I have been attempting multiple times to contact a Ticketmaster/LiveNation representative without success. My Ticketmaster account is currently linked to the email [redacted], which is no longer active. As a result, I am unable to access my account or update the email since I cannot receive the verification code. It would be helpful to have the option to verify using a cell phone number. I bought tickets for Justin Bieber at Barclays Center, originally scheduled for April 1, [redacted], and rescheduled to June 3, [redacted]. However, my account shows the event as already passed and does not reflect the rescheduled date. Even though Ticketmaster states that rescheduled tickets remain valid without further action, I still see a $[redacted] charge on my credit card. I am seeking help with changing my account email and accessing my event tickets. Despite my efforts to reach out over the past month, I have not received assistance, and the event is fast approaching. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My friend and I have been trying to reach out regarding our tickets for the upcoming Little Mix concert on May 13th at the O2 Arena in London. We purchased these tickets two years ago and have yet to receive them. Despite receiving automated responses assuring us they will arrive no later than three days before the event, this timeframe is too tight as we will already be in London a few days prior. It is crucial that we receive the tickets at least a week in advance or have the option to pick them up at a designated ticket counter. Our travel plans hinge on having these tickets in hand. Without them, we are unable to finalize our flight and accommodations. Urgent assistance in obtaining the tickets is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am La Verne White. I bought tickets for the Mother's Day Soul Celebration at ShowPlace Area in Upper Marlboro, MD on May 7, [redacted], via my mobile phone. I initially used [redacted] for my Ticketmaster account but now want them sent to [redacted] I followed the email instructions but couldn’t access my tickets with either email. When I tried logging into my account with those emails, I was unable to access it. I received an error message stating, "We can't find an account with this email address." Can someone please assist me with this issue?

We purchased tickets for Sublime with Rome at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado for today, Saturday, April 30th through Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, the seller we bought them from hasn't fulfilled our order, and Ticketmaster states: "the ticket seller hasn't fulfilled your order yet, but our fans support team is currently handling it." I have tried to contact Ticketmaster, but it has been difficult due to their limited staff availability. I need assistance to verify if a refund can be automatically issued for a show in the morning that I can't attend due to my mom's illness. I attended the Kenny Chesney concert in Charlotte, NC on Saturday 4/30/22 with 4 seats in section WC [redacted], seats 6, 7, 8, 9. The seating arrangement was chaotic as there were not enough folding chairs arranged in our section, forcing us to stand for over 3 hours. Despite asking stadium staff for assistance, the situation could not be resolved. Standing in a crowded aisle with constant foot traffic was uncomfortable, especially for our elderly friends who had to leave due to the lack of seating. While I acknowledge this may not be Ticketmaster's fault directly, it was disappointing to have paid for seats that were unavailable. I am writing to address an issue I have encountered regarding a refund for The Weeknd concert tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. My friend and I bought the tickets for a January show that was canceled in November. We opted for a refund instead of discounted tickets to the July show. Ticketmaster promised a refund within 30 days, yet it's now May [redacted], and we have not received it. Despite multiple email exchanges, we have not seen any progress. We have checked with our bank, and there is no pending refund. If we do not receive the refund within a week, we will escalate the matter further. I bought 2 tickets to the Justin Bieber concert on March 22, [redacted], at the Barclay Center. The event has been rescheduled twice, and despite that, I haven't received my updated tickets for the concert on June 3, [redacted]. I reached out to Ticketmaster three months ago, and they mentioned they would investigate, but I haven't heard back. I've uploaded copies of my original tickets and checked the Ticketmaster app and website without success. Everyone else seems to have their updated tickets, but not me. The concert is only a month away, and I'm concerned. I'm unable to reach anyone over the phone as the hotline isn't taking calls. Order # 20-[redacted]/NV3 I recently bought tickets to see Penn and Teller, but after checking my confirmation email, I realized they were for the wrong date (5/19 instead of 5/14). I tried contacting Ticketmaster immediately but had no luck reaching a representative. To ensure good seats, I went ahead and purchased tickets for the correct date (5/14). Despite multiple attempts at calling Ticketmaster and waiting for a response in the chat function on the website, I have not heard back within 24 hours. While I am aware that I can resell my tickets, I would like a refund for my original purchase, including the taxes, fees, and insurance. On April 22, [redacted], I had sold my ticket for Elton John's concert in Jacksonville, FL for $[redacted].95. Despite attempting to lower the price to $[redacted].95 earlier that day, it did not go through, and the confirmation screen always showed $[redacted].95. Ticketmaster mistakenly sent an email stating the lower amount and after speaking to a representative who acknowledged the error, they agreed that I am owed $[redacted].95. During the call, the confirmation screen suddenly changed to the lower price. Subsequently, Ticketmaster has not sent the correct payment amount as agreed upon. Moreover, there have been issues with verifying my payment account, with discrepancies in deposits and account details. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, there has been no resolution, and Ticketmaster is not responding to inquiries. I am demanding the full payment of $[redacted].95 and urge Ticketmaster to contact me and provide the correct compensation without further delay.

I purchased tickets for the Kat Williams show but missed it due to my grandmother's funeral. Despite leaving multiple messages for Ticketmaster, I have yet to receive any response from the fan support team. I have been reaching out through emails and calls weeks prior to the event but have not heard back as promised. If I do not receive a resolution by the end of the week, I will seek legal advice and contact the Attorney General. I have kept detailed records of all communication attempts, including dates and responses from fan support, which have not materialized. It has been weeks of emailing Ticketmaster with no progress, and this situation is frustrating.

I purchased tickets for the Anthrax Black Label Society concert in Cincinnati, Ohio about three to four weeks ago. The delivery has been delayed, and since I prefer paper tickets over digital ones due to my aversion to technology, I want to update the address on my account to ensure they are sent to my current residence. If they haven't been dispatched yet, I need them to be sent to my current address. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach anyone over the phone which is frustrating as not everyone has access to computers or enjoys using them. Can you please provide me with a phone number to contact so I can speak with someone directly, even if I have to wait on hold for an extended period? It is crucial that I receive the tickets I paid for.

I purchased two tickets for the Keith Urban concert on June 18th in Florida through Vivid Seats with order number [redacted]2. The website indicates the tickets were delivered, but I never received them. After contacting Vivid Seats, they advised me to reach out to Ticketmaster with order number 2[redacted]-8[redacted]-7. However, when I checked my Ticketmaster account, it shows no upcoming events, although it previously showed the tickets as delivered. Vivid Seats attempted to email the tickets to the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted], but it seems they were sent to another email address. I only have these two email addresses. I paid $[redacted].62 for the tickets using my American Express card on 12/21/[redacted], which was confirmed with the card issuer. Despite contacting them, no resolution has been reached. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the process of ordering a large quantity of gift vouchers for our international clients. I followed the steps outlined in your TMBulkGC email, however, it has now been more than a week and the issue remains unresolved. I have been attempting to reach out to speak with a representative as the matter is time-sensitive. Despite my efforts, I have not received a call from the US team as of the 11th of May. It appears that purchasing tickets can be quite challenging for individuals located outside of the US or Canada.

I want to thank you in advance for your assistance with this ticket issue. I bought 2 tickets through Ticketmaster online. After receiving an email prompting me to accept the tickets by clicking a blue button, I proceeded to enter my email and create a password. However, upon trying to log in, I was asked to update my password for security reasons. Despite being informed that a code would be sent to my email for the password reset process, I have not yet received it. I require someone to reset my password promptly so I can access my account, view my tickets, and present them at the upcoming concert.

I am Demont Waller. I bought 2 tickets for a Wu-Tang concert in Greensboro, NC, scheduled for December 4th, [redacted]. I purchased the tickets in May [redacted]. Unfortunately, the event was canceled without prior notification, causing us to make a 3-hour drive only to find out upon arrival. After following the Ticketmaster email ticket process, I was denied a refund due to the event potentially being rescheduled. A month later, I was notified that the show was rescheduled for February [redacted], only to be canceled again. It has been a whole year since I spent nearly $[redacted] on a show that never took place. To make matters worse, a completely new show and tour dates are being advertised, none of which are in the town where I wasted time, gas, and money for a non-existent event. I urgently require a refund, but reaching someone via phone has been impossible. Blaming ongoing COVID issues for communication problems in [redacted] seems unjustified, especially when most other financial entities have resumed normal operations.

I sold 2 tickets to the Brad Paisley concert in Bethelwoods through Ticketmaster on 5/1/[redacted]. When I tried to verify my checking account for the resale on my iPad, I was informed it could only be done on a desktop, which I do not have access to. I originally bought the tickets and resold them on my iPad. Since I couldn't verify my checking account, I used my debit card for the payment. However, I received an email later stating I could verify the checking account. I kindly request that the money be transferred to my debit card instead. Thank you. - SF

I purchased tickets two years ago for a show that has been repeatedly rescheduled. Tonight, I sent my nieces to attend using the tickets from my Ticketmaster account. I received numerous emails from Ticketmaster leading up to the show confirming the tickets were valid. However, upon arrival at the United Center, my nieces were seated and then removed because Ticketmaster had voided the tickets in late April. This is a clear mistake as I had received no communication indicating any issues. My nieces were forced to leave or buy new tickets, a situation that seems to have impacted multiple other groups as well. I am requesting a full refund for this frustrating experience.

I received two tickets for the Mother Mother concert at the Corona Theatre in Montreal tomorrow. One of the tickets was successfully transferred to my friend, giving access to the barcode. However, the other ticket indicates it was claimed by an unknown person, and I cannot view the ticket or barcode. Additionally, there are two more tickets in my account labeled "ticket details" with no further information. I only bought two tickets, so I am confused about the additional tickets and the one that was claimed by someone else.
