I accidentally purchased tickets through Viagogo for an event at the AO Arena on Thursday that have Ticketmaster O2 priority labels. After reaching out to Viagogo, they assured me the tickets are valid. Despite this, being in our 70's, my partner and I have concerns about their authenticity. Could someone please confirm if Section BL E tickets are legitimate for the AO Arena? The numbers under the QR code are [redacted][redacted]6. Thank you.

Order Number: 3[redacted]-8[redacted]-4. My name is Gary Iscoe. I understand the policy states no refunds for the Trans Siberian Orchestra event on December 17 at FLA Live Arena. However, an error occurred with my order that I believe justifies an exception. If a refund is not possible, I would appreciate a credit for the $[redacted] ticket cost. When purchasing, I selected four tickets for the same row, but only received one due to a system issue. This forced me to buy additional tickets in a different row, leaving me one ticket short for my group. I had to spend extra money and now have to bring one less person to the show. I respectfully request a refund under these circumstances, but if not feasible, I am willing to accept a credit for a future purchase. Thank you.

I would appreciate it if someone could confirm my ticket purchase and explain how I can receive them. I reside in Granbury and don't wish to make the trip to Dallas to attend the Trump event if my tickets are not ready. Could you send my tickets via FedEx? This is my first time buying tickets this way on my iPhone, and I would feel more at ease having the physical tickets in my possession. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone, and it's frustrating. I hope for a prompt response as I am starting to get rather frustrated. After spending so much on tickets, I expect better service. We bought tickets to see Clint Black at Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott, Arizona, on December 19th at 8 pm. Unfortunately, we lost the confirmation number and did not receive the tickets by email. We believe the confirmation number may be VN/VET69. The tickets were paid for through my bank account. They are for Section [redacted], seats 15 and 16, Row J. Can you assist us by arranging for them to be available at will call or sent to us? The tickets were purchased by Alyn Storm.

I purchased tickets for a July concert and have not received them or any updates. I was advised to use the axs.com app, but logging in with my ticketmaster information yielded no results. I contacted axs customer support, but they stated ticketmaster did not send the tickets. I now request an immediate refund as the concert is soon, and I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from ticketmaster. Their support has been inadequate, and I cannot wait any longer for a resolution.

I am experiencing issues with Ticketmaster forcing me to change my password, resulting in not being able to purchase tickets for the Allison Krauss and Robert Plant show at SPAC. When logging in with my old password, I am prompted to wait for a code, which expires quickly. Initially, the code I received was delayed, making it unusable. Subsequent attempts have not yielded any codes. I am frustrated with the system's inefficiency and concerned about seat availability once the issue is resolved. I purchased tickets and attempted to add them to my account via email. I was informed about a typo in my email address, but my follow-up responses have not received any replies. I mistakenly entered an incorrect character in the email address when purchasing the tickets, and I would like to update this information as the concert date has been changed to March 15. I am willing to pay to receive physical tickets.

I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster in July [redacted] for a concert on December 18. Despite following the instructions to sign up on axs.com using the same information, I have not received any tickets. The concert for "Machine Gun Kelly" does not even show up on axs.com. After contacting axs.com customer support, they mentioned that they have not received the transferred tickets from Ticketmaster yet. I am frustrated with this situation as I paid almost $[redacted] and have not received anything. I am requesting a refund promptly as I have not received the tickets as promised.

I purchased tickets for a concert this weekend through Ticketmaster. However, when creating my Ticketmaster account, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. Hello, I recently bought two tickets for the Omid Djalili show at the Eventim Apollo on December 18th. I'm concerned they might be fake and have been advised to check with Ticketmaster. I had tickets for the MJ the Musical but asked for a refund due to health issues. My daughter and I cherish special experiences like this. After consulting with my oncologist, Dr. Allyson Ocean, she advised I could attend if careful. I noticed tickets are still available, and I still have mine. Could I please have them reinstated? It would mean so much to us and create a lasting holiday memory for my daughter. I am willing to pay any additional costs if necessary. I purchased two tickets through the Ticketmaster app. Upon arrival, the code was not visible. I was directed to the box office at Dolby Live Park MGM, where they couldn't assist and advised purchasing new tickets. After buying additional tickets and attending the concert, I received an email apologizing for my order not going through. Now, I have two transactions on my Credit Card - one from Ticketmaster for $[redacted].17 and another from Dolby Live Park MGM for $[redacted].82. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].17 back to my card.

I have a ticket for Ball and Boe at the O2 this Sunday, with Order No. 12-[redacted]/UK1. The tickets were sent through the O2 app. Unfortunately, I've changed my email since I made the booking and now can't access the tickets. I've tried both my old and new email addresses but the tickets aren't there. Other future event tickets are showing up, so it seems to be just the one for this Sunday that's missing. I accidentally logged out of my Ticketmaster account using the email [redacted] Now, I am unable to sign back in to access my tickets because a different email, [redacted], keeps appearing. I've been encountering an issue when trying to buy tickets for the Canucks game on December 27th. Every time I try to purchase them, I receive an error message saying "it's not you, it's us," and then get redirected back to the event page. This problem has been ongoing for weeks. Hello, I purchased two tickets to see "Mamma Mia" tonight at 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, during the payment process, I received an error message indicating that the server/page couldn't be found, and I did not receive a confirmation email. As a result, I attempted the booking again and successfully made the reservation. Subsequently, I received both booking confirmation emails and noticed that both payments were processed. I have been attempting to contact Ticketmaster numerous times through various channels without success. I am seeking a refund as this issue occurred due to the website's error.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Flipkart To Whom It May Concern, I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident I experienced with Flipkart. I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes on the 4th of this month using your platform, and the delivery was made on the 6th. However, upon receiving the shoes, I noticed they did not match the ones shown on the website. I immediately initiated a return request, which was approved after submitting the necessary pictures. When the delivery boy came to collect the item, he claimed the package was damaged and could not be returned. After multiple failed attempts, he eventually took the shoes but later informed me that a refund would not be issued as he alleged that the product did not match the pictures I provided. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter by initiating a complaint, the situation remains unresolved. The delivery was made on the 6th, but the shoe I received did not match the one shown on the website. I immediately lodged a complaint and requested for a return the same day. The delivery boy came to collect the item, but mentioned that the package was not opened and refused to take it back. After several failed attempts, I finally returned the shoes and paid Rs.
