in Columbus, OH. I placed the order on the Trans Siberian Orchestra website, which directed me to StubHub. My StubHub order number is [redacted]19. While my order clearly shows three tickets together, the Ticketmaster email I received only shows two tickets transferred. I need the third ticket to be transferred as well. I bought the tickets for FloorZone 2, row U, with the assurance that we would be seated together.

I am requesting a full refund for my tickets. After contacting to have them sent for two concerts, they were deemed non-active. I can prove I bought the tickets pre-pandemic. The artist has repeatedly rescheduled the event. A Ticketmaster representative mentioned a $[redacted] fee ($[redacted] per ticket) to activate them due to non-activeness. I ordered tickets for the Imagine Dragons concert in Warsaw, Poland, on August 14, [redacted], through the Live Nation PL website. I was redirected to Ticketmaster Poland for payment. My card was initially not accepted several times, but eventually the payment went through. The money was debited from my bank account, but I did not receive the tickets. The bank cannot refund me as the payment has been processed. Therefore, without having the tickets, I need to at least get my money back.

I bought 4 tickets from Ticketmaster for Rod Stewart's concert on October 12, [redacted], at Birmingham's Utilita Arena. I was not notified that the original seats were canceled and reassigned. The problem is, the new tickets have 2 seats together, but the other 2 are on different rows. This is not what I paid for, and it's really disappointing. I'm frustrated and upset by this situation.
