I've been on the Ticketmaster website for the past three days straight, and I keep encountering errors with different numbers every time I try to checkout with my two tickets. I'm becoming very upset. The tickets are for the Nelly, Ja Rule, Ashanti, and more tour date on August 5th which falls just two days after my birthday on the 3rd. I have been Ja Rule's biggest fan for the past 20 years. Every day that passes, tickets keep getting sold, and prices keep going up for seats that aren't even better. Ticketmaster, please fix this issue and get me two good seats next to each other. I am still willing to pay the $[redacted] and some odd dollars as long as I can order the tickets and ensure I get to see Ja Rule for my birthday. Please help Ticketmaster, as I will not be a happy camper if I don't get to see Ja Rule, and it will be all your fault.

On November 27, [redacted], I purchased Maroon 5 and Matchbox 20 tickets totaling over $[redacted]. I haven't received the tickets yet. I discovered one concert was rescheduled, but I never received any information about the other one. I need help resolving this ticket issue. Today, when I called Ticketmaster, they couldn't find the Matchbox 20 tickets and told me they came from another source. I bought and paid for my tickets through Ticketmaster, and I either need to locate my tickets or get a full refund. I am 65 years old, and dealing with this online is challenging. Ticketmaster said I should contact the company they transferred the tickets to, but they refused to disclose the company's name. I find it unfair that I can't even know who to call. I hope this problem can be addressed and resolved soon.

I have been attempting to reach out to Ticketmaster for 3 to 4 weeks now, seeking assistance with an issue regarding selling tickets and receiving payments. Despite inputting my correct bank account details, there seems to be a problem with registering my account on their end. My bank account is in good standing and I use it regularly without any issues. I am in need of direct assistance from a representative to address this matter as the virtual assistants I have interacted with have not been able to resolve it. I am certain that the payment information I provided is accurate, and I believe the issue lies on Ticketmaster's side. I am puzzled why a paper check cannot be issued, considering you were able to debit my account successfully for ticket purchases.

I purchased tickets for the Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden on July 20th at 8 p.m. with Order #5-[redacted]/NY7 on May 17, [redacted]. Each ticket was about $69.50, but with fees through StubHub, the total cost was approximately $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend due to a medical emergency and couldn't sell the tickets on Ticketmaster. StubHub suggested I sell through them, but the link they provided didn't work. I have some questions: 1) Why did Ticketmaster transfer my order to StubHub? 2) Why was such a high fee added to the ticket price? 3) Why was I unable to sell the tickets through Ticketmaster? I would appreciate a prompt call back to help resolve this situation.

I tried to purchase B-52's tickets for Oct 14 at the Beacon Theatre in NYC through Ticketmaster. I entered all required information online, added the ticket insurance option, and then proceeded to place my order. However, I received an error message saying "We are unable to process your request, Please check your card security code" with error code U219. I have double-checked my correct card information but still can't resolve this issue despite various attempts. Dealing with Ticketmaster to fix this security code error has been time-consuming and frustrating. I hope Ticketmaster can address and resolve the U219 error promptly so I can successfully process my orders without further issues.

I purchased tickets for the Chris Rock show at the Fox Theatre Detroit on September 18, [redacted]. While filling out the form, I accidentally selected electronic transfer instead of receiving my tickets via email with a PDF attachment. I don't have a cell phone or computer at home. After completing the form, I got an email saying they would call my home number, which they did early yesterday morning. However, the message left by the automated system instructed me to press 5 for the code number, but nothing happened when I pressed it. I now need this code number to access my tickets and I hope they will be in PDF format.

I recently bought a ticket to see Casting Crowns at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA for October 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I didn't immediately print out my ticket as planned due to a medical procedure the following day. Today, when I tried to access my ticket link from your email, it wouldn't work. Each time I attempt to visit Ticketmaster.com, an error message appears, preventing me from accessing the website. The ticket cost me $[redacted], and I urgently need this issue resolved. Good morning, I need some clarification regarding the tickets I purchased to see Kenny Chesney at the Lakeview Amphitheater in Syracuse, NY. When I bought them, I believed each ticket would cost around $[redacted] plus fees. However, my card was charged $[redacted].90 for the two tickets. After receiving the tickets in my wallet, I noticed that the actual price after taxes and fees was $[redacted].50 per ticket, making it $[redacted] for both. I am having trouble finding the tickets I bought for the Penn & Teller show at Mystic Lake Hotel & Casino. The show was rescheduled from Sept. 24, [redacted], to Sept. 23, [redacted], due to an email I received offering a refund or to keep the new date. I chose to keep the new date and now I can't find my tickets. My order number is #[redacted], for seats in Sec. C, Row NN, Seats 40 - 41, bought on April 25, [redacted]. Additionally, I need to know if I should purchase tickets for a 6-month-old and a 1 1/2-year-old for the Cirque Holidaze event on Nov. 26, [redacted], Order #[redacted]. This morning, I was a Verified Fan on the site trying to buy Bruce Springsteen tickets. The experience was terrible, so I've decided to remove my information from the site. I've shared an article summarizing my frustrating experience. Being a Verified Fan felt like playing a claw machine in Asbury Park. It reminded me of childhood vacations where you'd try to win prizes, always coming up empty-handed. Though I was initially excited to be verified, I found most ticket prices were inflated, with some as high as $[redacted]. Cheaper tickets were available, but limited. Interestingly, every time a $[redacted] ticket in a good spot popped up, it would be sold when I tried to purchase it. This happened multiple times. Ticketmaster and Live Nation are monopolizing ticket sales and charging excessive fees, now even pre-scalping tickets. I'm choosing to support smaller venues and ticket providers not associated with them. Despite this, I feel fortunate to have seen Bruce live at fair prices in the past and hope he considers his fans over such practices.

I recently bought tickets for 2 events, and since then, I've noticed that prices have dropped and better seats are available. For the Barry Manilow concert at UBS Arena in Elmont, NY on August 6, I purchased seats in Section [redacted], Row 4, Seats 3 & 4 (order # 25-[redacted]/NY8) for $63.95 each plus $22.90 in fees. I see that seats in Section [redacted], Row 21, Seats 3-4 (or similar) are now available for $53.95 with $19 in fees. Considering the difference in price and location, could there be a one-time courtesy exchange to these seats without an exchange fee? I bought 4 tickets for the Heart Rock and Heart Comedy show, 2 GOLD VIP and 2 Silver VIP with access to the VIP Lounge, laminate, NFT, and Jackets. Unfortunately, the guests with the Silver tickets were directed to their seats right away without receiving any of the VIP perks. My husband and I, with the Gold VIP tickets, encountered confusion at the Prudential Center, where we had to get paper tickets instead of digital like our Silver VIP friends. Despite the high price we paid, we were informed that we didn't have VIP tickets upon entry, leading to a stressful and disorganized experience. None of us received the promised merchandise. I reached out to Ticketmaster for help after the show on July 22nd, but haven't heard back. I am seeking compensation for the inadequate VIP experience and hope to be refunded at least half of what I spent on the tickets.

I bought tickets on StubHub for the Lady Gaga concert in August. Despite contacting StubHub about my missing tickets and being redirected to TicketMaster, I have had no luck. StubHub has sent a few emails stating they are trying to assist, but their help has been ineffective. I possess the confirmation email and details of the seats I bought and would like to have them replaced soon. The concert is approaching, and the lack of progress is worrying me. I purchased tickets for the Roger Waters concert at Fizer Forum in Milwaukee, which was postponed due to Covid and rescheduled for 7-28-[redacted]. Despite being promised a VIP experience, we were extremely disappointed. There was no VIP merchandise, catering, or proper seating - just folding chairs. The will-call ticket pickup process was chaotic, with misinformation and long lines. Additionally, the VIP special gift bag promised was never received. I am requesting a refund of $1,[redacted] due to the poor experience. If this matter is not resolved, legal action may be necessary.

Hello, my name is Monica Plascencia. On July 24th, I purchased Fuerza Regida tickets at the San Jose SAP Center. When I tried to buy them the first time, there was a glitch during the payment process. It seemed like the payment didn't go through, so I tried again and successfully bought the tickets. Later, I discovered I was charged for both attempts, ending up with four tickets instead of the intended two. I reached out to Ticketmaster for support, but couldn't find any assistance. I also tried to sell the extra tickets on the app without success. I am disappointed to be charged for tickets I didn't use due to a glitch. I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

Unfortunately, in September, a vaccination mandate was introduced, impacting our family's ability to attend as some members were not vaccinated. Despite not receiving prior notification of these rule changes, when I tried to address the issue by contacting customer service, I faced challenges. Repeated calls only led to an automated message citing pandemic-related restrictions and advising to email instead. Although I promptly sent multiple emails requesting a refund, the response received after the show date denied my request due to it having passed. Frustratingly, leading up to the show, many seats remained unsold, adding to my disappointment over losing $1,[redacted] due to rule changes post-purchase. Today, upon rediscovering the tickets, I am hoping for a resolution after attempting to contact the customer service team once more.

Three weeks ago, I sold four tickets on Ticketmaster for a total of $[redacted]. I received notification of the sales, submitted my tax information, and confirmed the small deposits in my bank account. However, I have not yet received payment for the tickets. I was informed that payment typically takes 7 days, but it has now been over 21 days, and no payment has been deposited into my account.

The second email states that a phone number ending in [redacted] has been added to the same account, which is not mine. I received two emails from Ticketmaster today. The first one stated that my password has been changed, and the second one mentioned that my phone number was added to the account. However, I do not have a Ticketmaster account, and my phone number does not end in [redacted]. Please remove my email address and any linked information from your database. I received an email informing me that Whitesnake has canceled their performance with the Scorpions at the SaveMart Center in Fresno, CA on 10/7/[redacted]. The email stated that refunds can be requested until midnight on Friday. I had bought 3 Whitesnake VIP tickets online with order # 68-[redacted]/NCA. I followed the instructions to request a refund, but I couldn't find the "request Refund" button on my event details page. When I selected the "contact us" button, I was directed to an automated chat and was told I would receive a text back within 12 to 24 hours. I request a full refund for all three tickets as I specifically purchased the Whitesnake VIP tickets, which will no longer be available.
