Today, I created a Ticketmaster account but mistakenly entered the wrong email address. After purchasing a ticket, I realized the email I used was incorrect. The email I intended to use is [redacted], but I mistakenly input [redacted] I've attempted to correct this error, but I can't receive the confirmation code as it was sent to the non-existent email. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing a difficult situation regarding Elton John tickets for the [redacted] tour. My husband, who purchased the tickets in [redacted], passed away in [redacted] due to cancer. Unfortunately, I am unable to access his Ticketmaster account, and any future communication about the tour rescheduled to [redacted] will not reach me through his email. I would appreciate guidance on how I can take over as the contact person for the tickets or explore the option of obtaining a refund during this challenging time.

Hello Ticketmaster Customer Services, I have encountered issues with the refund submission for the cancelled Paul Weller concert scheduled for Monday, 26th October [redacted] at the Olympia Theatre. I recently submitted a refund request and am uncertain if it has been received. I've successfully received refunds for other cancelled concerts amid the pandemic, where the process was efficient. However, the refund submission for this particular concert seems to be different. I submitted the initial application on late night Saturday, 20th November/ early morning Sunday, 21st November. Normally, I would promptly receive an automated message with a ticket ID reference number upon submission, followed by a manual message confirming the refund process within 15-20 days. However, I haven't received any confirmation messages for my Paul Weller refund submissions, which were made two to three nights apart. I used the following link for the refund submissions: [redacted]. This same link was used for my previous seven refund requests before the Paul Weller cancellation. I purchased four tickets for the For King and Country Concert in St. Louis, MO on December 16. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].10 on my credit card from October 30, the purchase date. Yet, I have not received the tickets or any confirmation of my purchase. I kindly request that they be sent to my email associated with Ticket Master under the name Lori I. I am frustrated with Ticketmaster. If I do not receive my tickets this week, I will request a refund. I have been trying to obtain my tickets for nearly 3 months. Although one person provided me with my booking number, no one else can locate my order. My Ticketmaster number is 14-[redacted]/CH6. I purchased 3 tickets for the Rocky Mountain High Experience, and $[redacted].00 was debited from my checking account on 9/22/[redacted] via PayPal. I have provided evidence from my bank. I urgently request that these tickets be located, emailed, and physically mailed to me without delay.

I tried to download my tickets from TicketSales but couldn't locate them on my phone. TicketSales re-sent the link, but when I clicked on it, I was directed to your site. Your error message mentioned the tickets were already sent to my email address. The order is for Trevor Noah on February 5th, with order number [redacted]8. The instructions provided haven't resolved the issue, so I may need to contact someone before the event. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased tickets to attend Trevor Noah's show on February 5, [redacted], from TicketSales.com. After downloading the tickets to my phone, I ended up misplacing them. When attempting to contact TicketSales, I was redirected to your website, where an error message indicated that the tickets had already been emailed to me. I am in need of assistance. I need to update my email address with Ticketmaster. Currently, they are attempting to contact an incorrect email that does not exist, preventing me from making the change. The email they are trying to reach is [redacted], but the correct address is [redacted] This issue is hindering me from receiving tickets that I purchased for a Milwaukee Bucks game.

I am attempting to purchase tickets for ABBA Voyage in London. I reside in Spain and have a U.K. sterling bank account with my Spanish address as the billing address. Despite the Spanish postcode being obligatory, your website does not allow it. It seems the ordering site allows purchases from various countries, making this situation quite frustrating, especially since it is a Christmas gift. I simply desire a method to buy the tickets online. Thank you.

Order number [redacted]5 was made in December [redacted] for the Andrea Bocelli concert on December 15, [redacted], at Madison Square Garden. I received an email from BigStub, through which I made the purchase, stating that my tickets were transferred on November 15, and I should expect the ticket access/download from Ticketmaster. However, I have not received anything yet, and there is no record of the event in my Ticketmaster account. I paid over $1,[redacted] for this and have planned my entire trip to NYC around it. Could you please provide information on when I can expect to receive the email from Ticketmaster? I have searched all relevant keywords and checked my inbox for any emails.

I seem to have been mistakenly charged for two sets of tickets for the same evening. The website was slow to respond and ended up processing a double transaction. Additionally, the tickets are for December 17, but I intended to purchase them for December 18 since I will be out of town and won't return until the evening of the 17th. I purchased tickets on TickPick but had trouble signing in to Ticketmaster to access them. Ticketmaster requested a password reset, but I did not receive the code via email after entering my information. I tried various email addresses, including [redacted] and [redacted], as well as [redacted] Other test emails arrived successfully in those accounts. Despite checking spam folders, the code emails were not found. When attempting to contact Ticketmaster by phone, I was directed to sign in, which is the issue I'm encountering. Hello, I bought tickets to Disney on Ice for my daughter who has autism. Unfortunately, when we arrived, she got overwhelmed by the crowd and became scared, which led to her having a difficult time. I inquired about a refund at the venue, but was told that refunds were not possible. It was a challenging experience for us, and I was hoping for options to accommodate children with autism at such events. I would like to explore ways to possibly get a refund for the tickets as she was unable to enjoy the show.

Dear forum members, I am writing to share a recent experience I had trying to park for a Cincinnati Bengals game. I had pre-purchased parking for the event but encountered an issue as the parking attendant required a barcode instead of the paperwork I had. To avoid holding up traffic, I paid the lost ticket price of $40.00. I would appreciate guidance on where to find the barcode for future events and why it was not included in my initial purchase. I'm seeking reimbursement for the $50.00 spent on the first parking ticket. Additionally, I have another parking order for an upcoming event. Can you advise on how and when I will receive the necessary barcode for this reservation? Both transactions were made using my Discover Card. While I await a resolution from TicketMaster, I may need to dispute these charges with Discover. I am hopeful we can find a satisfactory solution to this situation. I accidentally used "u" instead of "o" in my Yahoo email address, which caused me not to receive my purchased tickets. I tried to correct it on their website, but it requires a verification code emailed to me, which I cannot receive due to the wrong email address. I have been trying to reach out via call and email to fix this issue and get my tickets, but I have yet to receive a response. My confirmation number is 9-[redacted]/DL2. Thank you.

I bought three tickets for the Dec. 30 Seattle Kraken hockey game on Nov. 2. The receipt indicates the tickets will be delivered as eTickets, which I understand need a smart phone - a device I don't own. I have learned about other delivery methods like email and regular mail, which I prefer to use. I have been trying to reach out to someone from the ticketmaster team for assistance without success. I spent a considerable amount ($[redacted]) on these tickets intended as Christmas gifts for my sons and me.

I bought tickets high up for the Kanye West concert at the retail price of around $[redacted] each. I am reaching out regarding ticket (SEC121B, Row 19, Seat 6 and 7) and would like a refund or credit to my Ticketmaster account. With the current increase in COVID cases, I am concerned for my family attending the event. On Thursday, December 02, [redacted], around 7:00 pm, my two friends and I visited the Magic of Lights at the Daytona Beach NASCAR Race track. The entrance fee was supposed to be $30.00 for my car. However, I later discovered on my credit card statement that I was billed $60.00. I am hoping to receive a refund for the additional $30.00 that was charged. I am having trouble accessing my Ticketmaster account to accept my Milwaukee Bucks tickets. Every time I try to log in, I am prompted to reset my password, but I keep receiving an unexpected error message. I have tried multiple times with no success.
