I am seeking a refund for the disappointing experience at the Guns N' Roses concert in Tottenham on July 1st. The concert was marred by a two-hour delay in opening the gates, leading to a lengthy queue and the cancellation of the first support act. When the main band eventually started, they were one hour late and the sound quality was subpar, making Axl's singing sound muffled and the overall volume insufficient. To make matters worse, they cut the set list by seven songs, ending the show nearly an hour early. My partner and I, having paid £[redacted] for our tickets, were so dismayed that we left the event ahead of schedule. I have spoken to customer service at the venue, who advised me to contact Ticketmaster for assistance. Thank you. - Mark S.

Hello, my name is Daniel Ulrich. My Buccaneers account number is [redacted], and the email used for Ticketmaster and the Buccaneers is [redacted] I have sold several tickets this season and my account was credited. However, the tickets I sold in January are still showing pending payment. The specific tickets in question are two tickets sold on January 16th at $[redacted] each, two tickets sold on January 23rd at $[redacted] each, and two tickets sold on January 23rd at $[redacted] each. I have tried to resolve this with Ticketmaster, but I have had difficulty getting my issue understood. Despite syncing my accounts as advised, the problem persists. I have worked in customer service before, so I am not being difficult, just seeking assistance. I hope this provides a clear understanding of my situation. Thank you for listening and I appreciate any help. - Dan

I am unable to access my account as I no longer have the phone number or email address linked to it. I have the debit card used for purchasing tickets and need to reset my password. Unfortunately, I cannot do this independently since I cannot retrieve my old email or access the previous phone number. I have four tickets for the MGK concert on Monday and do not want to lose my money. I have been waiting on hold for 15 minutes trying to reach the toll-free number for assistance. I just need help to access my tickets. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Ticketmaster suggested I use Just Answer to assist me. They said it would cost £1. I followed the instructions but the issue was not fixed. I chose not to use Ticketmaster anymore. Now, I see a pending charge of £35 from SNA*PHL.JUSTANSWER. I tried to contact them without success. The chat option was unavailable, and no one answered the phone. Since Ticketmaster directed me to Just Answer, I need help resolving this issue.

I am facing issues accepting tickets and accessing the website to do so. Is it possible that I am trying to access the site from outside the USA? I receive the message below repeatedly: "Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen: You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed. You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser. A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running." Despite enabling JavaScript and trying different browsers, the issue persists. The same message appears on the app installed on my IOS device. Moreover, the website shows an infinite loading screen. Any assistance to help me accept my tickets would be greatly appreciated.

My spouse and I acquired 2 concert tickets for The Weeknd - After Hours Til Dawn Tour on July 8, [redacted], at 6:30 pm at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, ON. The tickets were bought from Ticketmaster on March 9 with Order # 54-[redacted]/TOR, amounting to CAD$[redacted].50 (or $[redacted].06 USD). Having traveled from Jersey City, NJ, USA to Toronto for the concert, we were disappointed to find out upon arrival at the Rogers Centre on July 8, just past 6:30 pm, that the event was canceled due to a nationwide Rogers internet outage. The staff informed us that the concert would be rescheduled, but as non-locals, we cannot attend the postponed date. We are seeking a FULL refund for our ticket purchase. It is frustrating to have invested time and money only to have the cancellation occur last minute. Kindly advise on the refund process and the expected timeline for completion.

I contacted Tottenham stadium initially, now they are directing me back to Ticketmaster regarding my issue: I attempted to purchase season tickets for the two NFL games at Tottenham through the NFL/Ticketmaster link. On June 30, after waiting in the Queueing process, I consistently received an error message stating "We were unable to reserve your tickets. Unfortunately we were unable to add the selected seat(s) to the basket. If this issue continues, refreshing the page may resolve it." Despite trying for two hours, I faced this message on every seat choice I made. With Tottenham season tickets now sold out, I feel disheartened. My only recourse is to aim for single game tickets on July 26th. Will there be additional blocks of tickets released in all sections of the stadium on that date?

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding the reimbursement for tickets I bought through the Ticketmaster website on March 13, [redacted], totaling [redacted].10 euros for the Lady Gaga concert scheduled for 07/24/[redacted]. The concert could not proceed due to the coronavirus outbreak. With the current military actions in Russia and Ukraine affecting travel, I decided to request a refund for the tickets. I followed Ticketmaster's instructions by sending back the physical tickets which were received by the company on April 4, [redacted]. Despite three months passing since they received the tickets, I have not received the refund. Due to banking sanctions, the reimbursement cannot be processed to my original payment account, so I provided an Israeli dollar account for the funds to be routed to. I would appreciate any assistance on whether it's possible to refund funds to an account not in my name. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Debbie Smith-Bos. Unfortunately, I had 3 Roger Waters tickets that I couldn't access due to the Rogers Outage on July 8th. Since we had no Rogers service, I had no way to check the concert status without internet access. I was unaware of how to use Apple Wallet to show the tickets at the gate, which seemed to be suggested. As we were far from the venue and didn't want to deal with the chaos, we missed the show. We are disappointed that we missed the rescheduled show time. The tickets were $81.00 each without service fees, and we have 3 unused tickets. We are seeking a refund or credit for the amount owed. This is my first attempt to address this issue, and I have always found Ticketmaster easy to use in the past. I believe Ticketmaster should address this under these circumstances. Thank you. Regards, Debbie Smith-Bos. [redacted] or [redacted].

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster through their website using one email, but when I tried to retrieve the tickets, my email was not recognized. I recently used a different email address, which may have caused the issue. I received an email from Ticketmaster with a confirmation number, but when I try to login to get the e-tickets, it does not recognize the email address. I need to access the tickets on my iPhone. I want to use the original email address or transfer the tickets to another account, both of which belong to me. Ticketmaster is not recognizing the email address to access the tickets.

I bought two tickets today, July 14, [redacted], for Westlife - The Wild Dreams Tour at Sheffield Arena on Monday, November 28, [redacted], for my son's anniversary gift to his wife. The order number is 11-[redacted]/UK1 in Block [redacted], Row B. I made the purchase as a surprise, but I can't transfer the tickets to my son's phone. The tickets don't show any barcodes, and Ticketmaster mentioned updating to a newer version of webview on my Android phone. I've tried this, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I need to transfer everything to my son's phone to avoid the payment being seen by my daughter-in-law. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you. - Mrs. Pat Howe

I am having trouble accessing my tickets on the Ticketmaster app even though I have purchased 5 tickets and have confirmation emails. I was instructed to download the tickets to my phone via email or an e-wallet, but my attempts failed. Initially, I tried downloading to my phone unsuccessfully, and then I successfully downloaded 3 tickets to google-pay, but the other 2 appear to have been downloaded already. As a result, I cannot locate these missing tickets.

I am seeking a refund for two tickets bought at the box office. I am open to receiving a credit for my Ticketmaster account for future use. I bought tickets at the venue's box office for an event that got rescheduled from a weekend to a weeknight due to covid. When I asked the box office for a refund, they directed me to Ticketmaster. Since I didn't purchase the tickets online, Ticketmaster wouldn't allow me to submit a request because I didn't have any "active tickets." I couldn't reach anyone over the phone either. Eventually, I tried to resell the tickets, but the venue released more tickets and increased the venue's capacity, making it impossible for me to resell them. I spent a lot of time searching the Ticketmaster website, social media pages, and customer service hotline. After much frustration, I found this email address through an online forum. Ticket numbers are: [redacted]5[redacted][redacted]

On June 21, [redacted], my credit card was compromised, and an unauthorized purchase of ticket(s) for $[redacted].00 was made through Ticketmaster. I am hoping that it is possible to track down the event and seat number(s) associated with this transaction. I am grateful for any assistance or information provided. Initially, I attempted to contact Ticketmaster without success. Thanks to GetHuman, I eventually connected with a Customer Service representative named Christy. Despite the challenge of tracing the credit card transaction across multiple systems, she diligently investigated in both the USA and Canada. Although she mentioned the possibility of the hack originating overseas, she added a Fraudulent notice to the transaction. While my issue remains unresolved to my satisfaction, I appreciate the effort made. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third occurrence of credit card fraud for me within a year, highlighting the increasing prevalence of such cybercrime.

Good afternoon, I encountered an issue with my order #26-[redacted]/PHI. While purchasing 4 tickets for Saturday, July 16th, the website crashed during the finalization process, displaying a "Forbidden" message on a black page. Despite the money being deducted from my account, I couldn't transfer the tickets to someone else due to the same error message. I eventually canceled the transfer at the venue, and upon receiving the tickets back, they were dated for Friday, July 15th instead of the intended date. As a result, I had to purchase 4 additional tickets at the box office for the correct event date. I am seeking a refund for the initially unusable tickets. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

The box office directed me to contact Ticketmaster for a refund. However, as I bought the tickets in person and not online, I couldn't submit a request with Ticketmaster because I didn't have "active tickets." Despite the event being sold out, I couldn't resell the tickets because the venue released more tickets and increased capacity. I recently discovered an issue preventing me from purchasing tickets due to a disputed charge of $[redacted].96 from July 21, [redacted]. Despite mistakenly selecting the wrong date, Ticketmaster sent me a form to rectify the situation after I reached out via phone, chat, and email. CEO Michael Rapino credited our account after confirming our innocence. We later successfully bought tickets for the correct date following this resolution. Currently, Ticketmaster is blocking my purchases until the disputed amount is cleared, leading to an unauthorized PayPal bill sent to me. I did not authorize this payment. I seek assistance in resolving this matter to regain access to Ticketmaster for future ticket purchases. Thank you, Carmella A. O. [redacted] [redacted]

I purchased tickets for the Saturday matinee show of Hamilton today after encountering timing issues while in the queue. Unfortunately, my guests were not available for the matinee and I contacted the help line to request a change to the evening show. They processed a refund request and advised me to rebook online. However, by the time my guests rearranged their schedule to be available for the matinee, there were no tickets left for Saturday night. After contacting the help line again and explaining the situation, I was directed to JustAnswer multiple times. Due to recent eye surgery, I'm finding it challenging to deal with these changes. At this point, I would like to retain the Saturday matinee tickets since my guests have adjusted their schedules and evening tickets are no longer available.

I bought tickets through SmithTix on January 31, [redacted]. The tickets were transferred to AXS, which then transferred them to Ticketmaster. The concert is less than 48 hours away, and despite trying to contact someone for the past 10 days, I have not received any tickets. During the pandemic, we moved, and I now live six hours away, while my son lives 22 hours away. We were only notified of the concert's rescheduled date on July 8, which is 12 days away from now. It's impossible for us to attend. I haven't been able to give away or sell the tickets because their whereabouts are unclear. I've contacted SmithTix and AXS, but tonight I was informed that Ticketmaster took over on June 30. The receipt numbers from SmithTix are [redacted]4 and [redacted]6. I have all the necessary documentation, and I am requesting a refund.

I have three out of the five tickets downloaded on Google Pay, but unfortunately, two of them seem to be missing. Initially, I attempted to save them on my phone, but encountered issues. Subsequently, I managed to save them on Google Pay, and now I can view the electronic ticket. However, when trying to add the other two tickets to Google Pay, I received an error stating only one individual is authorized to download them. I require help to resolve this situation.
