After several frustrating attempts to buy tickets and encountering issues with Ticketmaster and the WiFi, I managed to purchase tickets at halftime. Unfortunately, upon trying to enter the game, I faced an error screen and couldn't locate my tickets. Subsequently, I was denied entry to the Wells Fargo Center and asked to leave in the cold without transportation. The transaction appeared as "pending" for three days, leading me to believe it hadn't gone through, especially since I never used or redeemed the tickets at the venue. However, three days later, the purchase was authorized without my awareness. Although I am aware of the refund policy, I believe my situation should be an exception. Given the circumstances of being locked out due to technical errors and subsequently seeing the transaction go through without my ticket usage, I am disappointed with Ticketmaster's service and would appreciate a refund.

I am Elizabeth Castellano, assisting my daughter Alexia Harper in obtaining a refund for a cancelled concert by "The Weeknd" scheduled for Saturday, February 12, [redacted], at 7 PM at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. The Purchase Order# is 3[redacted]-0[redacted]-1 for two (2) tickets totaling $[redacted].61. We have been struggling to secure a refund since receiving the cancellation notice. The lack of human assistance in handling this issue has been frustrating. Repeated online attempts have been fruitless, as contact numbers only lead to automated messages prompting online resolutions. The absence of live customer service support has extended the resolution process unnecessarily. I urge for a prompt resolution and direct communication with a representative.

I purchased 2 tickets for the NCA Final Four men's basketball tournament in New Orleans, and they were transferred to my Ticketmaster account. The first ticket scanned without any issues, but the second ticket wouldn't show up on my account. Even after emailing the ticket to my friend, we still couldn't get it to work at the event. Ticketmaster staff on-site couldn't explain why the ticket wasn't showing up, and despite numerous attempts to refresh the page, it kept showing an error message. We spent the entire game trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we missed the game entirely. This experience was disappointing, especially after traveling all the way from Kansas to attend the event in New Orleans.

Hello, Unfortunately, my husband and I have both tested positive for COVID-19 and are unable to attend The Fratellis concert in Kentish Town tomorrow, April 5th. I purchased tickets for myself and my elder daughter under Order Confirmation RE[redacted] from Ticketmaster, and my husband, Callum Flett, bought tickets for himself and our other daughter under Digital Ticket Information for Order [redacted]. I bought Alice Cooper tickets for McCaw Hall in Seattle over 2 years ago on StubHub, but the concert was constantly rescheduled due to COVID. As I can't make the new date of April 20th, [redacted], I tried to sell my tickets on Ticketmaster. However, the "Sell Tickets" option is grayed out, and I can only transfer them. I followed Ticketmaster's instructions and tried contacting them through the "Contact Us" button, but every time I select "Help me sell my tickets" and submit, I receive an error message saying "Unable to reach server. I would like to transfer these tickets to another email address, [redacted] I had initially managed to start the transfer process as the button was active to enter the recipient's information. However, now the button is grayed out and I can no longer proceed. I encountered an error message every time I tried to transfer the tickets despite filling in the required details. I have a picture of the error message displayed. As the event is approaching within 72 hours, I suspect this might be causing the issue, although I find this unfair as I was able to initiate the transfer previously. I am in a situation where I must transfer these tickets, which I sold to a customer. Being unable to do so due to a technical error on Ticketmaster's end is concerning, and I fear penalties from the third-party platform I used to sell the tickets. I hope Ticketmaster can assist promptly as I prefer resolving this matter as soon as possible. It would have been beneficial if there was a customer service number available for urgent cases like this. I am willing to authorize Ticketmaster to complete the transfer to the specified email address to avoid any further issues considering the tight timeframe before the concert on the 11th. Good afternoon, I bought concert tickets to see Justin Bieber before Covid, and the show has been rescheduled twice. The rescheduled show is tonight, but I'm having issues with my tickets. Originally, in early [redacted], I received tickets via email to print, which had a barcode. However, after the postponements, I didn't get new tickets with the updated venue and date. Although I can see my tickets when I log into my account, there is no barcode displayed, and I can't find any way to contact customer support or access ticket details. I am experiencing issues signing into my Ticketmaster account. Despite requesting a new password, I continue to receive an error message when attempting to log in. I received tickets from Ticketmaster on 3/8/[redacted] for the Phoenix Suns vs. Sacramento Kings game happening tomorrow, 4/10/[redacted]. I tried to follow the instructions to download and transfer the tickets to my Android Google Pay account, but the tickets didn't show up on Google Pay. I did manage to see my Suns Parking ticket on Google Pay, confirming that it's functioning correctly. However, when I attempted to download the game tickets again, Ticketmaster informed me that they are already saved in Google Pay and can only be saved once. I sold tickets last September, but despite the buyer paying and using them, I have not received my payment yet. I am frustrated as it’s been months since the concert, and I haven’t even received a security deposit. Customer support has been unhelpful, sending generic responses that don’t address my concerns. I am upset and will give one or two more attempts to resolve this before considering legal action.

I purchased a Coachella festival ticket through Ticketmaster on November 24, [redacted], and my Visa was charged $[redacted].11. After downloading the Ticketmaster app, I noticed that my ticket status is "your order is being processed," and I should have my mobile ticket by Friday, April 15th. Even though I have an order number, it seems that I will still need a wristband and a hard copy ticket to enter the festival. I have reached out via email three times but have not received a response. During my call today, Ticketmaster confirmed receiving my emails and assured me that a manager will contact me soon. However, I am worried because I have yet to receive any confirmation, and I need to leave for the festival in two days to make it there in time for the start. Ticketmaster mentioned that refunds are only possible if the ticket is not delivered by the day of the concert.

I bought tickets for the upcoming May 18th Sacramento concert by Pearl Jam, relying on the website's assurance about being able to resell them at face value on the Face Value ticket exchange. Unfortunately, upon realizing I couldn't attend, I was unable to find the option to list my tickets for resale in my account. Hello, my name is Brigid. I am attempting to purchase two standing PITCH1 GA tickets for Harry Styles' June 18th show at Wembley Stadium. I am facing difficulty in completing the transaction online and have been unable to reach a representative over the phone. The issue arises when I try to finalize the order online or through the app, as it prompts me to log in to my account which it then claims does not exist. Surprisingly, I am able to successfully log into my account using the same email and password when not making a purchase. This inconsistency has left me frustrated and puzzled. Despite creating a new account with a different email, I still encounter the same problem. I am concerned that I might miss out on purchasing these tickets due to this technical glitch from Ticketmaster. I have attempted to contact them by phone to secure the tickets, but to no avail.

I bought 3 tickets for Ain't Too Proud at Orpheum Theater in Minneapolis on March 30 for the July 2 show at 8:00 pm, but I intended to book for 2:00 pm. I purchased tickets to the Slipknot concert this Sunday, but I did not receive any confirmation. Despite getting charged twice on my credit card, the app shows no record of my purchase. Despite retrieving the tickets for section [redacted], row 11 and saving them to Apple Wallet, the app does not display them. I attempted to cancel the extra tickets via email but only received a welcome message from Ticketmaster. The app still insists I have not bought any tickets, although I have been charged twice. The second set of tickets was for section [redacted], row 13. Unfortunately, I can no longer find these tickets in my history to provide proof. The email address on the original order is misspelled, making it impossible to reach out. I ask for a refund on one set of tickets and cancellation of section [redacted], row 13. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the issue through my credit card company.

According to their website, the package includes: - One (1) premium reserved seat in the first 20 rows - Limited-Edition Mercury-Tour specific poster - Exclusive merchandise gift - Early entry into the venue - Dedicated on-site VIP host - First access to the custom Imagine Dragons Augmented-Reality Photo Experience, with commemorative postcard take-away & ability for immediate social sharing - Note: A portion of all VIP package proceeds support the Tyler Robinson Foundation. However, when I try to purchase the tickets, it seems to indicate they are standing tickets. My concern is that my 13-year-old daughter wouldn't meet the minimum age requirement of 14 for standing tickets, as stated in the terms and conditions. I would appreciate clarification on whether the tickets are for standing or premium reserved seats. Thank you.

I am at the venue and cannot find my tickets on my paid account. UPDATE: Ticketmaster call center was not available to help. Finally received an email yesterday (first response 4 DAYS LATER) about my issue. My girlfriend and I traveled 2 hours to the concert, but the tickets did not show on my account. Just to note, the Tim McGraw tickets I purchased are also missing even though the charges are on my bank statement. We missed the concert due to the missing tickets and no availability. Luckily, we were at a casino. I have decided to stop using Ticketmaster and will advise my friends and family to avoid it as well.
