Good evening, I'm looking to attend this show and it seems I'll need to buy resale tickets. I'm interested in purchasing two tickets for the event. Specifically, I have a question about the resale seats in Section 2, Row A, Seats 24-29. I want to ensure I get seats 24 and 25. However, when I select a quantity of 2 tickets, I am not shown the specific seat numbers. How can I confirm the seats I am buying before proceeding to checkout? Since Ticketmaster is managing these as verified resale seats, I am curious about the process. Are the best seats within that group of seat numbers (24-29) sold first? Thank you, S. Jeffery

I purchased tickets for a Wu-Tang concert in Greensboro, NC last year, which was canceled twice. Despite attempts to get a refund through Ticketmaster, I have not received any information or my money back. The lack of communication and resolution on this matter has been frustrating. I hope to get my refund soon.

I bought tickets for the Yankees v. White Sox game tonight through GameTime. They instructed me to expect an email from Ticketmaster to transfer the tickets, but I haven't received any emails. After struggling to remember my password for Ticketmaster, I used the "Forgot password" option but still didn't receive an email to reset it. Finally, I managed to log in but was prompted to update my password, which again required an email confirmation that I never got. I tried accessing Ticketmaster on different devices but the root issue remains - no emails. I urgently need the tickets by 7:00 PM as I purchased them over 17 hours ago. Yesterday morning, I purchased tickets for the Clinton Kane concert through Ticketmaster, which were supposed to be transferred to AXS in time for the event. Despite following the instructions, my tickets did not appear on my AXS account after hours of waiting. Even after contacting both AXS and Ticketmaster multiple times by email and live chat, I received no assistance. When I arrived at the venue without my tickets, I was unable to enter despite explaining the situation to the staff. I had to listen to the concert from outside, missing the opportunity to see the show I had been looking forward to. I am disappointed and frustrated as I was unable to resolve the issue and would like a refund since I missed the concert due to the ticket transfer problem.

I recently bought Valet Parking for the Il Volo Concert on October 2 at Atlanta Symphony Hall, Atlanta, Georgia for $40.50, order #58-[redacted]/ATL. However, I can't find the valet parking tickets on my mobile, even though I have the concert tickets. I've tried signing off and back on, but still no valet parking tickets. On Ticketmaster on my desktop, it shows both concert entrance and valet parking purchased, but not on my phone. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you. -Dawn L.

I purchased 2 tickets to see Terry Fator at New York New York in Las Vegas on March 18. I asked for the tickets for May 24, [redacted], as we are traveling from Louisiana to Vegas next week. When I tried to print the tickets from the internet, they showed the date as March 24, [redacted]. Additionally, we were billed a steep amount of $[redacted].55. I contacted the ticket office at New York New York in Vegas, and they advised me to rectify this error through Ticketmaster. However, the highest-priced tickets are nowhere near this cost. During the lockdown of the pandemic two years ago, a concert we had tickets for got canceled. My wife used our joint account debit card to purchase the tickets. Soon after, our checking account was compromised. Several months later, Ticketmaster began offering refunds for canceled events. My wife contacted them about a refund, but they mentioned refunding it to the original account. When she realized we had a new account, she updated Ticketmaster with the new card details. However, we never received the refund or any communication. We thought of it as a loss until recently when someone informed me that Ticketmaster was selling tickets for a new event, reminding me of the $[redacted] lost on the previous tickets. On March 18th, I purchased 2 tickets from Ticketmaster for Terry Fator at New York New York Hotel in Las Vegas on May 24th. When I tried to print the tickets last week, I realized Ticketmaster mistakenly listed the date as March 24th instead of May 24th. I understand the confusion since I bought the tickets shortly before March 24th. I contacted New York New York Hotel to inquire about ticket prices ($50 or $75) and was informed it would cost around $[redacted] for two tickets. Despite Ticketmaster charging me $[redacted].55 (which has already been debited from my account), I am left without valid tickets for the correct date. I would like to purchase 2 x Senior tickets and 2 x Under 16 tickets for the EFL Championship play-off on Sunday, May 29, [redacted]. I possess a Nottingham Forest membership number [redacted] and have attended over three matches this season. Currently, I can only buy one ticket with the information provided starting at 12:00am on Monday, May 23, [redacted]. I am looking to take my wife and two grandchildren to Wembley. I was denied a refund for MJ The Musical Broadway tickets I purchased. Broadway's website stated refunds are available for ticket purchases that didn't meet the vaccine requirements, if requested 48 hours before the event. I followed the correct process on Ticketmaster and Broadway's site, submitting a refund request before the 48-hour deadline. Ticketmaster denied the refund, claiming the vendor was not issuing refunds for tickets at that time. This goes against Broadway's refund policy during the period requiring vaccine verification for play attendance. Ticketmaster even shared a link to Broadway's Covid refund request page. I carefully followed Broadway's Covid refund policy to avoid any problems. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

I purchased two tickets for the James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt Concert in Winnipeg, scheduled for September 26, [redacted], which was canceled. I received a refund for this event. Subsequently, I bought two tickets for the rescheduled James Taylor and Jackson Browne concert on October 20, [redacted], order number 43-[redacted]/VAN. When this concert was postponed again, I requested a refund. Although Ticketmaster sent a message confirming the refund, I have only been reimbursed for the first show, not the second one. I am still owed $[redacted].50 CAD. Please process the refund for the second concert promptly. I want to bring to your attention that your requirement for customers to use smartphones for orders and the difficulty in reaching customer service by phone has led to multiple issues for me. If this continues, I will have to discontinue using your service for ticket purchases.

I bought tickets for the Cirque show at The Boch Center in Boston in May. I noticed a disclaimer about the limited view for the seats I purchased and am concerned about the obstructed view for me and my 7-year-old granddaughter. I am looking for better seating options that would offer an unobstructed view or possibly a refund if the seats I end up choosing are less expensive than what I paid for the current ones. I prefer balcony seating for better views. I want to enjoy the show with my family without any obstacles hindering our experience.

We considered this a loss until we recently saw Ticketmaster selling tickets for another event, bringing back the frustrating experience of losing around $***.**. I have been searching everywhere for a resolution and a colleague suggested reaching out through this website.

I have been attempting to secure tickets for Harry Styles. I was granted early access via American Express on Tuesday, but the Ticketmaster website repeatedly encountered errors during checkout. This issue persisted through multiple attempts over 15-20 minutes ultimately resulting in me missing out on tickets. I tried again later when additional dates were released, this time using the Ticketmaster app, but encountered the same problem twice despite grabbing tickets. The tickets left were limited. Despite others succeeding, I was unable to secure tickets and fear facing the same issue when they are open to the general public today. The lack of effective customer support from Ticketmaster complicates resolving this issue. I reached out via Twitter without response. I bought tickets via the Ticketmaster app for the Homefree concert at Devos Hall in Grand Rapids in December [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to multiple COVID-related reschedulings, I have not opted for a refund and plan to attend the event. However, when I try to download my electronic tickets and parking pass to my wallet through the app, I receive a message saying I have no event tickets. The concert is now set for 6/5/[redacted], and I am unsure how to access my tickets. Despite not requesting a refund, I have only been notified of rescheduling to this summer via email. How can I retrieve my tickets without having to repurchase them or obtain a refund if they are not available on the app?

I realized my tickets were sent to my old address, unbeknownst to me due to a recent move. After some confusion with my partner, I discovered that Royal Mail delivered them to the previous residence, although the current occupants claim they did not receive them. Despite the Royal Mail providing a photo of the tickets being placed through the letterbox, my Ticketmaster receipt stated the tickets would require a signature for delivery, contradicting the 48-hour tracked service used. Unfortunately, Royal Mail was unable to assist further. To ensure attendance at the event, I purchased three more tickets. I am hopeful that Ticketmaster can reissue the tickets for sale or provide a refund. However, reaching their customer service has proven challenging.

I received this email from Ticketmaster about my All Together Now tickets. The email stated that my card was declined for the next payment and that I needed to update my payment information before June 10, [redacted]. I have been trying to reach their Customer Support team at [redacted]71 for the past week, but have not been able to get through.
