I attempted to buy 2 tickets for the Broadway show "SIX" on Ticketmaster for December 21 at 8pm, but encountered multiple error codes. Despite my attempts, I ended up with six Ticketmaster charges on my credit card. I need assistance resolving this issue so that I can successfully purchase 2 tickets for the show on December 20, [redacted] at 8pm.

I tried to buy tickets for the Tampa Bay Bucs today. I waited to confirm if my husband was available which took the whole day. When I returned to purchase, the service fee had gone up by $15 per ticket. Seriously? What's going on? Dealing with this is already tough, but being hit with an extra $15 due to internet delays is frustrating. It feels like a rip-off nowadays with our hard-earned money. Any way to avoid this fee? Initially, the service fee was $51 per ticket, then increased to $66 hours later. I had to wait to make sure my husband could attend. This spending is significant for our family. It seems like these days, one has to give up a lot just to do anything. I just want to surprise my husband for his 53rd B-Day without dealing with constant price hikes and internet fee increases. It's disheartening how costs keep rising. Despite our efforts, it doesn't seem worth scheduling anything anymore. My husband, a Veteran, faces challenges even when asking for discounts. What's happening to our country? After serving ten years for this country, it seems nobody cares. Please don't add another $30 just because I need to confirm plans. These tickets are a rare opportunity. Emailing seems like the current trend everywhere. Can we have some leniency? I hope to surprise my hardworking Veteran husband with a game, without having to pay excessive fees for the Tampa Bay Bucs vs Panthers game on Jan 9th, [redacted]. Best regards, Caity H.

Good Evening, I'm Donna Martin, a Youth Advisor at Zion Canaan Baptist Church in Columbia, SC. We are hoping to purchase 52 tickets for the Carolina Panthers game on December 12th for our Church Youth Group. We are looking for seats together in the same section at a reasonable price. Our youth group has been dedicated this year, participating in various service projects such as providing care packages to seniors, back-to-school supply giveaways, hosting Hallelujah Night on October 31st, and preparing Thanksgiving baskets for community members. We are eager to reward their hard work with the experience of seeing a professional football game. Hello, I was quickly trying to get tickets for Olivia Rodrigo's Sour tour in Dublin, but when I tried to purchase them, it showed no availability. Eventually, I received an error message stating I had taken too long to order, despite attempting various ticket quantities from 1 to 4. Hello, I purchased 3 tickets for "The Snowman" performance on December 17th, [redacted], at the Peacock Theatre. The tickets are for the Dress Circle, numbers B28, B29, and B30, priced at £54 each, totalling £[redacted]. I received a confirmation email from [redacted] on November 28th, [redacted], with Booking Reference [redacted]. I mistakenly booked the 11AM showtime, but my kids will be in school then. Could I please exchange these tickets for the 2:30PM show on the same day? I would appreciate the equivalent value exchange. I accessed the website one hour and 40 minutes before the ticket sales for the Olivia Rodrigo concert in Cork, Ireland, began on June 29, [redacted]. I patiently waited in the queue and was excited when I could finally proceed to buy four tickets as directed. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where the search results initially couldn't find my request, and then it displayed an error message stating that something went wrong. Initially, I thought it was a temporary glitch that would be fixed, but now, a new message states that no results are found, leaving me confused and disappointed. I had prepared to purchase tickets for my granddaughters and their mothers but currently feel disheartened at being unable to secure them. Despite following all instructions and accessing the site in advance, I now face the dilemma of explaining this setback to my family. I tried purchasing 4 tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo concert in Cork for June 29th, [redacted]. I joined the queue at 9:00 AM, 1 hour and 40 minutes before the "opening" time. After 15 minutes, I got "in" but encountered an issue with the Ticketmaster link, preventing me from securing the tickets. I wanted these tickets as a Christmas present for my granddaughters and their mothers, who live in Bantry, West Cork. The Marquee venue in Cork is ideal for the occasion. Could someone please help me secure the 4 tickets for the concert? I made every effort to be online since 7:20 AM, but I couldn't complete the purchase. This morning, I tried to cancel my Dear Evan Hansen tickets in Greensboro for tonight's show (Fri 12/10) as they did not sell. Unfortunately, I received an error message stating "unable to cancel listing at this time." I am unable to upload the tickets for personal use as they are still listed for sale. With only four hours before I need to leave (by 2:00pm EST) for the event four hours away, I am concerned I won't be able to access the tickets. I am looking for a solution to this issue promptly.

I purchased hockey tickets for my grandkids in AZ for tomorrow but I can't access them on my flip phone. I need paper tickets and have been trying unsuccessfully to get them through customer care on Ticketmaster's website for 3 hours. There's no one available to speak to directly, and the instructions provided have not been helpful despite numerous attempts. We have not received our tickets yet, and the event is scheduled for today at 3 pm. Currently, it is 1:30 in the morning, and the tracking information only shows that the tracking number is pending. We recently moved, but when I entered the billing information, I used our new address. Ticketmaster is not allowing me to update the address. I have the receipt of the ticket purchase and details of the seats. Can we use this information to attend the show? We spent $[redacted] on these tickets.

In September, I was fortunate to win two tickets for the Billie Eilish "Happier Than Ever" concert at Utilita Arena in Birmingham, GB, scheduled for June 15, [redacted], at 6 p.m through a competition held by GLOBAL CITIZEN. They provided a link and a claim code in the confirmation email to redeem the tickets. Despite my repeated attempts, following steps like clearing the cache, using different browsers and the app, I have been unsuccessful in claiming the tickets due to an error message stating, 'It’s not you, it's us…' I have sought assistance from Global Citizen, who refreshed the link and provided advice, but the issue persists. They suggest it may be a problem with the Ticketmaster website and recommend contacting you for assistance. I kindly ask for your help in resolving this matter so I can secure my prize. Thank you.

Hello, I attempted to buy tickets online for the Jones Beach Light show. Despite receiving an error message, the transaction did not complete, causing me to go in-person to purchase the tickets. However, I noticed I was charged for the online transaction even though it didn't go through properly. I have tickets for "The Lion King" on January 14th with booking number [redacted]9, and "Phantom of the Opera" on January 15th with booking number [redacted]. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be unable to attend as I need to go to the hospital, and my partner does not want to go alone. I need some assistance. I currently have tickets for the Jane McDonald concert this Sunday, the 19th, in Leeds. Unfortunately, my friend has contracted the Coronavirus, and I am also feeling unwell. I am only about 50% sure I can make it. Is there any way I can transfer the ticket value to my account for use towards next year's concerts? I have tried to resell them, but it seems unlikely they will go before Sunday. Usually, theaters offer this option in such situations, and I was hoping you could help too.
