Good evening, Upon reviewing my bank balance tonight, I discovered an unauthorized transaction on October 2, [redacted], for $1,[redacted].21 at Ticketmaster, along with an $85.36 charge for Allianz ticket insurance. I had not authorized these purchases. I have not used my Ticketmaster account since early [redacted], ruling out my involvement. I have informed my financial institution, Key Bank, who will be investigating this issue with you. Kindly assist them and cancel/void the tickets purchased with my stolen funds. I purchased my ticket for $[redacted], but later found out they are available for only $59 and $79. I would like to request a refund for the price difference. Please refund the excess amount to my credit card so I can purchase the tickets at the current lower price of $59 or $79 online. Thank you.

In April, I sold my tickets. I've completed the tax verification process and was informed that the tax portion is complete. I have verified my banking information. However, I have not received the two deposits from Ticketmaster in my account for account verification. I simply require the funds from the sold tickets to be deposited back into my account. The online process appeared straightforward, but I am encountering several challenges.

I've been waiting for two months to verify my account information, but I have yet to receive a deposit. I'm frustrated because I've been waiting for my refund for the same length of time. The policy of waiting until a week after the concert is not acceptable, and I need my money back immediately. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly because waiting this long for my refund is unreasonable. I've attempted to contact customer service several times but have been unable to find a valid phone number to call.

I currently reside in the US and will be visiting London, UK on October 12th. I have made a purchase of concert tickets for an event in London on October 17th through TicketmasterUK with the confirmation number RE[redacted]8. TicketmasterUK assured me that the tickets would be sent to my home address in the US five days before the concert, but I will already be in London by then. I kindly request the tickets to be delivered to my hotel, Kip Hotel at 2 Aspland Grove, London E8 1FJ, by October 13th. Alternatively, I would appreciate it if the tickets could be emailed to me before October 12th so I can easily print them out. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased two floor seats for the Red Hot Chili Peppers show on 7/29 in Santa Clara. Section FLD 5, Row 29, Seat 15 Section FLD 5, Row 29, Seat 16 Upon arrival, my ticket's scan code failed to work. I presented receipts, bank statements, emails, and the code on the app to the ticket resolution agent, who said there was an issue with Ticketmaster changing the name of my section. They mentioned my account was still processing, although I purchased the tickets in February. They advised me to contact Ticketmaster. When I contacted Ticketmaster, they directed me to Allianz as I had purchased insurance for an extra $[redacted]. Allianz informed me that their policy does not cover scan codes not working on the event day. My girlfriend and I traveled from Maui, Hawaii, and we were disappointed. Can you assist me in any way?

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for my missed event on Saturday, October 1st (booking order: 20-[redacted]/UK5). Unfortunately, I was unable to attend as my youngest son required urgent medical attention just as we were preparing to leave for Manchester, where the event was scheduled. Upon his unexpected arrival home, I noticed his unusual behavior and he quickly became unconscious, prompting me to call for an ambulance. Due to this unforeseen circumstance, we had to cancel our weekend plans and missed out on an event my wife and I were eagerly anticipating. Thankfully, my son has since recovered. I have screenshots of phone records detailing the time of my emergency call, which I would like to provide as proof. Please advise me on the best way to submit these documents. I bought tickets using Vivid Seats which were meant to be transferred via Ticketmaster. When I made the purchase, I logged in with my Facebook account where my old email ([redacted]) was linked, which I can't access anymore. VividSeats changed the email to my current one ([redacted]). The problem is, I need to access Ticketmaster with my old email to locate the transferred tickets, but I never had a Ticketmaster account with that old email and can't log in anymore. I tried searching for my order using my current email on Ticketmaster without success. The event is tomorrow, Friday, October 21, [redacted]. I need assistance. Thank you.

Considering the prevalent scams, I am worried about the safeguarding of my personal information. Earlier this year, my tax return and identity were targeted for theft, causing delays in my refund. If my details are compromised due to insufficient security measures by Ticketmaster, I am prepared to pursue legal action and hold them accountable for any repercussions. Despite selling tickets at a loss, it is concerning to provide such sensitive information just to receive payment. I unintentionally purchased two obstructed view tickets to Joe Bonamassa for November 18, '22, on October 21, [redacted]. I only noticed this issue today when I accessed the tickets through the app. I am disappointed as there are other tickets available for the same price without obstruction. I would like to swap them for two other seats of the same value. Most businesses would accommodate such a request easily. Unfortunately, their website and app lack an option to facilitate this exchange. While they offer a "Face value ticket exchange," it does not cater to my needs. I simply wish to exchange my obstructed view seats for unobstructed ones at the same price. I plan to contact them tomorrow to address this matter.

I am writing on behalf of my friend who contacted Ticketmaster on June 28th and has yet to receive a response. We are willing to pursue further action if necessary, but we are giving Ticketmaster one last opportunity to address the issue. On June 15th and 16th, I purchased 6 early access general admission tickets for the Harry Styles concert at Emirates Old Trafford. Despite the tickets being advertised as front row access, we were placed far from the stage due to disorganization. Furthermore, individuals who paid significantly less than us were allowed into the area. Therefore, we are requesting a full refund for our tickets as we were misled by Ticketmaster's false advertising. If a refund is not granted, we will seek legal advice regarding the negligence and misrepresentation we experienced, which has resulted in emotional distress and financial loss totaling ONE THOUSAND pounds. This misleading information violates consumer protection regulations and has had a severe impact on our mental well-being. We demand appropriate compensation for the misleading information provided by Ticketmaster.

Good morning, I purchased 7 tickets for Dreamgirls on October 29th at Blackpool Winter Gardens. My order number is 6-[redacted]/UK5 under Karen Wilson. I did not have the option to print the tickets, which caused some issues when I arrived at the theatre without a signal on my phone. I had to visit the box office to resolve the situation, causing some stress as we almost missed the beginning of the show. Many others faced the same problem, resulting in a queue at the box office. This experience was disappointing, as I have always been able to print my tickets for previous bookings. I am concerned about what would happen if I lost my phone or couldn't attend due to illness. I purchased my ticket for WWE Live in Dortmund, Germany on 01.10.22 under Ticket ID [redacted]6, but I have not received the tickets yet. I am hoping they can be sent via email, but I am unsure if that's an option. My account indicates that the ticket confirmation email has not been sent. I have attempted to contact customer service but have only received a generic acknowledgment of my email. Even if the email were to arrive tomorrow, I wouldn't have enough time to travel from my hometown to the event as it usually arrives late in the day. Attending this event is important to me, but without the ticket, my plans are jeopardized. I can also be reached by phone at +49 [redacted]7 if necessary.

I bought a ticket through Ticketmaster on my phone yesterday, November 4, [redacted], for Saturday, November 5. I used my credit card with the last four digits [redacted] for a ticket in section 2 at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre in New Orleans. Despite being charged, I haven't received the ticket via email or on my phone. I don't have a confirmation number, and the seat is no longer showing available on Ticketmaster. This is my first time using Ticketmaster, so I created an account using [redacted] or [redacted], but I'm unable to locate the ticket or account. I'm an old fan of BONNIE RAITT and need help locating my ticket for tonight's show or getting a refund if the ticket is unavailable.

I received four tickets for the New England Patriots game at Foxboro on December 1, [redacted] via email at [redacted] I acquired these tickets from a charity auction and was informed that I needed to use the Ticketmaster app to accept them. After downloading and signing into the app with my account, I noted that the tickets could only be accessed through the email, which opens an unfamiliar browser instead of the app. The email displays the Ticketmaster account number [redacted]0. When I view the tickets on my phone, my name appears as it does on Ticketmaster, with my first name "WILLIAM" capitalized and the last name "Baldwin" listed. However, I am unable to see the tickets in the Ticketmaster app. I am worried that the email link to access the tickets will expire before the event date, leaving me with no access. I am very disappointed and frustrated. We received a presale code for verified fan access to Taylor Swift tickets because we had one for Loverfest that got canceled. I sat online for an hour with my granddaughter, only to get kicked out as soon as the queue opened. After rejoining the line, we had to wait for another 3 hours, but the code didn't work when we tried to unlock the tickets. Now we're told we have to wait for the public sale. This process has been terrible and draining, taking away the excitement from these events. It's my granddaughter's favorite artist, and accessing an event we were supposed to have special access to shouldn't be this complicated. I need help securing tickets in the sections we were promised, without having to pay the outrageous resale prices. It's unfair that resellers get in before real fans and drive up prices. I would appreciate guidance on how we ended up in this situation where young girls' dreams turn into nightmares. I believe I should be able to purchase the tickets I was promised and would appreciate assistance with this. Thank you for any help you can provide.
